"Jade" continua el concepte gastronòmic del restaurant xinès homònim de l'Hotel Fullerton de Singapur, oferint als comensals una àmplia selecció de plats tradicionals cantonesos amb el teló de fons d'un paisatge ininterromput de muntanyes i mar. L'equip culinari utilitza marisc sostenible i respectuós amb el medi ambient d'origen local i d'arreu del món, retent homenatge a la profunda herència històrica del poble pesquer d'Aberdeen. Preparem amb cura una sèrie de plats reconfortants, incloent-hi clàssics cantonesos tradicionals molt populars, dim sum artesanal exquisit, sopes estofades nutritives, plats de temporada i marisc fresc, per satisfer el cos i l'ànima dels comensals i crear una experiència gastronòmica inoblidable.

這間酒店中菜廳非常值得推介，環境一流，面對廣濶大海，餐廳很寧靜優雅，枱與枱之間分開很遠，感覺很有私隱，三五知己在此茶敍一流，食物質素很好，侍應服務態度欣勤，交通很方便，酒店每半小時有接駁專車接送，價格可以接受，值得一試。
趁夏天嚟享受下無邊際泳池，就揀左Fullerton 入住。之前有食過buffet 都好高質，今次揀左呢個九道菜晚餐，2位加埋都係$1000，好抵食。食物質素整體好高質，個焗蟹蓋勁足料；蝦球好彈牙；茶燻雞好香煙燻味之餘，仲好嫩滑；鮑魚燴飯好入味；最後個甜品係紫米露，唔太甜好好味。
Restaurant had very nice ambiance and decor. The table and seats were comfortable. The set menu was excellent! every course tasted great! my favorite was the crab and chicken soup. highly recommend!
The environment was quiet and beautiful. the dim sum was tasty. if you want to order hot tea, there are a lot of choices for selection with extra cost.

餐廳非常寬敞，座位舒服。Staff的服務亦非常好，有酒店應有的水準，每道菜上菜後均會介紹。食物對得起原價價錢，所以能夠買一送一非常超值。但要留意只包兩杯橙汁，開茶的話要另收茶錢。
服務非常好👍🏻雖然茶位每位$45起，但物有所值！可以自選不同種類茶葉，茶葉質素高，非常享受，能看海景品賞美食，頭盤冰鎮鮑魚，新鮮美味👍🏻「玉」點心套餐再額外加點心：鮑魚燒賣$188值得一試，鮑魚大隻，切肉燒賣足料美味😋
很好的地方，令人非常放鬆，有度假的感覺，中菜廳的佈置很好，服務周到，有shuttle接送，約半小時一班，菜式精美，食材新鮮，還可以另加自選中國茶，推薦
環境很好，人不多又有海景，可以慢慢食，點心好味道，但唯獨是餐內的汽泡茶只有寥寥數口，加茶的話每位要$50以上。份量適中，之後去做spa亦不會太飽。
因為住富麗敦所以係酒店食埋~當晚只有一枱用klook，買一送一噤抵食居然噤少人好意外！服務人員無因為優惠就怠慢，正常水平；食物對得住價錢，好快入黑，想睇海要6點前到啦😆
