We never leave disappointed when we eat here. Nowadays, quality buffets are about quality over quantity. Although they have never served oysters, their sashimi is a must-try, especially the large red shrimp (two per serving), scallops, and tuna, which are the best. The all-you-can-eat steak, lobster, and double-boiled soups are also must-haves. For desserts, the chocolate, egg waffles, Haagen-Dazs (both cups and ice cream bars), and various flavors of Movenpick are absolute musts. If you still have room, add a bowl of noodles in supreme broth, and try the grilled kani miso crab shell (different varieties are available during each time slot). Today, for the Mid-Autumn Festival, there was hot glutinous rice ball soup for dessert, and the cantaloupe was very sweet. Drinks are self-serve, including hot coffee and iced lemon tea, with an option to add $50 for unlimited apple juice, orange juice, and soft drinks (they used to have mango juice). Food was still being refilled even at 9:00 PM. Service: Plates were cleared constantly, water refilled promptly, and the staff was polite.

I immediately called the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel to clarify and confirmed that I had indeed made the wrong booking. Although Klook was firm and stated that no changes could be made, the Marriott Hotel's customer service was incredibly accommodating and immediately helped me change my reservation to a Dinner Buffet! I had previously experienced their excellent service during a Long Stay at Marriott, and this unexpected incident once again confirmed the Marriott Hotel's thoughtful service, which truly deserves high praise! ⚠️ I also want to remind everyone of a crucial point: If you book dinner or any dining at the Marriott Hotel through Klook, you will not be able to earn Marriott Bonvoy points on-site. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

The food quality is exceptionally high, with every dish tasting excellent. It truly maintains a consistent standard. The previous dinner was also incredibly rich, especially the crab, which is their signature dish and made entirely of crab meat. I'll definitely mention it again! The lunch was very satisfying and delicious. Enjoying it with a glass of champagne while overlooking the sea view is absolutely fantastic. The staff are excellent, and the dishes are impeccably clean. I highly recommend this place.

All staff members were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Price: This Klook offer was an exceptional value, providing great bang for your buck. Experience: Superb! It felt like a vacation at an overseas resort, different from typical city hotels. Although the location is a bit out of the way, it's very convenient if you're driving. The buffet hours are 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM, but only 3 hours of free parking are provided. After that, it's $80 per hour. It would be even better if 4 hours of free parking were offered. Food Taste: The food selection was very rich, ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent, especially the desserts 👍🏻. Overall Conclusion: A superb buffet experience. I've been to Tsui Yuen at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin twice recently for dim sum. The dim sum is usually quite good, so I bought a coupon when I saw a Klook offer. I arrived around 10:30 AM on June 6th, and the staff were very nice. Even though I was early, they quickly seated me. However, the dim sum that day was very disappointing. The fried items weren't hot enough; they seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The skin was dry and soft, not crispy. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) and siu mai (pork dumplings) were even worse. They tasted like frozen, pre-made dim sum bought from a supermarket. The siu mai also had a very strong MSG flavor. I wondered if the dim sum for Klook customers was pre-made. I asked a server, who said the kitchen doesn't differentiate between Klook customers and regular diners. But it was very strange; the dim sum that day didn't taste like what I usually have there. Despite this, the restaurant staff were very polite.

This Brazilian barbecue restaurant is very unique! The ingredients are fresh, the food is carefully prepared, and the service is meticulous, attentive, and friendly! This afternoon, the restaurant was about 85% full, with guests chatting and eating, creating a lively atmosphere. We had a very satisfying afternoon, truly commendable! 👍👍

It was my birthday, so I came back to the Harbour Grand Hong Kong for their buffet. The environment here is spacious, and the staff are attentive and polite. There's a huge variety of desserts, including the classic molten chocolate cake, cheesecake, mango Napoleon, and 12 flavors of Mövenpick ice cream. What's really commendable is that every time I ask if I can have all 12 flavors at once, the staff always smile and say it's no problem; they never refuse the request. Plus, you can pair the ice cream with waffles or crepes, so anyone with a sweet tooth will be very happy here. Also, if you inform the staff in advance that it's your birthday, they'll provide a complimentary birthday cake.
