I've wanted to try Yamm's dinner buffet ever since I saw a YouTuber review it. Klook had a discount, so I booked a table immediately. All the food was delicious. The abalone and fish maw were tender and flavorful. They even had scallops for sashimi, which is rare. There was a wide variety of cold dishes, including lobster, bread crab, crab legs, razor clams, lobster claws, clams, mussels, and snails. The wagyu claypot rice, wagyu sukiyaki, and roasted beef were all very tasty. The char siu was lean and juicy, and the Peking duck was also good. There were grilled prawns, tempura, and foie gras toast. The dessert selection was extensive, and you could add red beans to the tofu pudding yourself; it looked good and tasted great. There was a wide range of hot and cold drinks, including juices, self-service hot and cold lemon tea, coffee, and a coffee machine for various coffee types. The ice cream was Häagen-Dazs cups. I wanted to encore many dishes, but my stomach quota was full. I haven't had such a delicious buffet in a long time. The restaurant was well-staffed, plates were cleared quickly, and each food counter had dedicated staff, so no one person was serving multiple counters. Food was refilled quickly, so there was no worry about things running out if you weren't fast enough; you could eat at your leisure. Full marks!
美食和良好的农历新年氛围,非常适合这次活动。我们非常享受美食和热情的服务。食物选择丰富,物超所值!!肯定会在YAMM的特殊活动中再次尝试!
I participated in Klook's buy-one-get-one-free offer for this activity. It's been a long time since I last went to Yamm for dinner, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of seafood tonight, especially the French oysters. They weren't the usual buffet quality; they were a much better variety. Other items like lobster were also quite good. Among the hot dishes, the roasted lamb rack was another outstanding dish tonight – it was incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly roasted. The tempura also maintained its consistently high standard. The sashimi was decent, with many choices, and I especially loved the unlimited salmon roe. Their char siu (barbecued pork) was also very good, and the燉湯 (double-boiled soup) is another option not to be missed. The dessert selection was a bit limited, but their macarons were absolutely delicious. If there's a promotional offer, coming here to eat is incredibly satisfying. Highly recommended!
There was a wide array of food options available. The sashimi selection, including scallop, shrimp, octopus, salmon, and yellowtail, stood out as particularly delightful. When it came to cold seafood, my recommendations would be the whelk, mussels, and lobster claw. The sea cucumber and fish maw soup surprised me with the large pieces of sea cucumber and fish maw contained within. The Peking duck served with pancakes was flavorful, but the duck could have been crispier and more oily to enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the lobster baked with cheese, along with the free flow of wine, fruit juices, fruit punch, coffee, and tea, contributed to a lavish dining experience. A cup of latte or cappuccino at the end of the meal left a satisfying note. The waffles were both crispy and delicious. However, the dessert section may have been the weakest link, lacking a wide variety of choices.
Weekday dinner buffet – buy one get one free for two people at HK$910. This high-quality buffet was sold out on Klook in less than half an hour, and I was lucky enough to get a booking. You can start getting food before 6:30 PM, so I recommend arriving a bit early. The food quality and variety are excellent; you can find almost anything you want. The service attitude is also very good. What needs improvement are the sand in the razor clams and sea snails, and shell fragments in the raw oysters. Another point to mention is that the seating is too close together. Besides making conversations difficult, the proximity means that if the next table talks loudly, it becomes as noisy as a wet market. Unfortunately, I was seated right next to such a "wet market" area, and the shrimp sauce from the lady at the next table splashed onto my clothes multiple times. This hotel needs to make significant improvements in these areas.
It's been a while since I last had a buffet. We came here because it's my mom's birthday and there was a buy-one-get-one-free discount. The restaurant is located in The Mira Hong Kong, right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, so transportation is extremely convenient, whether you're driving or taking public transport. Today is a weekday lunch, but it's super crowded. Initially, we had to queue for about five to ten minutes to get food. The variety of food is quite extensive, meeting the usual expectations for a buffet. Since it was my mom's birthday today, I told them we needed a more comfortable seating area, and the seating arrangement was very satisfactory. They also provided a complimentary cake, which I found quite thoughtful. Overall, I would recommend it.
The variety of food was a pleasant surprise; the seafood and sashimi were incredibly fresh, and my favorite, the king crab, was available. The congee was served in a stone pot with clams, piping hot and delicious – I had two bowls. The tempura sauce was kept warm, which greatly enhanced the flavor of the food. The hot melted cheese was also unique and rich in flavor, pairing perfectly with the garlic bread from the cheese section. As a bread lover, it would be even better if there was an oven near the bread section to reheat items. I love the bread at this hotel; it would be great if it could be placed in the cake display cabinet at the front desk for purchase. For drinks, there was champagne, and the TW tea bags were high-quality; the orange juice was also delicious. The salad, dim sum, roasted meats, and Peking duck all looked very appealing, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough room in my stomach. I'll definitely come back next time. The only slight disappointment was the cakes and desserts, which weren't particularly appealing, though the tofu pudding ice cream was quite good. The waitstaff were proactive in clearing plates, and the buffet area staff were polite, inviting guests to take food and offering to help with hot soup. Special thanks to staff member Bryan for the birthday cake, small gift, and his warm smile; his dedication to work is commendable. The restaurant has high ceilings, comfortable seating, and a great overall atmosphere. This was my first time at this restaurant, and it left me with happy memories for my birthday. I hope this high standard can be maintained, and I will recommend it to friends.
I bought a coupon during the Double Eleven sale and used it today for a weekend brunch buffet. It was a pleasant surprise! I didn't expect such a wide variety of food in a relatively small area. The cold seafood platter included lobster claws and king crab. There was also baked lobster, sea cucumber and shark fin soup dumplings, and the Japanese section offered scallops, herring, tuna, and salmon. There were plenty of hot food options too. The Chinese section had various steamed dim sum and fried items. The Western section featured Eggs Benedict, truffle eggs, Swiss raclette, and various freshly carved steaks. For desserts, there was Häagen-Dazs ice cream with pandan waffles, purple sweet potato sago, and pear ginger panna cotta. There was also free-flow champagne, various cocktails or mocktails, and a TWG tea section. The only minor drawback might be that the staffing seemed a bit stretched.
Subject: Graduation Dinner Celebration The food quality was excellent, the seafood was very fresh and varied, and the environment was comfortable 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I especially want to commend the staff for their excellent and polite service. They changed plates quickly. A special thank you to a tall gentleman with black-rimmed glasses. Our initial table was windy, and we wanted to move. He immediately helped us arrange another spot and even helped carry two large bouquets of flowers to the new table. Such thoughtful service, absolutely amazing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. We were very satisfied and happy with our meal that evening. I will recommend this place to colleagues and friends for future visits, and thanks again to the tall gentleman with black-rimmed glasses 😃😃
