This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.

Navštívili sme reštauráciu na obedový bufet prvýkrát po jej rekonštrukcii, aby sme oslávili narodeniny kamaráta. Kvalita jedla bola veľmi vysoká, v ponuke boli ústrice, krabie nohy, sashimi, mrazené krevety, mrazené slimáky atď. Výberovopríliš veľa druhov nebolo, ale najdôležitejšia je čerstvosť. Škoda len, že v sobotu bola obsadenosť reštaurácie len okolo polovice, dúfame, že v budúcnosti sa biznis zlepší. Najväčším prekvapením celého zážitku bolo, že zamestnanec baru pripravoval hosťom na počkanie špeciálne nápoje. Okrem bežnej kávy či čaju vám dokázal namiechať aj ľadové Latte bez ľadu a cukru alebo kávový tonik a podobne. Všetci kamoši maliveľkú radosť. Jedli sme od 12:00 do 14:30 hod., pomaly sa rozprávali a vychutnávali jedlo. Je to skvelý víkendový program, vrelo odporúčam každému vyskúšať!

For over twenty years since graduating from university, I have been a loyal supporter of Mandarin Oriental. Although the restaurant has undergone a slight renovation, it still maintains its classic and elegant style, with its original charm unchanged. The food quality continues to improve, with classic dishes consistently maintaining a high standard, and the signature Hainanese chicken rice being absolutely superb. The signature desserts, especially the chocolate series, are rich and outstanding. Mandarin Oriental's service has always been the best in Hong Kong, attentive and meticulous. During dinner this evening, I requested a table change because my seat was a bit chilly, and the manager promptly made excellent arrangements, demonstrating their dedication to hospitality. Thank you to the team for over twenty years of dedicated care. The taste, ambiance, and service have remained consistently excellent, and I will continue to be a long-term supporter. From the hosts seating guests, to the plate clearers, and the chefs at each food station, everyone was smiling, polite, and attentive. Plates were cleared very quickly and efficiently, never allowing empty dishes to pile up on the table. They were constantly attentive to guests' needs, making everyone feel truly welcome and well-cared for. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. In summary: The Astor demonstrates exceptionally high standards in terms of ambiance, service, and food, offering excellent value for money. It's a buy-one-get-one-free deal, and for the price of this lunch, there's an unexpectedly large amount of food, so it's no wonder the place was packed. The desserts, in particular, were very thoughtfully prepared and unique, including mango Napoleon, durian pancakes, crème brûlée mochi puffs, taro egg waffles, several kinds of soft cookies, and various Movenpick ice cream flavors. They were truly impressive and delicious. The seafood, such as oysters, shrimp, and clams, was standard, and surprisingly, there were even lobster claws. The salad was good. The hot dishes and Chinese options were average and could be improved. The Japanese sashimi wasn't cut to order; it was pre-cut and available for self-service, and the quality was just okay. Sushi, cold noodles, and similar items weren't particularly exciting. The service was normal. Overall, this meal offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely come again.

Rezervovali sme si miesto vopred, takže sa nám podarilo získať stôl pri okne, bol odtiaľ úžasný výhľad a bolo to pohodlné. Jedlo bolo vynikajúce. Obedový bufet s mojimi priateľmi bol skvelý zážitok. Obsluha je vynikajúca, personál je veľmi úctivý. V dnešnej dobe je zriedkavé nájsť takú pozornosť, s výnimkou veľmi drahých reštaurácií.
