Restaurants a Tsim Sha Tsui

I've been to Tsui Yuen at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin twice recently for dim sum. The dim sum is usually quite good, so I bought a coupon when I saw a Klook offer. I arrived around 10:30 AM on June 6th, and the staff were very nice. Even though I was early, they quickly seated me. However, the dim sum that day was very disappointing. The fried items weren't hot enough; they seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The skin was dry and soft, not crispy. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) and siu mai (pork dumplings) were even worse. They tasted like frozen, pre-made dim sum bought from a supermarket. The siu mai also had a very strong MSG flavor. I wondered if the dim sum for Klook customers was pre-made. I asked a server, who said the kitchen doesn't differentiate between Klook customers and regular diners. But it was very strange; the dim sum that day didn't taste like what I usually have there. Despite this, the restaurant staff were very polite.

Després de veure un Youtuber que el recomanava, ja tenia moltes ganes d'anar a Yamm a sopar al bufet. Klook tenia un descompte, així que vaig reservar de seguida. Tot el menjar era deliciós. L'abalone i la bufeta de peix eren tendres i saborosos. També hi havia vieires per al sashimi, cosa poc habitual. La varietat de plats freds era molt àmplia, amb llagosta, cranc de pa, potes de cranc, navalles, pinces de llagosta, cloïsses, musclos, cargols, etc. L'arròs amb wagyu en cassola, el sukiyaki de wagyu i la vedella rostida també eren molt bons. El char siu era magre i sucós, i l'ànec lacat també era deliciós. Hi havia broquetes de gambes a la brasa, tempura i torrades de foie gras. La selecció de postres era àmplia, i la tofu fa es podia personalitzar amb mongetes vermelles, amb una presentació atractiva i un gust excel·lent. Hi havia moltes opcions de begudes fredes i calentes, incloent sucs, te de llimona fred i calent per preparar-se un mateix, cafè, i una màquina de cafè per a diverses especialitats. El gelat era Haggandaz en tarrina. M'hauria agradat repetir molts plats, però ja tenia l'estómac ple. Feia molt de temps que no provava un bufet tan bo. El personal del restaurant era suficient, retiraven els plats ràpidament, i cada taulell de menjar tenia algú al càrrec, sense que una sola persona hagués d'atendre diversos taulells. El menjar es reposava ràpidament, així que no calia afanyar-se i es podia menjar amb calma. Un deu!

Exceptional service and amazing food! First, regarding the service, the staff are friendly, polite, and proactive in looking after our needs: the steak cutter remembered that I wanted mine sliced thin; the noodle chef voluntarily offered to make an extra bowl; and the floor staff frequently checked in on the needs of the elderly and children! The food is nothing short of flawless, made-to-order and served fresh, with both savory and sweet options: baked scallops, soft-shell crab, durian crepes, molten lava cake... and no need to wait in line or rush for anything. There are also premium delicacies: fish maw steak, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, grilled crab legs, Japanese fruit platter... Other than being an incredible value and absolutely delicious, I can't think of any other words to describe it!

L'ocupació era del cent per cent, la varietat de menjar era bona, el personal recollia els plats ràpidament i els xefs eren entusiastes i educats. Tot i que l'espai no és gaire gran i s'hi col·loca la màxima quantitat de menjar possible en un espai limitat, les taules són una mica petites i estan molt juntes. A mig servei, hi va haver una celebració d'aniversari amb un pastís perquè els homenatjats es fessin fotos, i fins i tot algú va tocar la guitarra i va cantar cançons d'aniversari per animar l'ambient. Després de les fotos, van sonar una campana i tothom va poder fer cua per agafar un pastís d'aniversari de milfulls amb fruites variades, que estava deliciós. El millor de la nit van ser les broquetes de llengua de vedella i un plat individual d'abalone amb cogombre tailandès. De fet, el bufet del Royal Garden és gairebé sempre en un espai tancat, amb poques taules prop de la finestra. Aquesta nit, per sorpresa, vaig seure prop de la finestra i vaig poder veure l'espectacle de llums de Victoria Harbour a les vuit. Va ser una gran alegria.

It's been a long time since I last had a buffet dinner at Park Hotel. Tonight, Saturday, July 11th, the place was completely packed! Although the food selection wasn't extensive, it was definitely worth the price, and the overall quality was quite good. They even replenished the bread crabs at 9 PM. The king crab was better than what you find at other hotels – not too salty and not dry 👍🏻. The ribeye was also excellent, and the sashimi and smoked salmon were great. Additionally, some of the made-to-order dishes required a short wait, but the queue moved quickly. The dessert and drink options were incredibly rich: various flavors of Movenpick and Häagen-Dazs ice cream were available, and coffee, tea, red, and white wine were all free-flowing. Many hotels can't offer this at this price point! Service: 5 stars There was a slight issue with our reservation and the hotel, which was later resolved by Manager Angus. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome 👍🏻. His enthusiastic and polite attitude is commendable 👍🏻😊. The rest of the front-line staff were also courteous and attentive. Overall, the experience was superb! Restaurant Environment: 5 stars. While not opulent, the seating was comfortable. Perhaps because we were seated further back, there weren't many people walking around 😊. In summary, highly recommended! 👍🏻

Aquesta és la primera vegada que vinc a aquest restaurant d'hotel per a un bufet de dinar. Vaig reservar a través de Klook, amb un descompte per reserva, la qual cosa va fer que la relació qualitat-preu fos excel·lent! L'ambient del restaurant és agradable i el personal és molt educat. Aquesta vegada celebrava l'aniversari d'un amic i vaig trucar amb antelació per demanar un postre d'aniversari amb una felicitació. Tot i que el restaurant va dir que només oferien felicitacions d'aniversari per al bufet de sopar, van proporcionar gratuïtament espelmes i una placa d'aniversari, la qual cosa va ser un bon detall! El bufet de dinar aquí inclou ostres fresques de Nova Zelanda, potes de cranc llargues, musclos, gambes fredes i cargols, entre altres mariscs, a més de sashimi. Excepte les potes de cranc llargues que no estaven gaire fresques, la resta de mariscs i el sashimi eren molt frescos i deliciosos. Tot i que la varietat de plats calents no era gaire àmplia, el sabor era bo. També hi havia moltes opcions de postres, incloent Haagen-Dazs i gofres. Sens dubte, hi tornaré.

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!

It was a good value deal. Redemption was quick and the food was absolutely delicious!
