Hanoi Cooking classes

Started our day by shopping at the oldest local market! The cooking class was very informative (and tasty)! We made pho, papaya salad, fresh spring roll and coconut coffee. They also gave us a voucher and recipe QR for future reference!

Hung, our coach and chef is really friendly and knowledgeable! The trip is not just cooking but also to really see Vietnamese food culture. Hung bring us to the wet market and shows us the side of Vietnam local life that a tourist can never get to see unless you have someone leading you the way. He treated us with street foods that we don’t dare to try on our own and they are amazing and eye opening. The cooking class is also in depth and with a lot of great and useful tips. 100% recommend!

Jesse was a really great and patient instructor. We had a lot of fun learning how to brew Vietnamese coffee and Banh Mi from scratch. The place is also very clean and looks really nice. They also gave us some drinks to try while waiting. Very good experience!

We had an amazing experience taking this cooking class in Vietnam! Collins were friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about Vietnamese cuisine and culture. We visited a local market first, which made the experience even more authentic and interesting. The recipes were easy to follow, and the food we made was absolutely delicious — especially the spring rolls, bun cha, and coconut coffee. I appreciated how hands-on the class was, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming from start to finish. We also met couples and make new friends. This was one of the highlights of my trip to Vietnam, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who loves food, cooking, or cultural experiences. Definitely worth it!

Chef Hung-Pickle thought us the secrets behind making amazing pho, bun cha, and spring rolls. The tour started with buying fresh ingredients in a local market then to cooking in a gorgeous kitchen, grilling in the backyard, and even rolling up fresh noodles. Such a fun hands-on experience. Totally recommend — 5 stars all the way!

It was such an enjoyable experience joining this cooking class in Hanoi! I didn’t expect that, aside from learning how to cook authentic Vietnamese dishes, we would also get to immerse ourselves in Vietnam’s vibrant culture. The instructors were welcoming, the experience was fun and hands-on, and I walked away with both new cooking skills and a deeper appreciation for Vietnamese cuisine. I highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Hanoi, it’s definitely one of the highlights of the trip!

I was able to feel the taste and aroma of Vietnamese food through the class I shared with you today. I'm sure you needed to pay close attention to the process because you were with the children, but thank you for your consideration. Today's cooking class was fun, but I was ecstatic because the rice noodles tasted so good.

This cooking class was a great experience! Our instructor, Trevor, was very patient and thorough in explaining all the steps involved in cooking the Cha Ca. We never felt overwhelmed even though this was the first time we were cooking this dish. Would highly recommend this class if you are interested in something different from the typical Vietnamese dishes.
