Restauranger i Tsim Sha Tsui

Jag har nyligen besökt Cui Yuen i New Town Plaza i Sha Tin två gånger för att dricka te. Dim sum var inte dåligt, och jag köpte en kupong när jag såg att Klook hade ett erbjudande. Jag kom dit runt 10:30 på morgonen den 6 juni, och personalen var mycket trevlig. Trots att jag kom tidigt fick jag snabbt en plats. Men dim sum den dagen var en besvikelse. De friterade rätterna var inte tillräckligt varma, som om de hade stått ett tag. Skalet var torrt och mjukt, inte krispigt. Har Gow och Siu Mai var ännu sämre. De smakade som frysta, färdiglagade dim sum från en mataffär. Siu Mai hade dessutom en mycket stark smak av MSG. Jag undrade om Klooks dim sum var färdiglagad? Jag frågade servitören. De sa att köket inte skiljer på Klook-kunder och vanliga gäster, men det var konstigt, dim sum den dagen var inte som den brukar vara. Men restaurangpersonalen var mycket artig.

This was my first time enjoying this set meal, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The food quality was high, and the portions were generous. The set meal for five was more than enough, and the food was delicious. The staff were enthusiastic and polite. The restaurant is very large, with an antique and elegant decor, and it's very quiet. The tables are well-separated, providing plenty of private space. The price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to friends, and I will consider dining here again myself.

Jag såg en Youtuber recensera stället och har sedan dess velat gå till Yamm för att äta middagsbuffé. Klook hade rabatt så jag bokade bord direkt. All mat var jättegod, abalonen och fiskblåsan var tillräckligt möra och smakrika, och här fanns till och med pilgrimsmusslor som är sällsynta bland sashimi. Det fanns också ett stort utbud av kalla rätter, bland annat hummer, oxkrabba, krabbklor, afromusslor, hummerklor, musslor, blåmusslor, snäckor och så vidare. Wagyu-lergrytriset, Wagyu-sukiyakin och roastbeefen var alla jättegod. Char siun var tillräckligt mager och saftig, och pekingankan var också god. Det fanns grillade jätteräkor, tempura och gåsleversnittar. Det fanns ett stort utbud av desserter, och till tofupuddingen kunde man lägga till röda bönor själv; den såg bra ut och smakade gott. Det fanns många olika kalla och varma drycker, inklusive juice, hembryggt kallt och varmt citronte, kaffe, samt en kaffemaskin för olika kaffesorter. Glassarna var Häagen-Dazs i bägare. Det var många rätter man ville ta om av, men magens kvot var full. Det var väldigt länge sedan jag åt en så god buffé. Restaurangen hade tillräckligt med personal, tallrikarna plockades undan snabbt, och det fanns ansvarig personal vid varje matdisk så att en person inte behövde sköta flera diskar. Maten fylldes på snabbt så man behövde inte oroa sig för att den skulle ta slut, utan man kunde äta i lugn och ro. Full pott!

Exceptional service and amazing food! First, regarding the service, the staff are friendly, polite, and proactive in looking after our needs: the steak cutter remembered that I wanted mine sliced thin; the noodle chef voluntarily offered to make an extra bowl; and the floor staff frequently checked in on the needs of the elderly and children! The food is nothing short of flawless, made-to-order and served fresh, with both savory and sweet options: baked scallops, soft-shell crab, durian crepes, molten lava cake... and no need to wait in line or rush for anything. There are also premium delicacies: fish maw steak, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, grilled crab legs, Japanese fruit platter... Other than being an incredible value and absolutely delicious, I can't think of any other words to describe it!

Showing the reservation QR code allowed for a smooth meal service, and the staff quickly understood when we asked about the bill and guided us through it, letting us leave the restaurant right away. I went for lunch, and when I was thinking about having dandan noodles for dinner, I found them on the menu and they were surprisingly delicious. I recommend eating the xiao long bao while they are piping hot, right after they are served.

The restaurant was at full capacity, and the food selection was good. Staff were quick to clear dishes, and the chefs were enthusiastic and polite. Due to the limited space, although they managed to fit in a lot of food options, the tables were a bit small and close together. In the middle of the dining area, there was a birthday cake celebration for guests to take photos, and someone played the guitar and sang birthday songs to add to the atmosphere. After the photos, a bell rang, and everyone could line up to get a mixed fruit Napoleon birthday cake, which tasted quite good. The best dishes that evening were the grilled ox tongue skewers and the Thai cucumber and abalone dish, which each person received a plate of. Most of the time, the Royal Garden buffet is in an enclosed space with few window seats. I was so happy to get a window seat tonight, allowing me to watch the Victoria Harbour laser show at 8 PM.

It's been a long time since I last had a buffet dinner at Park Hotel. Tonight, Saturday, July 11th, the place was completely packed! Although the food selection wasn't extensive, it was definitely worth the price, and the overall quality was quite good. They even replenished the bread crabs at 9 PM. The king crab was better than what you find at other hotels – not too salty and not dry 👍🏻. The ribeye was also excellent, and the sashimi and smoked salmon were great. Additionally, some of the made-to-order dishes required a short wait, but the queue moved quickly. The dessert and drink options were incredibly rich: various flavors of Movenpick and Häagen-Dazs ice cream were available, and coffee, tea, red, and white wine were all free-flowing. Many hotels can't offer this at this price point! Service: 5 stars There was a slight issue with our reservation and the hotel, which was later resolved by Manager Angus. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome 👍🏻. His enthusiastic and polite attitude is commendable 👍🏻😊. The rest of the front-line staff were also courteous and attentive. Overall, the experience was superb! Restaurant Environment: 5 stars. While not opulent, the seating was comfortable. Perhaps because we were seated further back, there weren't many people walking around 😊. In summary, highly recommended! 👍🏻

This was my first time having a lunch buffet at this hotel restaurant. I booked through Klook and got a discount, which made it great value for money! The restaurant's ambiance was comfortable, and the staff were polite. I was celebrating a friend's birthday, and I called beforehand hoping to arrange a birthday dessert and a personalized birthday message. Although the restaurant said personalized messages were only available for dinner buffets, they still provided free candles and a birthday sign, which was a nice touch! The lunch buffet here offered freshly shucked New Zealand oysters, king crab legs, mussels, chilled shrimp, and conch, among other seafood, as well as sashimi. Except for the king crab legs, which weren't very fresh, all the other seafood and sashimi were fresh and delicious. While the selection of hot dishes wasn't extensive, they all tasted good. There were also plenty of dessert options, including Häagen-Dazs and waffles. I will definitely be coming back again.
