Seül Classes de cuina

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience learning how to make kimchi from scratch. The ingredients were prepared for each station so we did all the chopping and layering the ingredients between the leaves of the napa cabbage. It was a small class so we got to meet other people traveling as well. We got to take home the kimchi and cant wait to make several dishes with it. Kimchi tofu stew, kimchi fried rice and as a side dish. The class was less than an hour so we were able to fit it in to our busy schedule. We also had delicious kimchi pancake after the class was completed. I'm happy we took the class and definitely recommend to a anyone wanting to learn how to make kimchi.

Sara is wonderful! She truly enjoys sharing and teaching Korean culture and cooking. I loved the cooking class, Sara shares practical cooking techniques that you can easily use at home. The meal offered customized options for those who are gluten-free or vegetarian. Highly recommend taking Sara's delightful class.

We chose this specific cooking class because they offer other Korean dishes aside from the basic options (bibimbap, japchae, bulgogi) we knew how to cook. Upon booking, they confirmed via whatsapp our schedule and what menu we want to cook. We chose haemul samgyetang (chicken ginseng soup with seafood). Ester was a very good instructor. She introduced the recipe and provided clear instructions. She also made additional cucumber salad for us to eat with the dish we cooked. Highly recommended if you want to try Korean cooking class!

I cannot reccomend chef pano enough. this experience was truly a cultural exchange. chef pano was very attentive and engaging. His studio was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The stroll through the market was so fun and interesting! Chef Pano even bought some chicken feet for us to try because we mentioned it. This was such a beautiful afternoon getting to know the chef and sharing a little about us too. Thank you Chef for a wonderful introduction to Korean cuisine!

❤️ No us ho perdeu!! El millor taller que hem fet mai! I hem fet tallers a molts països! ❤️🇰🇷

I was lucky enough to have a solo lesson and I couldn’t be happier. Naomi is so kind and a great teacher. I feel like I learned a lot about the recipes and cuisine in Korea as a whole. Definately recommend.

Instructor Grace was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and engaging throughout the class, making the entire experience so fun and enjoyable! She provided clear and detailed instructions, and regularly checked in with everyone to make sure we were following along comfortably. She was also very responsive and thoughtful, even reaching out to us beforehand with the meetup details to ensure everything went smoothly. Grace also prepared a few delicious kimchi dishes for us to try, which were absolutely yummy! 😋 Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommend this kimchi-making class to anyone visiting Seoul! 🇰🇷🥬

We had such a fun experience with the cooking class! We really enjoyed visiting the local market, learning about the ingredients, and then preparing the dishes ourselves. Our instructor was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It was a great way to experience Korean culture beyond the usual sightseeing, and we would definitely recommend it.
