did not dissapoint. quality of food has been maintained through the years. all dishes cooked to perfection . seafoods all very fresh. staff are also very attentive and clean your used plates asap .they dont stand around and idle. they move so fash and efficient. will definitely go back again.

Today, we celebrated my son's birthday and specifically chose the Garden Cafe at the Conrad Hong Kong for a buffet lunch. The restaurant isn't very large, but it has high ceilings and is beautifully decorated, making for a very comfortable dining experience. While the food selection isn't extensive, the quality is excellent. Every dish was delicious. Located in Admiralty, it also offers parking, which is a definite plus.

O restaurante possui um pé-direito alto e janelas panorâmicas emblemáticas do chão ao teto, excelente iluminação natural e assentos amplos e confortáveis, tornando-o ideal para passar uma tarde relaxante com amigos. A qualidade da comida manteve o alto nível habitual do Marriott. Embora seja o horário do chá da tarde, a seleção de salgados não fica devendo em nada a um almoço: * Pratos quentes e cozinhados: A assinatura de sopa de wonton feita na hora tem um caldo leve e doce, e os camarões são crocantes e tenros; as carnes grelhadas na chapa feitas na hora e os dim sum requintados são servidos bem quentes, demonstrando muita dedicação. * Frutos do mar frios: Sashimi fresco, saladas e vários pratos frios são apresentados com esmero, e a reposição de comida é rápida. * Seção de sobremesas: Os doces têm uma aparência requintada e não são excessivamente doces; em particular, as várias sobremesas de chocolate, sorvetes e os clássicos scones ingleses combinam perfeitamente com um chá quente. Os funcionários são simpáticos e recolhem os pratos com agilidade. Tendo em conta a localização de um hotel cinco estrelas e a variedade de pratos, a relação qualidade-preço é excelente, sendo uma escolha fantástica para quem quer desfrutar de um chá da tarde requintado e farto!

They started letting guests in for the buffet around 6:20. The seating area is quite spacious. On a Wednesday, we didn't have to wait long to get the food we wanted. It was pretty good, especially the seafood. The waitstaff were also very quick and attentive.

This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!
