Restauranter i Tsim Sha Tsui

Vi har besøgt Chui Yuet Heen i New Town Plaza, Sha Tin, to gange for nylig. Dim sum er normalt ret god, så da jeg så et tilbud på Klook, købte jeg en kupon. Vi ankom den 6. juni omkring kl. 10.30 om morgenen, og personalet var meget søde. Selvom vi ankom for tidligt, fik vi hurtigt et bord. Men dagens dim sum var meget skuffende. De friturestegte retter var ikke varme nok og virkede som om, de havde stået fremme i et stykke tid; dejen var tør, men alligevel blød i stedet for sprød. Rejebollerne og siu mai var endnu værre, idet de mindede om frosne færdigretter fra supermarkedet, og siu mai smagte meget kraftigt af MSG. Jeg spekulerede på, om dim sum fra Klook mon er lavet på forhånd? Da jeg spurgte tjeneren, fik jeg at vide, at køkkenet ikke skelner mellem Klook-kunder og almindelige gæster, men det var meget mærkværdigt, at dagens dim sum ikke mindede om det, vi normalt får. Personalet i restauranten var dog meget høflige.

This was my first time enjoying this set meal, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The food quality was high, and the portions were generous. The set meal for five was more than enough, and the food was delicious. The staff were enthusiastic and polite. The restaurant is very large, with an antique and elegant decor, and it's very quiet. The tables are well-separated, providing plenty of private space. The price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to friends, and I will consider dining here again myself.

I'd been wanting to try the dinner buffet at Yamm ever since I saw a YouTuber review it, so when I found a discount on Klook, I booked a table right away. All the food was delicious. The abalone and fish maw were tender and flavorful. They even had scallops for sashimi, which is quite rare. The cold appetizer selection was extensive, featuring lobster, bread crab, crab legs, razor clams, lobster claws, clams, mussels, snails, and more. The wagyu claypot rice, wagyu sukiyaki, and roast beef were all excellent. The char siu was lean yet juicy, and the Peking duck was also tasty. They offered grilled prawns, tempura, and foie gras toast. The dessert variety was impressive; you could even add red beans to your tofu pudding, which looked and tasted great. There was a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including juices, self-serve iced and hot lemon tea, coffee, and a coffee machine for various coffee drinks. The ice cream was individual cups of Häagen-Dazs. I wanted to go back for more of so many dishes, but my stomach was already full. I haven't had such a delicious buffet in a long time. The restaurant was well-staffed, plates were cleared quickly, and each food counter had dedicated personnel, so no one person was serving multiple counters. Food was refilled promptly, so there was no rush to grab items before they ran out, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. Full marks!

Exceptional service and amazing food! First, regarding the service, the staff are friendly, polite, and proactive in looking after our needs: the steak cutter remembered that I wanted mine sliced thin; the noodle chef voluntarily offered to make an extra bowl; and the floor staff frequently checked in on the needs of the elderly and children! The food is nothing short of flawless, made-to-order and served fresh, with both savory and sweet options: baked scallops, soft-shell crab, durian crepes, molten lava cake... and no need to wait in line or rush for anything. There are also premium delicacies: fish maw steak, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, grilled crab legs, Japanese fruit platter... Other than being an incredible value and absolutely delicious, I can't think of any other words to describe it!

Showing the reservation QR code allowed for a smooth meal service, and the staff quickly understood when we asked about the bill and guided us through it, letting us leave the restaurant right away. I went for lunch, and when I was thinking about having dandan noodles for dinner, I found them on the menu and they were surprisingly delicious. I recommend eating the xiao long bao while they are piping hot, right after they are served.

The restaurant was at full capacity, and the food selection was good. Staff were quick to clear dishes, and the chefs were enthusiastic and polite. Due to the limited space, although they managed to fit in a lot of food options, the tables were a bit small and close together. In the middle of the dining area, there was a birthday cake celebration for guests to take photos, and someone played the guitar and sang birthday songs to add to the atmosphere. After the photos, a bell rang, and everyone could line up to get a mixed fruit Napoleon birthday cake, which tasted quite good. The best dishes that evening were the grilled ox tongue skewers and the Thai cucumber and abalone dish, which each person received a plate of. Most of the time, the Royal Garden buffet is in an enclosed space with few window seats. I was so happy to get a window seat tonight, allowing me to watch the Victoria Harbour laser show at 8 PM.

It's been a long time since I last had a buffet dinner at Park Hotel. Tonight, Saturday, July 11th, the place was completely packed! Although the food selection wasn't extensive, it was definitely worth the price, and the overall quality was quite good. They even replenished the bread crabs at 9 PM. The king crab was better than what you find at other hotels – not too salty and not dry 👍🏻. The ribeye was also excellent, and the sashimi and smoked salmon were great. Additionally, some of the made-to-order dishes required a short wait, but the queue moved quickly. The dessert and drink options were incredibly rich: various flavors of Movenpick and Häagen-Dazs ice cream were available, and coffee, tea, red, and white wine were all free-flowing. Many hotels can't offer this at this price point! Service: 5 stars There was a slight issue with our reservation and the hotel, which was later resolved by Manager Angus. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome 👍🏻. His enthusiastic and polite attitude is commendable 👍🏻😊. The rest of the front-line staff were also courteous and attentive. Overall, the experience was superb! Restaurant Environment: 5 stars. While not opulent, the seating was comfortable. Perhaps because we were seated further back, there weren't many people walking around 😊. In summary, highly recommended! 👍🏻

This was my first time having a lunch buffet at this hotel restaurant. I booked through Klook and got a discount, which made it great value for money! The restaurant's ambiance was comfortable, and the staff were polite. I was celebrating a friend's birthday, and I called beforehand hoping to arrange a birthday dessert and a personalized birthday message. Although the restaurant said personalized messages were only available for dinner buffets, they still provided free candles and a birthday sign, which was a nice touch! The lunch buffet here offered freshly shucked New Zealand oysters, king crab legs, mussels, chilled shrimp, and conch, among other seafood, as well as sashimi. Except for the king crab legs, which weren't very fresh, all the other seafood and sashimi were fresh and delicious. While the selection of hot dishes wasn't extensive, they all tasted good. There were also plenty of dessert options, including Häagen-Dazs and waffles. I will definitely be coming back again.

Spiste her til frokostbuffet for første gang efter restaurantens renovering for at fejre en venindes fødselsdag. Madkvaliteten var meget høj med østers, kongekrabbe, sashimi, rejer, snegle og meget andet. Udvalget var ikke så stort, men friskhed er det vigtigste. Desværre var der kun omkring halvdelen af pladserne fyldt på en lørdag, så vi håber, at forretningen går bedre i fremtiden. Dagens største overraskelse var barmedarbejderen, som lavede specialdrikke frisk til gæsterne på stedet. Ud over almindelig kaffe eller te kunne hun også lave is-latte uden is og sødemiddel eller kaffe-tonic, hvilket gjorde alle vennerne glade. Vi spiste og sludrede langsomt fra kl. 12.00 til 14.30 – et rigtig godt indslag i weekenden, som kan varmt anbefales!
