I've been to Tsui Yuen at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin twice recently for dim sum. The dim sum is usually quite good, so I bought a coupon when I saw a Klook offer. I arrived around 10:30 AM on June 6th, and the staff were very nice. Even though I was early, they quickly seated me. However, the dim sum that day was very disappointing. The fried items weren't hot enough; they seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The skin was dry and soft, not crispy. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) and siu mai (pork dumplings) were even worse. They tasted like frozen, pre-made dim sum bought from a supermarket. The siu mai also had a very strong MSG flavor. I wondered if the dim sum for Klook customers was pre-made. I asked a server, who said the kitchen doesn't differentiate between Klook customers and regular diners. But it was very strange; the dim sum that day didn't taste like what I usually have there. Despite this, the restaurant staff were very polite.

This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.

Klook VIP: Use a $200 voucher with a $40 discount, paying $165 to get a $250 voucher. We went to the Causeway Bay branch to eat, and it was super crowded! We ordered Set A for two people: two bowls of 'Sai Yung' noodles, dumplings, blanched vegetables, and fried wontons, plus a Coke. The total was $255, so we only saved $5. 😌 I highly recommend the 'Sai Yung' noodles with fried wontons; the noodles are perfectly springy. It's the best in Hong Kong! 🤤 It's worth the price. 😃

it is a nice sandwich with discount buying from klook. can use the coupon at once after klook payment. good choice to have few clicks rather going to the store directly.

It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

Foi uma grata surpresa desfrutar deste menu pela primeira vez. A qualidade da comida é excelente e as porções são muito generosas; o menu para cinco pessoas é mais do que suficiente e a comida é deliciosa. Os atendentes foram muito atenciosos e educados. O restaurante é muito grande, com uma decoração tradicional e clássica, e um ambiente muito tranquilo. O espaçamento entre as mesas é excelente, proporcionando bastante privacidade. Os preços são muito razoáveis. É altamente recomendável para amigos e eu definitivamente consideraria voltar.

Para celebrar o meu aniversário, voltei ao Harbour Grand Hong Kong para o buffet. O ambiente aqui é espaçoso, a equipe é atenciosa e educada, e há uma enorme variedade de sobremesas, incluindo os clássicos fondant de chocolate, cheesecake, mil-folhas de manga e 12 sabores de sorvete Mövenpick. O que mais merece elogios é que, sempre que perguntei aos funcionários se podia pedir os 12 sabores de uma vez só, eles responderam sorrindo que não havia problema, sem recusar o pedido. Além disso, o sorvete pode ser acompanhado de waffle ou crepe, fazendo a alegria de qualquer pessoa que ame doces. Além disso, se avisar a equipe com antecedência sobre o aniversário, eles oferecem um bolo de aniversário de cortesia.
