今次係慶生所以訂dinner buffet，上一次黎已經係三年前食lunch buffet，食物款色唔算多但質素相當好，感謝餐廳今次到安排窗口坐位，景觀好，晚上氣氛相比日間好好多，食客唔算多，十分守秩序地取食物，可以係一個安靜及舒適環境好好享受美食👍🏻值得一讚係服務員十分貼心，經常留意有無碟需要清走，更準備小蛋糕及為我地係窗台夜景下拍照留念🙂今次buffet美食主題係日式美食如壽喜燒，魚子醬和牛壽司，適合我目前追求清淡飲食指標，另外有人蔘雞湯好重蔘味又唔太濃，追加左三次😆甜品中規中矩，自家製gelato口味選擇多，其一亮點係烘焙算幾特別，我自製一個小菠籮油🤭

Restaurant Environment: The view from the 103rd floor is stunning. Remember to request a window seat when booking; the view alone is a huge plus! Service: The staff primarily speak English. If you speak Chinese to them, they will still respond in English. The service is nice and sweet, which is a bonus. Food Taste: The selection of food isn't extensive, but the quality is excellent, especially the char siu (barbecued pork) and the chocolate cake – I ate many pieces! The Chinese soup, Japanese sashimi, and seafood are all fresh, and the taste is good. Experience: If you want to have a relaxing buffet on the weekend, you can give this a try!

A huge thank you to all the colleagues at Cafe 103 who provided us with this buffet lunch service. From the moment of booking until the meal concluded, we felt the enthusiasm, care, understanding, and assistance of this professional team, which brought us endless joy and pleasant memories during our two-hour gathering. We would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Carmen, who assisted with the dine-in service. She is not only an excellent communicator, kind, and helpful, but she also proactively took photos for us and consistently kept our table tidy, making the overall gathering atmosphere perfect. We also express our utmost gratitude to the colleagues who continuously checked on our dining needs via WhatsApp; without their assistance, this wonderful experience would certainly not have been possible. Furthermore, we must commend the colleagues at the reception who provided concierge services; their gentle and courteous demeanor truly embodies the spirit of hospitality. Finally, a round of applause for Cafe 103's outstanding chef and their team!

It was close to Christmas, so the afternoon tea had been transformed into a Christmas theme. The afternoon tea dim sum was exquisite, and the savory items were a pleasant surprise. One of the caramel-flavored desserts was particularly delicious and not overly sweet – definitely worth trying. Food Taste: The savory items were outstanding, especially the foie gras tart and white truffle tart, which were incredibly tasty. Several of the desserts were also excellent, and the presentation was beautiful, perfect for photos. Price: Reasonable, and acceptable for a five-star hotel. Service: The staff were very attentive, had friendly smiles, and were proactive in helping us take photos. Restaurant Environment: The only downside is that not all tables in this buffet area on the 103rd floor offer an open view.

This year, my wife, my in-laws, and I celebrated Christmas and New Year with a lunch buffet at the Ritz Carlton 103 Cafe. The hotel staff proactively guided us to the elevator to the 103rd floor, and the lobby staff were happy to help us take photos with the Christmas house backdrop. The cafe tables were laden with various cold dishes, including king crab legs, shrimp, conch, and sushi. Hot dishes included char siu, roast duck, lamb, and seafood fried rice. What I appreciated most were the delicious pumpkin soup and the steamed turbot with cordyceps flowers. The cafe staff also presented us with a strawberry cake and took photos for us, truly making us feel at home. Overall, we are very grateful for today's hospitality and look forward to visiting again.

坐到對正窗口既位，超正超開心。服務都好好，好nice,收碟又快。食物方面，凍龍蝦一般，冇咩味，龍蝦鉗就幾好食，生蠔任食，但唔係即開，唔算肥美，好過冇咁la, 蟹腳都唔錯，其他蝦、青口、蜆就冇食。刺身好滿意，有三文魚、帶子、赤貝、北寄貝、蝦，全部都好正，有encore。當晚主題係東南亞美食，有冬陰公湯，蝦餅等。甜品冇即製既，都係件裝cake,選擇都好多，味道ok, haagen Dazs有幾款味。總結，食物唔算buffet中最正，但成晚對住個靚景食buffet體驗真係一流！

We were so lucky to encounter the Ritz Carlton Cafe 103's buy-two-get-two-free buffet lunch. The attentive service, delicious food, and unbeatable views left my family, friends, and me very satisfied! What was most memorable was how friendly and enthusiastic every staff member we met was. In the dining area, we were served by Olivia Andy, a trainee from Indonesia, who showed incredible patience and thoughtfulness when introducing the dishes to my friend. She even proactively offered my indecisive friend an additional tea to sample. Even when we met Sister Kun, an employee who has worked there for over 30 years, in the restroom, she was warm and hospitable, happily sharing her joy of working at the Ritz Carlton for so many years. This kind of atmosphere and experience was truly wonderful! The food was also exquisite and delicious, and refills were frequent. We were just so engrossed in the food and conversation that we only remembered to take photos before leaving.

Server Regina was wonderful and friendly. A great variety of food items was served, and most of them were tasty. Not to mention the skyline and awesome view looking over the harbor. It should not be missed indeed, especially when there was a super discount.

今次係阿囡生日同埋週年紀念，所以想搵間特別啲嘅可以見到維港景色。職員服務好有禮貌，安排泊車服務仲準備咗慶祝嘅蛋糕比我哋。訂位confirm時想坐近窗邊都安排到，所以好開心。大部分食物種類都算正常，海鮮生蠔長腳蟹凍蝦刺身，不過出奇地甜品熱食略勝一籌，最大賣點係景觀同埋氣氛，慶祝生日同周年紀念就值得推介。

Cafe103 全港最高餐廳，居高臨下，餐廳安排特大窗邊座位，燦爛夜景，賞心悅目，食物種類不多，生蠔刺身新鮮美味，甜品精緻，服務殷勤細心，是日慶祝母親節，好一個愉快的晚上，Klook買二送二，經濟實惠，值得再來。
