入座率十成 食物款式可以 員工收碟快 廚師熱情有禮 由於場地不大 雖然在有限空間放置最多食物 但枱偏細 枱與枱接近。 中場有生日蛋糕慶祝比生日人士打卡拍照 還有人彈結他唱生日歌添氣氛 拍照後響鈴 大家可以排隊取雜果拿破崙生日蛋糕 味道不錯 當晚最好味是串燒牛舌及每人一碟泰式青瓜鮑魚 其實帝苑自助餐九成九是密閉空間 少有窗邊位 我今晚竟然坐近窗邊 可以八點時 觀看維港的激光匯演 真開心

今次係呢兩年第三次嚟這裏晚間自助餐了！不論食物質素、種類到擺盤也很吸引！首先講返坐位很有空間感不會太擠迫，不怕食飽飽後沒有活動空間！取食物位置也安排很得很有空間，大家取食物時也有秩序排隊選取食物。昨晚也有驚喜每位有杯冇酒精的welcome drinks, 在未能取餐時在周邊行一圈時，廚師在整理食物時也不忙介紹一下今次添加了一些新菜式，例如：羊肉串！另外今次的主題是品味澳門，所以也有澳門出名的牛雜…..另外這次晚餐是跟家人慶生，所以在訂座時也有提及慶生！餐廳除了有公開一個空間給生日者跟大型拿破崙蛋糕拍照留念，亦為生日者預備了一個小型的生日蛋糕！在現餐未能及時享用的情況下，可帶回家享用。 體驗：儀式感滿滿 餐點口味：多種食物及烹調技術，任君選擇 價格：在Klook訂購，選擇合適的拆扣，今次享有65折優惠 服務：服務員態度親切，有笑容 餐廳環境：氣氛滿滿，整齊

Decent quality lunch buffet with fresh seafood like crab claws and sea whelk, and sushi of course. Healthy fruits like watermelon, melons, pineapples and good variety of dessert pastries including Haagen Daz ice cream. The only negative is the poor acoustics and loud noises in the dining area despite the live piano performance

The food and service from the staff were good. The sushi bar was the weakest part, whereas the desserts were quite outstanding. The lamb chops, tempura, skewers, and roast duck were above average. The sushi, sashimi, and the sushi chefs' attitude were just disappointing. Overall, 8 out of 10. Thanks!

It's been a long time since I had a buffet, and this experience was very enjoyable. First, the overall food quality was high. Among the seafood, the lobster and king crab were the best, with firm and fresh meat. The sushi and sashimi were a pleasant surprise, especially the aburi sushi, all fresh with rich textures. The pandan pancake among the desserts was also good, while other hot dishes were just average. The most memorable was the ribeye steak, which was tender and delicious. The dining experience was also excellent. The waitstaff constantly cleared plates to ensure an unobstructed dining experience. The environment was beautiful; The Royal Garden Hotel, with its long history, maintains a five-star standard in its upkeep. During the meal, there was also live music. The singer interacted with the audience, making it lively. My favorite part was taking photos with the Napoleon cake. The whole family could take pictures together, and the singer would also sing along to add to the fun. If someone in the family has a birthday, you must bring them here to celebrate, as it's truly unforgettable. The only drawback was the black rainstorm in the morning. I contacted Klook customer service online to ask if I could reschedule if there was a black rainstorm in the evening. The customer service representative said they needed to check but never replied by dinner time. I feel Klook needs to improve its customer service quality; even if the activity cannot be changed, they should still inform the customer of the situation.

Full house on Saturday dinner buffet even though under typhoon No. 3! The food quality overall is good, with live piano music, the atmosphere is great! The signature Napoleon cake is yummy and many people lined up for birthday photos. Just the Napoleon cakes were a bit late to be available to serve while we were already too full!

High value for money, a highly recommended 5-star hotel buffet. Perhaps due to the attractive Klook offer, it was fully booked even on a weekday. The cold seafood selection was complete (missing oysters), fresh, and there was a wide variety of hot dishes, desserts, food, and drinks. Each person could use a card to redeem one special fish maw and abalone dish. When purchasing the meal voucher, I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration, and the hotel even provided a half-pound fresh cream mixed fruit cake. After taking photos, you could pack the whole cake to take home. I wonder if any other restaurants/hotels offer this service. The hotel was very thoughtful, providing fresh flowers and birthday balloons for guests to take photos with their signature Napoleon cake. They also prepared extra Napoleon cakes to give to guests. Even a few days after this meal, I'm still thinking about the whole roasted duck leg – crispy skin, tender meat, and slightly warm. There's a limit to the number of photos I can share here, so I'll just share the highlights for now.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place. For someone with a small appetite like me, I got full very quickly, so I just tried a little bit of everything. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, especially the seafood. We didn't have time to stay long and were about to leave after eating, but the staff kindly asked us to stay a bit longer because there was a special dessert, their signature Napoleon cake. However, it was raining heavily outside, and we arrived half-drenched, so our shoes were quite wet, and we didn't really want to stay longer. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and prepared it for us in advance, which truly touched me! There was also a resident singer whose performance was excellent and created a very warm atmosphere. Since our table was very close, I could enjoy the song I requested up close, and the singer was very happy to perform. Although The Royal Garden Hotel is a bit far, I will definitely come back to enjoy this restaurant again when I visit Hong Kong next year. Thank you to every staff member at The Royal Garden.

Thank you so much for another amazing lunch buffet experience at The Royal Garden @The Grenery. The place is perfect and the food tastes fresh, especially the seafood. One of my favorites is the seafood pasta, 10/10. The staff were also very nice to me; the moment I entered the restaurant, they made me feel very welcome. They even let me check out the place even though it wasn't open yet. Thank you very much, Grenery, hope to see you again soon.

I visited alone for Sunday lunch, and the seating was spacious, and the staff were friendly. They offer not only delicious meat and fresh seafood but also a variety of other dishes and desserts (the restaurant has more food than shown in the pictures). Many Google reviews or YouTube videos recommend and talk about local restaurants, but I was much happier visiting this place to enjoy a variety of foods rather than painfully waiting on the street in the hot weather. I hesitated due to the price when making the reservation, but now that I've used it, I have no regrets.
