It was such a delightful dining experience! First of all, the service was fantastic, and all the staff were welcoming. The chef named Rawat was particularly friendly, introducing some Indian dishes to us and bringing soup, dosa, rasmalai and ice-cream to our table personally. He gave us very interesting information about Indian cuisine. In addition, we enjoyed the food and the ambience. The lobby lounge was light and airy, offering a view of the harbour between buildings. There was a good variety of authentic Indian dishes, from salads, curry dishes, desserts to coffee. If you want to try something special and of high quality, not just ordinary international buffet, this is worth a try!

As one of the three treasures of Admiralty, the environment is spacious and comfortable, as expected. Yesterday, we were arranged a table by the window, which was very bright and airy. The biggest surprise was that I didn't expect to enjoy such a high-quality afternoon tea at this price. The savory items on the top tier and the puff pastry items on the middle tier were above average, but the small desserts on the bottom tier were outstanding. You could taste the chef's meticulous planning, craftsmanship, and dedication. The presentation was exquisite. The scones were decent, but the jam was specially prepared with cinnamon powder and other ingredients to enrich the flavor. I particularly enjoyed the Earl Grey tea mousse dessert cup, which had a refreshing taste and layered sweetness. Finally, beverages including coffee or tea were also included. I ordered "Twelve," a premium tea with hints of vanilla and caramel, which was quite excellent. Before leaving, I chatted with the manager and learned that it was Chef Tommy's dedicated creation, for which I am truly grateful. Overall, this experience was excellent. The service from the restaurant staff and manager was impeccable, meeting the standards of a five-star hotel. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the ceramic tableware to something more luxurious, and it would be absolutely perfect.

The waiter arranged a window seat with a sea view for us, which was excellent. The variety of food was also good, with chicken, fish, beef, lamb, and shrimp, and the quality of each was very high. I usually don't eat lamb because I'm afraid of its gamey smell, but I wanted to try a small piece. After finishing all the food, it suddenly occurred to me, did I eat lamb? How come there was no gamey smell at all? 👍 The beef, on the other hand, was tender enough. All the staff had excellent service attitudes, and the Indian chef was very friendly, proactively asking me what ice cream I wanted and even bringing the dosa to my table. This buffet includes one cup of coffee or tea per person, and unlimited ice cream – just ask for it. The buy-one-get-one-free offer was incredibly cost-effective, allowing two people to eat for $398. Looking today, this promotion is no longer available; if you see it again, be sure to seize the opportunity! Overall, 99.9 points. The 0.1 point deduction is for the orchid on the table; it seemed the water hadn't been changed in a long time.

Staff are all very polite and helpful. Paratha was not on today's menu at first, but the Indian chef quickly told me he would add it today. It's so delicious! He was also willing to specially prepare a king-size Masala Dosa for us. Fish, lamb, and Ras Malai are so yummy.

This New Year buffet offers a wide array of delicious food, including sashimi and crab legs. A highlight is the sea urchin sushi, which is incredibly tasty. Hot dishes include black moss and dried oyster, grouper, and delicious Hainanese chicken. Their char siu (barbecued pork) is exceptionally good, and the roasted suckling pig has wonderfully crispy skin. Another highlight is the 'Lo Hei' (prosperity toss), which is fun to enjoy together. The atmosphere is great, with live band music while you dine, and an unlimited supply of red wine, white wine, and sparkling wine. I sincerely hope this lobby lounge can offer a dinner buffet every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night – that would be fantastic!

This time, I had the "Indian Delights Buffet Lunch" at the Conrad Hong Kong's Lobby Lounge, and the overall experience was quite amazing! Indian Executive Chef Rawat Raju Singh used over 25 types of spices directly imported from India, and every dish was full of authentic flavor. You must try the **freshly made Indian pancakes**, which are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Dip them in the rich **spinach cheese curry** for a delightful layered taste. The **Indian grilled chicken pieces** were tender and juicy, perfectly marinated with spices. The **Indian biryani** had distinct grains, and when paired with the daily rotating **seafood curry**, it was aromatic without being overpowering. For dessert, I recommend the **Indian sweet dumplings Gulab Jamun**, which were sweet but not cloying. In terms of price, the value for money is excellent, making it suitable for diners who want to experience authentic Indian cuisine.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an open view, and the dining environment is quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed a high-quality lunch. My favorites were the vegetable soup, Beef Vindaloo, and the Indian yogurt lamb curry. The baked potatoes and Indian cheese spinach were also good. The crispy poppadoms were delicious, equally tasty with cucumber raita or mint sauce. The chef and waitstaff provided excellent service. We will definitely visit again in the future.

當晚是369.00。本星期暫有349.00。1 月28日已經去過一次。其實兩字講晒：一流。佢有大約4人樂隊，唱英文，水準高。講明宵夜，食物款只稍少，仍然豐富，未能盡錄。甜品多但雪糕少。飲品只茶啡，但另有付費吧。有刀义（雙义，正規）匙外更有筷子，濕紙巾等等，可見心意，近期我食了十多間，只是第二間遇到，專業，五星級就是五星級。三小時，聽飽食飽。衣著要斯文。20260304。注名食自家。
