This Itoshima day trip was one of the highlights of our stay in Fukuoka. Every stop had something unique to offer. The itinerary was well-paced, giving us enough time to explore, take photos, and simply enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed. A special thank you to our guide, Chen, for making the experience even better. The instructions were always clear, meeting points were easy to follow, and the tour stayed on schedule while still allowing us to enjoy every stop. What I appreciated most was Chen’s attentiveness and genuine care for the group. His professionalism and positive attitude made the trip smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re looking for an easy and memorable way to explore Itoshima, I highly recommend this tour. The beautiful destinations, seamless organization, and excellent service from Chen made it a five-star experience.

初めての福岡でしたが、ツアーガイドのZealさんはとても親切でした。雨が降っていましたが、立ち寄るたびに車を降りて私たちの写真を撮ってくれました。海鮮ランチはとても美味しかったです。グループのメンバーが食事中に誤って怪我をしてしまった際も、Zealさんは治療用の軟膏を探すのに最善を尽くしてくれました。素晴らしい👍🏻

Our tour guide, Daisuke, who led our tour to Itoshima, was professional, attentive and very nice. He gave a detailed introduction at each attraction. He helped take many beautiful photos for our family. He also took exceptional care of our child when he felt unwell. We really appreciate him so much. Thank you for such a wonderful day!

This was the BEST Fukuoka tour I took. I went as a solo, English-speaking traveler. Although it rained hard throughout the trip, I still would do it again! All the sites were super beautiful, even amidst the storms. My guide was Vivian & she was fantastic and very accommodating! The tour size itself was great as there was approximately 10 people on this tour. although I was 1 of 3 English speakers and the remainder being Chinese speakers, Vivian was very flexible in speaking both English & Mandarin on the tour! We saw so many places that would be difficult to access by train. For the price I’d pay, I would do it all over again! Vivian was helpful in taking my pictures and ensuring that our needs were met. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this tour for anybody going to Fukuoka!

The Fukuoka day trip itinerary was fulfilling. Shiraito Falls offered serene and pleasant scenery, Meoto Iwa (Husband and Wife Rocks) presented magnificent coastal views, and the Totoro Forest exuded a fairytale-like atmosphere, leaving a deep impression. Special thanks to Tour Guide Luo for leading and taking care of us throughout the trip. His attitude was kind and friendly, showing great care for travelers, and he was very dedicated and responsible. Along the way, he not only provided detailed introductions to the historical background, cultural characteristics, and local customs of each attraction, but his explanations were also rich and vivid, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of Fukuoka. He patiently assisted us whenever we encountered problems, making the entire journey smooth and worry-free. This was a wonderful trip combining natural beauty and cultural experiences. We highly recommend it to travelers who wish to explore the attractions in the Fukuoka suburbs in depth; we believe it will make your journey even more enriching and enjoyable.

It was a very pleasant travel experience, thanks to tour guide Kimura for the patient companionship and explanations throughout the trip! Before the trip started, tour guide Kimura informed us of the meeting point and time in advance. During the trip, I also asked tour guide Kimura many questions about local customs and culture. The guide's careful answers gave us a deeper understanding of the local culture and customs, and we are even more looking forward to our next trip to Fukuoka and its surroundings. I participated in two KLOOK day tours during my trip to Fukuoka. The first trip was to "Yufuin and Nyoirin-ji Temple." The tour guide for this group, Ms. "Li Jing," was very responsible. The day before the trip, she sent an email with information about the guide and the meeting point. However, for the "Itoshima" trip, I received absolutely no information about the guide or meeting arrangements the day before. I was very worried and sent several emails to customer service and the supplier, but it was completely useless; there was no response at all. But with the experience from the first trip, I decided to arrive early at the first day's meeting point that morning to inquire. That morning, I first asked a guide wearing a KLOOK vest, but it wasn't the right one. That guide told me that if I hadn't received the guide's information, I would have to ask each group at the site. Yes, that's right! I really did have to ask group by group. It was ridiculous! In the end, of course, I found the right group. The rest of the itinerary was very smooth and wonderful, but the only drawback was this issue with contacting the guide. If you encounter the same problem as me, just go to the site and ask. If you don't go, it's equivalent to giving up! >_<
