The food was delicious, and the variety of choices was adequate. Sometimes you don’t need that many choices in a buffet, and I thought The Lounge was spot on with the selection. The steak, teppanyaki, and cooked Chinese food, such as an unlimited flow of abalone, clam, and wonton, were sublime. The long-leg crab was of decent size, and the desserts offered were exquisite. Overall, the experience was fantastic!

Das Personal gab uns den gewünschten Fensterplatz und es war so schön, die Straßenbahnen draußen vorbeifahren zu sehen, an einem Nachmittag nach dem Taifun Saola, in der ruhigen und friedlichen Lounge-Atmosphäre. Die herzhaften und süßen Desserts waren köstlich und interessant mit einem sommerlichen Meeresfrüchte-Thema, obwohl die Scones etwas hart und kalt waren, als sie mit Marmelade und Clotted Cream serviert wurden. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Würde für einen weiteren schönen Nachmittag mit Freunden wiederkommen.

環境舒適過樓上嘅cafe，服務員都好Nice，雖然沒有龍蝦生蠔，帶子刺身，選擇唔算多，但真的很足夠，約$600嘅價位，性價比高，腳蟹都算大隻，有中式鮑魚，薑蔥炒蟹，蒜蓉粉絲蒸大蝦，朱古力甜品都各有好多款，但Häagen-Dazs雪糕款式就很少選擇

The food is good and the service is excellent, but it was surprisingly crowded for a weekday. The Chinese wonton noodles and durian pancake were particularly impressive.

overall experience: 5 stars, if you are in for the atmosphere and silver tray and array of food, highly recommended to come!

Our third visit there over the years. They changed up the menu since we last visited which was nice. Mostly Asian food, would be nice to see more western food though. Excellent quality and superb service.

My friend wanted to celebrate their birthday with a dinner buffet at the Marriott Hotel. We chose the buffet located in the lobby because the price was more reasonable. The selection included salads, cheeses, sushi, sashimi, hot dishes, Chinese dim sum, Hainanese chicken rice, spicy crab, Peking duck, roasted lamb chops, roasted beef, a noodle station, mini abalone, and a dessert counter. There was enough variety for us, but compared to other hotel dinner buffets, the selection wasn't extensive; it was just average. However, there was no self-service beverage bar, but each person received one complimentary drink. Nowadays, it's rare to find a 5-star hotel dinner buffet for around five hundred dollars, and Marriott's offerings never disappoint, with satisfactory food quality. The Lobby Cafe has high ceilings, a comfortable environment, and large floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of Admiralty's nightscape. The restaurant staff were diligent and polite, and the chefs at the food counters were friendly and introduced the dishes. However, the lady who answered the phone at the hotel responded to customer inquiries with a robotic tone and impatient attitude, which was quite off-putting!

食物味道非常好，有鐵板燒牛肉粒、燒蝦、酸菜魚，凍蟹，凍蝦青口等，但菜式選擇比較少，飲品一杯都唔包，比較失望。不過員工服務非常之好，消費滿$900就有3小時免費泊車。

Is seeing believing? Be careful, as strange "photo hoaxes" have been appearing recently! Because when you get there, you find that in reality, there are no lobsters, no large oysters, no big scoops of various ice creams, and no boxes of super desserts! My photos reveal the truth! The variety and quantity are not much!

I didn't expect the afternoon tea buffet to have so many food options, including grilled mackerel, chicken steak, pigeon, braised chicken wings, congee, noodles, sashimi, rice rolls, siu mai, beef tripe, sesame paste, tofu pudding, mushroom soup, bread, fruit salad, Häagen-Dazs ice cream, chocolate, and cakes, as well as unlimited orange juice and apple juice, etc. Highly recommended.
