I've been to Tsui Yuen at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin twice recently for dim sum. The dim sum is usually quite good, so I bought a coupon when I saw a Klook offer. I arrived around 10:30 AM on June 6th, and the staff were very nice. Even though I was early, they quickly seated me. However, the dim sum that day was very disappointing. The fried items weren't hot enough; they seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The skin was dry and soft, not crispy. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) and siu mai (pork dumplings) were even worse. They tasted like frozen, pre-made dim sum bought from a supermarket. The siu mai also had a very strong MSG flavor. I wondered if the dim sum for Klook customers was pre-made. I asked a server, who said the kitchen doesn't differentiate between Klook customers and regular diners. But it was very strange; the dim sum that day didn't taste like what I usually have there. Despite this, the restaurant staff were very polite.

We book early we able to get a window set, it was amazing view and comfortable..The food was great.It was fun experience eating lunch buffet with my friends here..The service is excellent. They are polite. It's rare to find such attentiveness these days, except in a very expensive restaurants.

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!

Sempre havia volgut portar el meu marit a Felix per a una experiència, perquè fa molts anys vaig venir amb la meva germana a prendre una copa, i en aquell moment vaig trobar el lloc molt fosc, no tan bonic com m'imaginava. Potser els meus records ja són molt borrosos 😅, així que aquesta vegada vaig venir especialment amb el meu marit per celebrar el meu aniversari, i la sensació va ser molt bona. Primer, tan bon punt vam entrar al vestíbul de l'hotel, el gerent del vestíbul ens va acompanyar a l'ascensor directament al restaurant, i després ens va assignar un seient a la finestra, cosa molt atenta. Tot i que ho vaig demanar expressament per telèfon, l'hotel va fer tot el possible per satisfer la meva petició, així que estic molt satisfeta. Pel que fa al menjar, per descomptat, no cal dir res més: els mariscs de la torre de marisc eren molt frescos. El plat que més em va sorprendre va ser el plat calent: el magret d'ànec. La pell era cruixent i la carn tendra per dins, com si estigués menjant ànec rostit, gens semblant a la textura (seca) del magret d'ànec. Estava deliciós. A més, l'ambient era excel·lent, gaudint del menjar mentre contemplàvem la vista nocturna del mar. Tots els cambrers van ser molt amables aquella nit, i finalment ens van portar un xocolata d'aniversari. Va ser realment un preludi perfecte, una excel·lent experiència gastronòmica. It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

Tant la ubicació, el servei com la qualitat del menjar van superar completament les meves expectatives! Ubicació excel·lent i convenient 📍 El restaurant es troba a l'Eaton Hotel, una ubicació molt convenient. S'hi arriba fàcilment amb autobús o a poca distància a peu des de l'estació de metro. L'espai general del restaurant té un disseny molt característic, amb una sensació de pel·lícula retro i nostàlgica, combinada amb la comoditat moderna i elegant. Només entrar, ja et sents relaxat i content. Servei impecable del personal 💯 Vull destacar especialment l'actitud de servei de tot el personal de primera línia aquell dia! Des de la persona que et guia a la taula, els que recullen els plats fins als xefs de cada taulell de menjar, tots tenien un somriure a la cara i eren molt educats. La varietat de plats calents era diversa, ja fos vedella rostida, cuixa de xai rostida, plats cuinats amb sabor o postres delicades, el condiment era perfecte, i es notava la dedicació de l'equip de cuina. La secció de postres va ser el final perfecte, amb una gran varietat de gelats i pastissos petits exquisits, amb una qualitat que no té res a envejar a les pastisseries de luxe.
