I've been to Tsui Yuen at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin twice recently for dim sum. The dim sum is usually quite good, so I bought a coupon when I saw a Klook offer. I arrived around 10:30 AM on June 6th, and the staff were very nice. Even though I was early, they quickly seated me. However, the dim sum that day was very disappointing. The fried items weren't hot enough; they seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The skin was dry and soft, not crispy. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) and siu mai (pork dumplings) were even worse. They tasted like frozen, pre-made dim sum bought from a supermarket. The siu mai also had a very strong MSG flavor. I wondered if the dim sum for Klook customers was pre-made. I asked a server, who said the kitchen doesn't differentiate between Klook customers and regular diners. But it was very strange; the dim sum that day didn't taste like what I usually have there. Despite this, the restaurant staff were very polite.

This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.

It was my birthday, so I came back to the Harbour Grand Hong Kong for their buffet. The environment here is spacious, and the staff are attentive and polite. There's a huge variety of desserts, including the classic molten chocolate cake, cheesecake, mango Napoleon, and 12 flavors of Mövenpick ice cream. What's really commendable is that every time I ask if I can have all 12 flavors at once, the staff always smile and say it's no problem; they never refuse the request. Plus, you can pair the ice cream with waffles or crepes, so anyone with a sweet tooth will be very happy here. Also, if you inform the staff in advance that it's your birthday, they'll provide a complimentary birthday cake.

The restaurant's decor might have changed, as it looks different from the pictures in the reviews, but it's still very beautiful. I had planned to take some nice photos, but I wore the wrong color outfit because I didn't know the decor had changed. The service staff were excellent, and the food tasted decent. The themed card holder that came with the meal is very pretty. If you're looking to take beautiful photos, this is a great spot, but if you have high expectations for the food, you might want to reconsider.

It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

Sempre havia volgut portar el meu marit a Felix per a una experiència, perquè fa molts anys vaig venir amb la meva germana a prendre una copa, i en aquell moment vaig trobar el lloc molt fosc, no tan bonic com m'imaginava. Potser els meus records ja són molt borrosos 😅, així que aquesta vegada vaig venir especialment amb el meu marit per celebrar el meu aniversari, i la sensació va ser molt bona. Primer, tan bon punt vam entrar al vestíbul de l'hotel, el gerent del vestíbul ens va acompanyar a l'ascensor directament al restaurant, i després ens va assignar un seient a la finestra, cosa molt atenta. Tot i que ho vaig demanar expressament per telèfon, l'hotel va fer tot el possible per satisfer la meva petició, així que estic molt satisfeta. Pel que fa al menjar, per descomptat, no cal dir res més: els mariscs de la torre de marisc eren molt frescos. El plat que més em va sorprendre va ser el plat calent: el magret d'ànec. La pell era cruixent i la carn tendra per dins, com si estigués menjant ànec rostit, gens semblant a la textura (seca) del magret d'ànec. Estava deliciós. A més, l'ambient era excel·lent, gaudint del menjar mentre contemplàvem la vista nocturna del mar. Tots els cambrers van ser molt amables aquella nit, i finalment ens van portar un xocolata d'aniversari. Va ser realment un preludi perfecte, una excel·lent experiència gastronòmica.
