It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!

It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.

You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. For over twenty years since graduating from university, I have been a loyal supporter of Mandarin Oriental. Although the restaurant has undergone a slight renovation, it still maintains its classic and elegant style, with its original charm unchanged. The food quality continues to improve, with classic dishes consistently maintaining a high standard, and the signature Hainanese chicken rice being absolutely superb. The signature desserts, especially the chocolate series, are rich and outstanding. Mandarin Oriental's service has always been the best in Hong Kong, attentive and meticulous. During dinner this evening, I requested a table change because my seat was a bit chilly, and the manager promptly made excellent arrangements, demonstrating their dedication to hospitality. Thank you to the team for over twenty years of dedicated care. The taste, ambiance, and service have remained consistently excellent, and I will continue to be a long-term supporter. This Brazilian barbecue restaurant is very unique! The ingredients are fresh, the food is carefully prepared, and the service is meticulous, attentive, and friendly! This afternoon, the restaurant was about 85% full, with guests chatting and eating, creating a lively atmosphere. We had a very satisfying afternoon, truly commendable! 👍👍
