The tour was well organised and everything was seamless from start to end. Confirmation was communicated to me a day before the tour and the tour guide was knowledgeable. I would say the pace of the tour is just nice and not too rushed. The highlight was definitely the bout ride at Trang An!!

A day trip to Ha Long Bay truly lives up to its reputation as "Guilin on the Sea"! 🌊 We departed from Hanoi in the morning, and the drive was about 2.5 hours. Although it was a bit far, seeing the emerald green water and thousands of limestone islands made it all worthwhile. Cruising among the islands felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese ink painting. For lunch, we enjoyed a seafood meal on the boat; the food was decent, but dining with the sea breeze was incredibly pleasant. The biggest highlights were kayaking and exploring the caves, where the water was so clear you could see the bottom. We climbed over 400 steps on Ti Top Island, and the panoramic view of Ha Long Bay from the summit was truly breathtaking. The day trip was indeed a bit rushed, so if possible, I'd recommend staying overnight. However, for a short experience, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it! Our guide, Johnny, was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous in his service – highly commendable.

I brought my grandmother and mother to experience this, and we all thought it was wonderful. It's very suitable for bringing the family together. The young lady at the front desk also spoke Chinese, making normal communication very easy, and she was very helpful. The massage therapists were also very attentive, constantly checking if the pressure was appropriate throughout the session. Less than 2 hours after I checked into my hotel near the Old Quarter, I walked to the venue of water puppet show of 5.20pm near Hoan Kiem Lake. I was tired but the very entertaining, historically rich and professional performance energised me!!! The English audio guide (device) operates by itself & one only needs to adjust the volume as desired. It was useful to have the translation to better appreciate the action in front of me. I got the VIP seat and sat in the middle of the second row from the front, offering a fantastic almost unblocked view. I loved the musicians & singers who provided the much needed accompaniment for an invigorating show. The theatre was packed with adults, children & youth from all over the world as it was suited for all ages & backgrounds! Just walk towards Hoan Kiem Lake using online maps to get to Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and exchange your Klook voucher at the red table with staff right there for a ticket before the show. They will have your name.

To wrap up our Sapa trip with my nieces and nephews living in Hanoi, Vietnam, we took a one-day city tour bus around Hanoi. I was a bit worried because it had been raining since morning, but we decided to go out and wait it out over lunch. The weather cleared up, so we immediately booked tickets, exchanged them at the booth, and boarded the bus, which was incredibly convenient. The city tour was enjoyable and informative, with audio commentary available in various languages via headphones at each famous spot, and the estimated one-hour duration flew by. I was very satisfied with the open-air view from the second floor and the air conditioning, which made it comfortable even in the hot midday sun.

it’s always so easy to book on Klook for the instant confirmation. Very fast to get the tickets and they assisted us to our seats properly. The show is so good and funny at the same time although we don’t understand the actors since it’s in Vietnamese language we still enjoy the whole show.

I had a good experience. I was able to see the significant landmarks of Hanoi. I had a wrong timing because it was too hot that time. I suggest that you take the bus around 5:00 PM onwards and see the landmarks with the lights on.
