This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.

Kävimme syömässä lounasbuffetissa ensimmäistä kertaa ravintolan remontin jälkeen juhlimassa ystävän syntymäpäivää. Ruoan laatu oli erittäin korkea, ja tarjolla oli esimerkiksi osterteja, kuningasravun jalkoja, sashimi-kalaa, pakastekatkarapuja ja merietanoita. Valikoima ei ollut valtava, mutta tuoreus on kaikkein tärkeintä. Harmi vain, että lauantaina ravintolan käyttöaste oli vain noin puolet, ja toivommekin liiketoiminnan vilkastuvan tulevaisuudessa. Illan/päivän suurin yllitys oli, että baarimikko valmisti asiakkaille erikoisjuomia paikan päällä. Normaalin kahvin ja teen lisäksi hän pystyi valmistamaan pyynnöstä esimerkiksi jäälatteja ilman jäitä ja sokeria tai coffee tonic -juomia. Ystäväni olivat todella tyytyväisiä. Söimme ja juttelimme rauhassa klo 12.00–14.30. Tämä oli loistava ohjelmanumero viikonloppuun, suosittelen lämpimästi kokeilemaan!

For over twenty years since graduating from university, I have been a loyal supporter of Mandarin Oriental. Although the restaurant has undergone a slight renovation, it still maintains its classic and elegant style, with its original charm unchanged. The food quality continues to improve, with classic dishes consistently maintaining a high standard, and the signature Hainanese chicken rice being absolutely superb. The signature desserts, especially the chocolate series, are rich and outstanding. Mandarin Oriental's service has always been the best in Hong Kong, attentive and meticulous. During dinner this evening, I requested a table change because my seat was a bit chilly, and the manager promptly made excellent arrangements, demonstrating their dedication to hospitality. Thank you to the team for over twenty years of dedicated care. The taste, ambiance, and service have remained consistently excellent, and I will continue to be a long-term supporter. It's just a short walk from the bus stop or MTR station, making it incredibly accessible. The restaurant's overall design is very distinctive, blending a nostalgic, retro cinematic feel with modern, stylish comfort. The moment you step inside, you feel relaxed and happy. Impeccable Staff Service 💯 I especially want to commend the service attitude of all the front-line staff that day! From the hosts seating guests, to the plate clearers, and the chefs at each food station, everyone was smiling, polite, and attentive. Plates were cleared very quickly and efficiently, never allowing empty dishes to pile up on the table. They were constantly attentive to guests' needs, making everyone feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Exceptionally High-Quality Seafood & Food 🦀 What impressed me most was the abundance and quality of the food! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. In summary: The Astor demonstrates exceptionally high standards in terms of ambiance, service, and food, offering excellent value for money. This is definitely a dining experience that makes you want to return again. I highly recommend it to all friends who appreciate great food and excellent service!

Osta yksi, saa toinen kaupan päälle. Tämän hintaisella lounaalla oli odottamattoman paljon ruokaa, mikä selittää sen, että paikka oli täynnä. Erityisesti jälkiruoat olivat huolella mietittyjä ja hyvin erikoisia: tarjolla oli muun muassa mangonapoleonleivosta, durian-ohukaisia, creme brulee -mochipalloja, taron makuisia vohveleita ja useita pehmeitä keksejä sekä Movenpickin jäätelövalikoima, mikä osoitti suurta panostusta ja oli erittäin hyvää. Meren antimet, kuten osterit, katkaravut ja simpukat, olivat normaaleja, ja yllätyksenä mukana oli jopa hummeria ja vertasimpukoita. Salaatti oli hyvä. Lämpimät ruoat ja kiinalainen osasto olivat perusvarmoja, niissä voisi olla parantamisen varaa. Japanilaiset Sashimit oli leikattu valmiiksi isoksi kasaksi otettavaksi sen sijaan, että ne olisi leikattu tilauksesta, ja niiden laatu oli vain kohtalainen. Sushi ja kylmät nuudelit eivät tarjonneet suuria yllätyksiä. Palvelu oli normaalia. Kaiken kaikkiaan tällä aterialla oli erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde, ja voin tulla uudelleenkin.
