Recentemente, fui tomar chá duas vezes no Tsui Yuen, no New Town Plaza de Sha Tin. Os dim sum eram bons e, como vi uma oferta no Klook, comprei um cupão. Fui no dia 6 de junho, por volta das 10h30 da manhã, e os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Embora tenhamos chegado cedo, arranjaram mesa rapidamente. No entanto, os dim sum desse dia foram muito desapontantes. Os fritos não estavam suficientemente quentes, pareciam estar ali há algum tempo. A massa estava seca e mole, nada crocante. Os bolinhos de camarão e os siu mai estavam ainda piores, pareciam dim sum congelados pré-confeccionados comprados no supermercado. Os siu mai também tinham muito MSG. Fiquei a pensar se os dim sum do Klook seriam pré-confeccionados. Perguntei ao empregado de mesa, que disse que a cozinha não faz distinção entre clientes do Klook e clientes normais, mas é muito estranho, os dim sum daquele dia não pareciam-se com os que costumamos comer. Ainda assim, os empregados do restaurante foram muito educados.

A primeira vez que desfrutei deste menu, fiquei muito surpreendido. A qualidade da comida era alta, as porções eram generosas, o menu para cinco pessoas era mais do que suficiente, e a comida era deliciosa. Os funcionários eram atenciosos e educados. O restaurante é muito grande, com uma decoração clássica e elegante, e é muito tranquilo. As mesas são bem espaçadas, proporcionando muita privacidade. O preço é muito razoável, e vale a pena recomendar aos amigos. Eu também considerarei voltar.

Já queria ir comer o buffet de jantar no Yamm depois de ver a recomendação de um Youtuber, e como havia desconto no Klook, reservei logo. Toda a comida estava deliciosa; o abalone e a bexiga de peixe estavam macios e bem temperados. The restaurant was at full capacity, and the food selection was good. Staff were quick to clear dishes, and the chefs were enthusiastic and polite. Due to the limited space, although they managed to fit in a lot of food options, the tables were a bit small and close together. In the middle of the dining area, there was a birthday cake celebration for guests to take photos, and someone played the guitar and sang birthday songs to add to the atmosphere. After the photos, a bell rang, and everyone could line up to get a mixed fruit Napoleon birthday cake, which tasted quite good. The best dishes that evening were the grilled ox tongue skewers and the Thai cucumber and abalone dish, which each person received a plate of. Most of the time, the Royal Garden buffet is in an enclosed space with few window seats. I was so happy to get a window seat tonight, allowing me to watch the Victoria Harbour laser show at 8 PM.

It's been a long time since I last had a buffet dinner at Park Hotel. Tonight, Saturday, July 11th, the place was completely packed! Although the food selection wasn't extensive, it was definitely worth the price, and the overall quality was quite good. They even replenished the bread crabs at 9 PM. The king crab was better than what you find at other hotels – not too salty and not dry 👍🏻. The ribeye was also excellent, and the sashimi and smoked salmon were great. Additionally, some of the made-to-order dishes required a short wait, but the queue moved quickly. The dessert and drink options were incredibly rich: various flavors of Movenpick and Häagen-Dazs ice cream were available, and coffee, tea, red, and white wine were all free-flowing. Many hotels can't offer this at this price point! Service: 5 stars There was a slight issue with our reservation and the hotel, which was later resolved by Manager Angus. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome 👍🏻. His enthusiastic and polite attitude is commendable 👍🏻😊. The rest of the front-line staff were also courteous and attentive. Overall, the experience was superb! Restaurant Environment: 5 stars. While not opulent, the seating was comfortable. Perhaps because we were seated further back, there weren't many people walking around 😊. In summary, highly recommended! 👍🏻

Showing the reservation QR code allowed for a smooth meal service, and the staff quickly understood when we asked about the bill and guided us through it, letting us leave the restaurant right away. I went for lunch, and when I was thinking about having dandan noodles for dinner, I found them on the menu and they were surprisingly delicious. I recommend eating the xiao long bao while they are piping hot, right after they are served.

This was my first time having a lunch buffet at this hotel restaurant. I booked through Klook and got a discount, which made it great value for money! The restaurant's ambiance was comfortable, and the staff were polite. I was celebrating a friend's birthday, and I called beforehand hoping to arrange a birthday dessert and a personalized birthday message. Although the restaurant said personalized messages were only available for dinner buffets, they still provided free candles and a birthday sign, which was a nice touch! The lunch buffet here offered freshly shucked New Zealand oysters, king crab legs, mussels, chilled shrimp, and conch, among other seafood, as well as sashimi. Except for the king crab legs, which weren't very fresh, all the other seafood and sashimi were fresh and delicious. While the selection of hot dishes wasn't extensive, they all tasted good. There were also plenty of dessert options, including Häagen-Dazs and waffles. I will definitely be coming back again.

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!
