The waitstaff cleared plates quickly and were polite. The hot food menu in June had too few options, only steak, pork chop, steamed fish, stewed soup, stir-fried shrimp balls, and vegetables. The foie gras was already pre-fried and placed near the Indian food section, and the chef there was also indifferent, not responding when asked if there was any sauce.

The food selection is diverse. The freshly shucked oysters, sashimi, and conch are all very fresh and a must-try. There are also special dishes like Sha Tin chicken congee, beef shabu-shabu, and ginger vinegar pig's trotters, which are all worth trying. Food is replenished quickly, and the staff are friendly.
