This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

Recent am fost de două ori la restaurantul Chui Yuen din Sha Tin New Town Plaza pentru dim sum. Dim sum-ul este destul de bun, așa că am cumpărat un cupon de pe Klook când am văzut o ofertă. Am ajuns pe 6 iunie, în jurul orei 10:30 dimineața, iar personalul a fost foarte amabil. Chiar dacă am ajuns mai devreme, am fost așezați rapid. Însă, dim sum-ul din acea zi a fost foarte dezamăgitor. Preparatele prăjite nu erau suficient de fierbinți, păreau să fi stat o vreme. Aluatul era uscat și moale, nu crocant. Găluștele cu creveți (har gow) și shaomai erau și mai rele. Păreau a fi dim sum congelat, pre-preparat, cumpărat de la supermarket. Shaomai-ul avea și un gust foarte puternic de glutamat de sodiu. M-am gândit, oare dim sum-ul de la Klook este pre-preparat? Am întrebat chelnerul. Mi-a spus că bucătăria nu face diferența între clienții Klook și clienții obișnuiți, dar a fost foarte ciudat, dim sum-ul din acea zi nu semăna cu cel pe care îl mănânc de obicei. Însă, personalul restaurantului a fost foarte politicos.

It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.

It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

We never leave disappointed when we eat here. Nowadays, quality buffets are about quality over quantity. Although they have never served oysters, their sashimi is a must-try, especially the large red shrimp (two per serving), scallops, and tuna, which are the best. The all-you-can-eat steak, lobster, and double-boiled soups are also must-haves. For desserts, the chocolate, egg waffles, Haagen-Dazs (both cups and ice cream bars), and various flavors of Movenpick are absolute musts. If you still have room, add a bowl of noodles in supreme broth, and try the grilled kani miso crab shell (different varieties are available during each time slot). Today, for the Mid-Autumn Festival, there was hot glutinous rice ball soup for dessert, and the cantaloupe was very sweet. Drinks are self-serve, including hot coffee and iced lemon tea, with an option to add $50 for unlimited apple juice, orange juice, and soft drinks (they used to have mango juice). Food was still being refilled even at 9:00 PM. Service: Plates were cleared constantly, water refilled promptly, and the staff was polite.

I've always wanted to bring my husband to Felix for the experience. Many years ago, my sister and I came here for drinks, and at the time, I felt the place was quite dark and not as beautiful as I'd imagined. My memory might be a bit hazy now, so this time I specifically came with my husband to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the lobby manager escorted us directly to the elevator up to the restaurant, and then arranged a window seat for us, which was very thoughtful. Although I specifically called ahead to arrange it, the hotel did their best to accommodate my request, so I was very satisfied. As for the food, it was, of course, exceptional. The seafood in the seafood tower was very fresh. The dish that truly amazed me was the hot appetizer—the duck breast. The skin was crispy, and the meat inside was tender, almost like eating roast goose, not at all like the dry texture usually associated with duck breast. It was incredibly delicious. Besides that, the ambiance was excellent; we enjoyed our meal while looking out at the night sea view. All the staff that evening were very friendly, and finally, they presented me with birthday chocolates. It was truly a perfect start to the evening and a wonderful dining experience. Exceptional service and amazing food! First, regarding the service, the staff are friendly, polite, and proactive in looking after our needs: the steak cutter remembered that I wanted mine sliced thin; the noodle chef voluntarily offered to make an extra bowl; and the floor staff frequently checked in on the needs of the elderly and children! The food is nothing short of flawless, made-to-order and served fresh, with both savory and sweet options: baked scallops, soft-shell crab, durian crepes, molten lava cake... and no need to wait in line or rush for anything. There are also premium delicacies: fish maw steak, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, grilled crab legs, Japanese fruit platter... Other than being an incredible value and absolutely delicious, I can't think of any other words to describe it!

It was my birthday, so I came back to the Harbour Grand Hong Kong for their buffet. The environment here is spacious, and the staff are attentive and polite. There's a huge variety of desserts, including the classic molten chocolate cake, cheesecake, mango Napoleon, and 12 flavors of Mövenpick ice cream. What's really commendable is that every time I ask if I can have all 12 flavors at once, the staff always smile and say it's no problem; they never refuse the request. Plus, you can pair the ice cream with waffles or crepes, so anyone with a sweet tooth will be very happy here. Also, if you inform the staff in advance that it's your birthday, they'll provide a complimentary birthday cake.
