Ravintolat paikassa Tsim Sha Tsui

Olen käynyt Sha Tin New Town Plazan Tsui Yuen -ravintolassa syömässä dim sumia kahdesti viime aikoina. Dim sumit ovat yleensä hyviä, ja kun näin Klookissa tarjouksen, ostin kupongin. Saavuimme paikalle 6. kesäkuuta noin kello 10.30, ja henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Vaikka saavuimme aikaisin, meidät ohjattiin pöytään nopeasti. Kuitenkin sinä päivänä dim sumit olivat suuri pettymys. Friteeratut annokset eivät olleet tarpeeksi kuumia, ikään kuin ne olisivat olleet esillä jo jonkin aikaa. Kuori oli kuiva ja pehmeä, ei rapea. Katkarapunuudelit ja siu mait olivat vielä huonompia. Ne tuntuivat pakasteena ostetuilta valmisdim sumeilta supermarketista. Siu maissa oli myös erittäin voimakas natriumglutamaatin maku. Mietin, olivatko Klookin dim sumit esivalmistettuja? Kysyin tarjoilijalta. Hän sanoi, että keittiö ei erottele Klookin asiakkaita tavallisista asiakkaista, mutta oli todella outoa, että sinä päivänä dim sumit eivät olleet sellaisia kuin yleensä. Ravintolan henkilökunta oli kuitenkin erittäin kohteliasta.

Olin erittäin yllättynyt nauttiessani tästä ateriasta ensimmäistä kertaa. Ruoan laatu oli korkea ja annokset runsaat. Viiden hengen ateria oli riittävä, ja ruoka oli erittäin maukasta. Tarjoilijat olivat ystävällisiä ja kohteliaita. Ravintola oli erittäin suuri, sisustettu vanhanaikaisella tyylillä ja erittäin rauhallinen. Pöytien välissä oli hyvä etäisyys, mikä tarjosi paljon yksityisyyttä. Hinta oli erittäin kohtuullinen, ja suosittelen tätä ystävilleni. Aion myös harkita vierailevani uudelleen.

Exceptional service and amazing food! First, regarding the service, the staff are friendly, polite, and proactive in looking after our needs: the steak cutter remembered that I wanted mine sliced thin; the noodle chef voluntarily offered to make an extra bowl; and the floor staff frequently checked in on the needs of the elderly and children! The food is nothing short of flawless, made-to-order and served fresh, with both savory and sweet options: baked scallops, soft-shell crab, durian crepes, molten lava cake... and no need to wait in line or rush for anything. There are also premium delicacies: fish maw steak, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, grilled crab legs, Japanese fruit platter... Other than being an incredible value and absolutely delicious, I can't think of any other words to describe it!

I'd been wanting to try the dinner buffet at Yamm ever since I saw a YouTuber review it, so when I found a discount on Klook, I booked a table right away. All the food was delicious. The abalone and fish maw were tender and flavorful. They even had scallops for sashimi, which is quite rare. The cold appetizer selection was extensive, featuring lobster, bread crab, crab legs, razor clams, lobster claws, clams, mussels, snails, and more. The wagyu claypot rice, wagyu sukiyaki, and roast beef were all excellent. The char siu was lean yet juicy, and the Peking duck was also tasty. They offered grilled prawns, tempura, and foie gras toast. The dessert variety was impressive; you could even add red beans to your tofu pudding, which looked and tasted great. There was a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including juices, self-serve iced and hot lemon tea, coffee, and a coffee machine for various coffee drinks. The ice cream was individual cups of Häagen-Dazs. I wanted to go back for more of so many dishes, but my stomach was already full. I haven't had such a delicious buffet in a long time. The restaurant was well-staffed, plates were cleared quickly, and each food counter had dedicated personnel, so no one person was serving multiple counters. Food was refilled promptly, so there was no rush to grab items before they ran out, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. Full marks!

