This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

I've been to Tsui Yuen at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin twice recently for dim sum. The dim sum is usually quite good, so I bought a coupon when I saw a Klook offer. I arrived around 10:30 AM on June 6th, and the staff were very nice. Even though I was early, they quickly seated me. However, the dim sum that day was very disappointing. The fried items weren't hot enough; they seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The skin was dry and soft, not crispy. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) and siu mai (pork dumplings) were even worse. They tasted like frozen, pre-made dim sum bought from a supermarket. The siu mai also had a very strong MSG flavor. I wondered if the dim sum for Klook customers was pre-made. I asked a server, who said the kitchen doesn't differentiate between Klook customers and regular diners. But it was very strange; the dim sum that day didn't taste like what I usually have there. Despite this, the restaurant staff were very polite.

We book early we able to get a window set, it was amazing view and comfortable..The food was great.It was fun experience eating lunch buffet with my friends here..The service is excellent. They are polite. It's rare to find such attentiveness these days, except in a very expensive restaurants.

It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.

It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

Sempre havia volgut portar el meu marit a Felix per a una experiència, perquè fa molts anys vaig venir amb la meva germana a prendre una copa, i en aquell moment vaig trobar el lloc molt fosc, no tan bonic com m'imaginava. Potser els meus records ja són molt borrosos 😅, així que aquesta vegada vaig venir especialment amb el meu marit per celebrar el meu aniversari, i la sensació va ser molt bona. Primer, tan bon punt vam entrar al vestíbul de l'hotel, el gerent del vestíbul ens va acompanyar a l'ascensor directament al restaurant, i després ens va assignar un seient a la finestra, cosa molt atenta. Tot i que ho vaig demanar expressament per telèfon, l'hotel va fer tot el possible per satisfer la meva petició, així que estic molt satisfeta. Pel que fa al menjar, per descomptat, no cal dir res més: els mariscs de la torre de marisc eren molt frescos. El plat que més em va sorprendre va ser el plat calent: el magret d'ànec. La pell era cruixent i la carn tendra per dins, com si estigués menjant ànec rostit, gens semblant a la textura (seca) del magret d'ànec. Estava deliciós. A més, l'ambient era excel·lent, gaudint del menjar mentre contemplàvem la vista nocturna del mar. Tots els cambrers van ser molt amables aquella nit, i finalment ens van portar un xocolata d'aniversari. Va ser realment un preludi perfecte, una excel·lent experiència gastronòmica. We never leave disappointed when we eat here. Nowadays, quality buffets are about quality over quantity. Although they have never served oysters, their sashimi is a must-try, especially the large red shrimp (two per serving), scallops, and tuna, which are the best. The all-you-can-eat steak, lobster, and double-boiled soups are also must-haves. For desserts, the chocolate, egg waffles, Haagen-Dazs (both cups and ice cream bars), and various flavors of Movenpick are absolute musts. If you still have room, add a bowl of noodles in supreme broth, and try the grilled kani miso crab shell (different varieties are available during each time slot). Today, for the Mid-Autumn Festival, there was hot glutinous rice ball soup for dessert, and the cantaloupe was very sweet. Drinks are self-serve, including hot coffee and iced lemon tea, with an option to add $50 for unlimited apple juice, orange juice, and soft drinks (they used to have mango juice). Food was still being refilled even at 9:00 PM. Service: Plates were cleared constantly, water refilled promptly, and the staff was polite.

Restaurant Environment: Excellent, with beautiful scenery, comfortable seating, and tables spaced well apart. The seating arrangement is very comfortable, not cramped at all. Service: Excellent. All staff members were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Price: This Klook offer was an exceptional value, providing great bang for your buck. Experience: Superb! It felt like a vacation at an overseas resort, different from typical city hotels. Although the location is a bit out of the way, it's very convenient if you're driving. The buffet hours are 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM, but only 3 hours of free parking are provided. After that, it's $80 per hour. It would be even better if 4 hours of free parking were offered. Food Taste: The food selection was very rich, ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent, especially the desserts 👍🏻. Overall Conclusion: A superb buffet experience.
