No dia 29 de maio, fui ao Harbour Grand Kowloon saborear um farto buffet de almoço (12:00 às 14:30). O preço é acessível e oferece excelente custo-benefício. A variedade de pratos é imensa e a qualidade é deliciosa e garantida. Os garçons e funcionários do hotel prestaram um ótimo serviço. Já frequentei o local várias vezes e nunca tive nenhuma reclamação. A nossa mesa, ocupada por duas pessoas, incluindo um idoso, ficou próxima à área de comelança, atendendo ao pedido de proximidade para facilitar a retirada dos alimentos. O ambiente é agradável, com grandes janelas de vidro que proporcionam muita luminosidade, embora o ar-condicionado estivesse um pouco fraco, o que não chegou a ser um grande problema. Quanto à comida, havia rosbife, que é o meu favorito, além de sashimi de salmão, polvo, vieiras frescas e camarões vermelhos frescos — todos os itens muito frescos. Os bolos e sobremesas foram satisfatórios. Os talheres faltaram um pouco em quantidade, mas foram repostos rapidamente, talvez porque a cozinha não estivesse conseguindo lavar e repor a tempo. Na minha avaliação geral, dou cinco estrelas de satisfação e aprovação.

Reservamos cedo e conseguimos um lugar à janela, a vista era incrível e confortável. A comida estava ótima. Foi uma experiência divertida almoçar buffet com meus amigos aqui. O serviço é excelente. Eles são educados. É raro encontrar tanta atenção hoje em dia, exceto em restaurantes muito caros.

Restaurant Environment: Clean, tidy, and brightly lit, with views of the Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai night skyline. Food Taste: There's a wide variety of food, including freshly shucked French oysters. The cold seafood platter offers lobster, crab legs, bread crabs, and more. Hot dishes include stir-fried lobster, steamed scallops with garlic, pan-fried foie gras, steak, lamb chops, various roasted meats, Japanese tonkatsu, Indian curry, stew, and more. The best desserts are the original and chocolate flavored egg waffles, along with Mövenpick ice cream. You can also enjoy unlimited soda, milk tea, and lemon tea. The lobster was fresh, tender, and delicious. Every dish looked and tasted excellent! 👍🏻 Experience: The staff were polite and cleared plates quickly. It's even better than the buffet at the S-brand hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The environment, atmosphere, food and service are all so great! We had an excellent experience in Ritz Carlton! Price for the afternoon tea is reasonable with such a good view! Will surely come again!

This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.
