Olen käynyt Sha Tin New Town Plazan Tsui Yuen -ravintolassa syömässä dim sumia kahdesti viime aikoina. Dim sumit ovat yleensä hyviä, ja kun näin Klookissa tarjouksen, ostin kupongin. Saavuimme paikalle 6. kesäkuuta noin kello 10.30, ja henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Vaikka saavuimme aikaisin, meidät ohjattiin pöytään nopeasti. Kuitenkin sinä päivänä dim sumit olivat suuri pettymys. Friteeratut annokset eivät olleet tarpeeksi kuumia, ikään kuin ne olisivat olleet esillä jo jonkin aikaa. Kuori oli kuiva ja pehmeä, ei rapea. Mietin, olivatko Klookin dim sumit esivalmistettuja? Kysyin tarjoilijalta. Hän sanoi, että keittiö ei erottele Klookin asiakkaita tavallisista asiakkaista, mutta oli todella outoa, että sinä päivänä dim sumit eivät olleet sellaisia kuin yleensä. Ravintolan henkilökunta oli kuitenkin erittäin kohteliasta.

We book early we able to get a window set, it was amazing view and comfortable..The food was great.It was fun experience eating lunch buffet with my friends here..The service is excellent. They are polite. It's rare to find such attentiveness these days, except in a very expensive restaurants.

Kävimme syömässä lounasbuffetissa ensimmäistä kertaa ravintolan remontin jälkeen juhlimassa ystävän syntymäpäivää. Ruoan laatu oli erittäin korkea, ja tarjolla oli esimerkiksi osterteja, kuningasravun jalkoja, sashimi-kalaa, pakastekatkarapuja ja merietanoita. Valikoima ei ollut valtava, mutta tuoreus on kaikkein tärkeintä. Harmi vain, että lauantaina ravintolan käyttöaste oli vain noin puolet, ja toivommekin liiketoiminnan vilkastuvan tulevaisuudessa. Illan/päivän suurin yllitys oli, että baarimikko valmisti asiakkaille erikoisjuomia paikan päällä. Normaalin kahvin ja teen lisäksi hän pystyi valmistamaan pyynnöstä esimerkiksi jäälatteja ilman jäitä ja sokeria tai coffee tonic -juomia. Ystäväni olivat todella tyytyväisiä. Söimme ja juttelimme rauhassa klo 12.00–14.30. Tämä oli loistava ohjelmanumero viikonloppuun, suosittelen lämpimästi kokeilemaan!

Tarjoilijat olivat ystävällisiä ja kohteliaita. Ravintola oli erittäin suuri, sisustettu vanhanaikaisella tyylillä ja erittäin rauhallinen. Pöytien välissä oli hyvä etäisyys, mikä tarjosi paljon yksityisyyttä. Hinta oli erittäin kohtuullinen, ja suosittelen tätä ystävilleni. Aion myös harkita vierailevani uudelleen.

I've always wanted to bring my husband to Felix for the experience. Many years ago, my sister and I came here for drinks, and at the time, I felt the place was quite dark and not as beautiful as I'd imagined. My memory might be a bit hazy now, so this time I specifically came with my husband to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the lobby manager escorted us directly to the elevator up to the restaurant, and then arranged a window seat for us, which was very thoughtful. Although I specifically called ahead to arrange it, the hotel did their best to accommodate my request, so I was very satisfied. As for the food, it was, of course, exceptional. The seafood in the seafood tower was very fresh. The dish that truly amazed me was the hot appetizer—the duck breast. The skin was crispy, and the meat inside was tender, almost like eating roast goose, not at all like the dry texture usually associated with duck breast. It was incredibly delicious. Besides that, the ambiance was excellent; we enjoyed our meal while looking out at the night sea view. All the staff that evening were very friendly, and finally, they presented me with birthday chocolates. It was truly a perfect start to the evening and a wonderful dining experience. It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.
