I've been to Tsui Yuen at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin twice recently for dim sum. The dim sum is usually quite good, so I bought a coupon when I saw a Klook offer. I arrived around 10:30 AM on June 6th, and the staff were very nice. Even though I was early, they quickly seated me. However, the dim sum that day was very disappointing. The fried items weren't hot enough; they seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The skin was dry and soft, not crispy. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) and siu mai (pork dumplings) were even worse. They tasted like frozen, pre-made dim sum bought from a supermarket. The siu mai also had a very strong MSG flavor. I wondered if the dim sum for Klook customers was pre-made. I asked a server, who said the kitchen doesn't differentiate between Klook customers and regular diners. But it was very strange; the dim sum that day didn't taste like what I usually have there. Despite this, the restaurant staff were very polite.

This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

Rezervovali sme si miesto vopred, takže sa nám podarilo získať stôl pri okne, bol odtiaľ úžasný výhľad a bolo to pohodlné. Jedlo bolo vynikajúce. Obedový bufet s mojimi priateľmi bol skvelý zážitok. Obsluha je vynikajúca, personál je veľmi úctivý. V dnešnej dobe je zriedkavé nájsť takú pozornosť, s výnimkou veľmi drahých reštaurácií.

It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.

It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

I've always wanted to bring my husband to Felix for the experience. Many years ago, my sister and I came here for drinks, and at the time, I felt the place was quite dark and not as beautiful as I'd imagined. My memory might be a bit hazy now, so this time I specifically came with my husband to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the lobby manager escorted us directly to the elevator up to the restaurant, and then arranged a window seat for us, which was very thoughtful. Although I specifically called ahead to arrange it, the hotel did their best to accommodate my request, so I was very satisfied. As for the food, it was, of course, exceptional. The seafood in the seafood tower was very fresh. The dish that truly amazed me was the hot appetizer—the duck breast. The skin was crispy, and the meat inside was tender, almost like eating roast goose, not at all like the dry texture usually associated with duck breast. It was incredibly delicious. Besides that, the ambiance was excellent; we enjoyed our meal while looking out at the night sea view. All the staff that evening were very friendly, and finally, they presented me with birthday chocolates. It was truly a perfect start to the evening and a wonderful dining experience. We never leave disappointed when we eat here. Nowadays, quality buffets are about quality over quantity. Although they have never served oysters, their sashimi is a must-try, especially the large red shrimp (two per serving), scallops, and tuna, which are the best. The all-you-can-eat steak, lobster, and double-boiled soups are also must-haves. For desserts, the chocolate, egg waffles, Haagen-Dazs (both cups and ice cream bars), and various flavors of Movenpick are absolute musts. If you still have room, add a bowl of noodles in supreme broth, and try the grilled kani miso crab shell (different varieties are available during each time slot). Today, for the Mid-Autumn Festival, there was hot glutinous rice ball soup for dessert, and the cantaloupe was very sweet. Drinks are self-serve, including hot coffee and iced lemon tea, with an option to add $50 for unlimited apple juice, orange juice, and soft drinks (they used to have mango juice). Food was still being refilled even at 9:00 PM. Service: Plates were cleared constantly, water refilled promptly, and the staff was polite.

This Brazilian barbecue restaurant is very unique! The ingredients are fresh, the food is carefully prepared, and the service is meticulous, attentive, and friendly! This afternoon, the restaurant was about 85% full, with guests chatting and eating, creating a lively atmosphere. We had a very satisfying afternoon, truly commendable! 👍👍
