Buy one get one free is such a good deal! Very good quality of food and a wide range. Most impressed with the crab claws, mussels, Chinese boiled soup, swordfish sashimi, and great variety of dessert including bread pudding, superb apple crumble, crème brûlée, matcha cake, mango napoleon and tiramisu.

Wonderful lunch buffet at the Conrad today, I would come again. 👍🏻Buffet is a thing for our family, it’s a wonderful bonding time, it’s fun.👯‍♀️ I visited with my mum today as she really enjoys a good meal. 🍽️ The SEAFOOD STATION had a great selection including long leg crab, shrimp, mussels, etc. 🍣SUSHI & SASHIMI station was very nice too. 🥩🐠ROAST BEEF & SALMON was a delicious staple. 🥗There is a fantastic salad station made up of three small stations, which has a variety of salad leaves such as kale - luxurious salad toppings that you could totally create a poke powl with! 😊 DESSERT was delicious too. I loved the BAK KUT TEH. The BABY BAGUETTE was really cute and pretty tasty too. There was a juice station (Orange, Pineapple, Apple). Cuppucino is REALLY good, I find personally. We could regularly come to have a plate of salad, a soup, a meaty piece of roast beef, a plate of seafood and desserts - this would make a very scrumptious meal. 😊✨

The lobster and seafood are fresh and refilled regularly. The salad is also decent. The hot dishes are standard, but the steak trolley left a particularly good impression; it offered various mustards, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The lamb rack was also good, and the laksa was rich. However, the Western soup was mediocre, and there was no good bread or basic cheese platter available. The package also didn't include oysters but substituted them with Japanese sake-steamed cold abalone, which was acceptable. The desserts were generally good, and there was a show to watch. The food met the expectations of a 5-star hotel and is worth recommending. The manager (a slightly plump middle-aged man) was very kind, constantly asking if we wanted foie gras, desserts, or fruit, and clearing plates quickly. However, the dessert server had a sour face all evening and seemed reluctant to answer questions.

The hotel's buffet area isn't large, but it's wonderfully comfortable and quiet. The diners are polite and well-mannered, not rushing for food, allowing for a peaceful dining experience! The food quality is excellent; the salad bar offers a wide variety of beautifully arranged greens, which is very appetizing. The seafood is appealing, with springy shrimp, rich and sweet bread crab, and mussels. The sashimi is also very fresh; the salmon belly melts in your mouth, which is incredibly satisfying, along with tuna and various sushi rolls. The roasted beef and pan-fried salmon are also among my favorites. The hot dishes are quite distinctive, and I especially love the Peking duck and char siu. The desserts and fruits are even more delightful, with a wide and unique selection. The mixed berries among the fruits are a rare find in other hotels, showing a significant investment, making for a truly enjoyable meal!

The culinary experience was exceptionally delightful, offering a diverse array of delectable options. The staff demonstrated remarkable attentiveness, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. We anticipate future patronage with great enthusiasm.

The restaurant isn't very large, and there aren't many food stations, but the advantage is that there aren't too many customers, so there's absolutely no need to queue for food. The restaurant staff and manager are very polite and treat guests with sincerity. There's a wide variety of food, with unlimited orange juice, apple juice, and soft drinks. The cold seafood includes snow crab legs, clams, large mussels, and lobster claws. The snow crab legs were a bit thin and didn't have much meat, which was a slight disappointment. The salads and sashimi were very diverse, and I was especially happy to find ark shell, neatly arranged in individual square compartments, which I really liked. Hot dishes included Peking duck, steamed fish, and crispy fried beef brisket, as well as Chinese and Western soups, all very delicious. The Chinese dim sum was a bit lacking, with only one type, beef balls with bean curd skin; I hope they can add a few more dim sum options. There was also freshly cooked pasta, which is rare at buffets and was very tasty. The desserts were exquisite and delicious, and with a cup of cappuccino, it was simply a heavenly meal. Overall, at a flash sale price of $515 for two people, it's definitely excellent value for money.

The staff's service attitude was excellent 👍🏻. Although there wasn't a wide variety of food, each item was well worth the price. It included one drink. Seafood options included king crab, fresh shrimp, clams, and mussels. Sashimi included salmon, herring, tuna, snapper, and sushi. There was also smoked salmon, Parma ham, a salad bar, and surprisingly good hot dishes, including Peking duck. A chef prepared pasta, fusilli, sirloin steak, and pork ribs. Other hot dishes included steamed fish, beef brisket, vegetables, Yee Mein, and spare ribs. Roasted meats included char siu and poached chicken. Desserts included cheesecake, crème brûlée, and tiramisu. The boxed ice cream was Häagen-Dazs. There were also diced fruits. It would be even fresher if the sashimi were freshly sliced or taken from a refrigerator; currently, it's just placed on ice without direct contact. If stored this way for 2.5 hours in the summer, I probably wouldn't dare to take it after the initial serving. Adding dim sum would also be a nice improvement.