Täynnä asiakkaita, ruokavalikoima on hyvä, henkilökunta korjaa lautaset nopeasti, kokit ovat ystävällisiä ja innostuksensa osoittavia. Koska tila ei ole suuri, ruokaa on sijoitettu rajalliseen tilaan mahdollisimman paljon, mutta pöydät ovat pieniä ja lähellä toisiaan. Keskellä iltaa oli syntymäkakun juhlistus, jossa syntymäpäiväsankari saattoi ottaa valokuvia, ja joku soitti kitaraa ja lauloi syntymäpäivälaulun tunnelman luomiseksi. Kuvien oton jälkeen soitettiin kelloa, ja kaikki saattoivat jonottaa hedelmä-Napoleon-syntymäpäiväakkua, jonka maku oli hyvä. Illan parhaat ruokalajit olivat grillattu naudan kieli ja annos thaimaalaista kurkkua ja abalonia per henkilö. Itse asiassa Royal Garden -buffet on lähes sataprosenttisesti suljetussa tilassa, ja ikkunapaikkoja on harvassa. Istuin tänä iltana yllättäen lähellä ikkunaa ja saatoin katsella Victoria Harbourin lasershow'ta kello kahdeksalta, mikä oli todella ihanaa.

Kävimme syömässä lounasbuffetissa ensimmäistä kertaa ravintolan remontin jälkeen juhlimassa ystävän syntymäpäivää. Ruoan laatu oli erittäin korkea, ja tarjolla oli esimerkiksi osterteja, kuningasravun jalkoja, sashimi-kalaa, pakastekatkarapuja ja merietanoita. Valikoima ei ollut valtava, mutta tuoreus on kaikkein tärkeintä. Harmi vain, että lauantaina ravintolan käyttöaste oli vain noin puolet, ja toivommekin liiketoiminnan vilkastuvan tulevaisuudessa. Illan/päivän suurin yllitys oli, että baarimikko valmisti asiakkaille erikoisjuomia paikan päällä. Normaalin kahvin ja teen lisäksi hän pystyi valmistamaan pyynnöstä esimerkiksi jäälatteja ilman jäitä ja sokeria tai coffee tonic -juomia. Ystäväni olivat todella tyytyväisiä. Söimme ja juttelimme rauhassa klo 12.00–14.30. Tämä oli loistava ohjelmanumero viikonloppuun, suosittelen lämpimästi kokeilemaan!

It's been a long time since I last had a buffet dinner at Park Hotel. Tonight, Saturday, July 11th, the place was completely packed! Although the food selection wasn't extensive, it was definitely worth the price, and the overall quality was quite good. They even replenished the bread crabs at 9 PM. The king crab was better than what you find at other hotels – not too salty and not dry 👍🏻. The ribeye was also excellent, and the sashimi and smoked salmon were great. Additionally, some of the made-to-order dishes required a short wait, but the queue moved quickly. The dessert and drink options were incredibly rich: various flavors of Movenpick and Häagen-Dazs ice cream were available, and coffee, tea, red, and white wine were all free-flowing. Many hotels can't offer this at this price point! Service: 5 stars There was a slight issue with our reservation and the hotel, which was later resolved by Manager Angus. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome 👍🏻. His enthusiastic and polite attitude is commendable 👍🏻😊. The rest of the front-line staff were also courteous and attentive. Overall, the experience was superb! Restaurant Environment: 5 stars. While not opulent, the seating was comfortable. Perhaps because we were seated further back, there weren't many people walking around 😊. In summary, highly recommended! 👍🏻

This was my first time having a lunch buffet at this hotel restaurant. I booked through Klook and got a discount, which made it great value for money! The restaurant's ambiance was comfortable, and the staff were polite. I was celebrating a friend's birthday, and I called beforehand hoping to arrange a birthday dessert and a personalized birthday message. Although the restaurant said personalized messages were only available for dinner buffets, they still provided free candles and a birthday sign, which was a nice touch! The lunch buffet here offered freshly shucked New Zealand oysters, king crab legs, mussels, chilled shrimp, and conch, among other seafood, as well as sashimi. Except for the king crab legs, which weren't very fresh, all the other seafood and sashimi were fresh and delicious. While the selection of hot dishes wasn't extensive, they all tasted good. There were also plenty of dessert options, including Häagen-Dazs and waffles. I will definitely be coming back again.

Showing the reservation QR code allowed for a smooth meal service, and the staff quickly understood when we asked about the bill and guided us through it, letting us leave the restaurant right away. I went for lunch, and when I was thinking about having dandan noodles for dinner, I found them on the menu and they were surprisingly delicious. I recommend eating the xiao long bao while they are piping hot, right after they are served.
