The cold seafood was very fresh, and the sashimi was also fresh. The dessert chef was enthusiastic and polite. However, the other chefs were quite cold and unfriendly. The waitstaff were quick to clear plates and polite. The hot food menu in June had too few options, only steak, pork chop, steamed fish, stewed soup, stir-fried shrimp balls, and vegetables. The foie gras was already pre-cooked and placed near the Indian food section. The chef there was also cold; when asked if there was any sauce, they didn't respond.

The food selection is diverse, and you must try the freshly shucked oysters, sashimi, and conch, which are all very fresh. There are also unique dishes like Sha Tin chicken congee, beef shabu-shabu, and ginger vinegar that are worth trying. Food is replenished quickly, and the staff are friendly. I will definitely go again.

Excellent service! Plates were cleared quickly, the oysters were large and delicious, and the other food was also very good! We'll definitely be back next time! 👍👍

This time, the quality was noticeably much better, and it was a great value. Dinner for three was $986, which was excellent value for money. This time, besides the oysters being a bit small, there was also lobster.

Food Taste: The lamb chops were excellent, the steak was okay. The oysters varied in size. The Carlsberg draft beer was good (it was a holiday that day). Coffee and other beverages were available, but no juice or soda. There were only 3 flavors of Dreyer's and Mövenpick ice cream in total.
Restaurant Environment: Spacious and comfortable seating.
Service: Okay.
