The hotel staff were very polite, and both the receptionists and waiters spoke very courteously. The atmosphere was excellent, and the venue had Christmas decorations. The food was delicious and satisfying, especially the baked crab shell and fish maw with abalone given to each guest. It was a delightful surprise for food lovers. The lighting created a pleasant ambiance, and the seating was spacious and comfortable. The restrooms were clean and hygienic. The oysters were medium-sized and fresh, offering good value for money. Other seafood varieties were abundant and tasted sweet and fresh. For dessert, there was my favorite New York cheesecake, Thai desserts, and Chinese dishes like tender steamed grouper, fragrant roasted pigeon, and crispy suckling pig. The unlimited orange juice made the children very happy. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

Actually, for this price, the quality is already very good. I really appreciate the restaurant's decor and lighting. The staff service is excellent; at least they know when someone enters, confirm bookings, lead guests to their tables, and pull out chairs. Sometimes, many hotels don't even do these basic things well. The food variety isn't extensive, but I find the layout very comfortable, no need to queue in a crowded space. There are fresh, shucked oysters, and the fact that they are already prepared and ready to eat is a huge plus. The complimentary lobster and abalone for each person show great thoughtfulness. Food items are refilled, but there are fewer drink options.

Food Taste: Oysters and crab were fresh, sashimi was acceptable, but the hot smoked food wasn't hot enough and there wasn't much variety. I understand the space is small, which is fine, but the most important thing is that the lamb chops were stewed, and if the outside wasn't cooked, how could the inside be? Perhaps too many were cooked together and stuck, so the outside didn't cook properly. As someone who eats raw food, I feel this needs improvement.

The hotel's location is a bit remote (though they offer a shuttle service from Kwai Shing MTR station every half hour), but the restaurant environment is comfortable, perfect for a leisurely brunch. The food quality isn't exceptional, but it's decent. The buffet mainly offers salads, desserts, fruits, and kimchi. You can also enjoy unlimited Milk Company cup ice cream.

Pre-booked the half-buffet lunch at旭逸酒店 (Hotel COZi Wetland) through Klook for 98 yuan, all-inclusive. It included a fresh vegetable salad with pumpkin, cherry tomatoes, pickled eggplant, etc., as well as two types of fried spring rolls and potato cakes. There was also a mixed mushroom cream soup served with warm raisin bread. For the main course, we had smoked salmon cream angel hair pasta and Thai pork neck rice. As for dessert, although the chilled red bean soup was a bit too sweet, we made up for it with several different flavors of ice cream. Overall, it was good value for money.
