Guide Cloud (小雲) was really very patient, helpful and informative. Was worried that the tour might be rushed but we do have sufficient time at each stop. She will give us tips at different stops on how to take photos & her food recommendations were all solid. I really appreciate that she spent time to talk to all group members to get to know us better. One of the best day tour we had! Also have to thank Mr Teng (our driver) who ensures that we are all safe and on time for our schedule!

This was my first Klook tour and I had a really good experience. I was traveling solo, so I really appreciated how organized everything was. Gloria would send a WhatsApp message before every stop, so I always knew where we were going next and what we were doing. It made everything very easy. Gloria was also really friendly. She also offered to take photos for me, which was really nice since I was traveling alone. The itinerary was pretty packed, but I actually liked it that way. We had enough time at each stop to look around and take photos without feeling like we were being rushed. Itoshima was really beautiful, and I think the tour is more about seeing different beautiful spots around Itoshima and enjoying the scenery. I was also really lucky with the weather that day - it was perfect, not too hot and not too cold! Overall, I really enjoyed the tour and thought it was worth it. Would definitely recommend it if you want an easy way to see Itoshima.

Our overall experience on this tour was excellent—5 stars honestly isn’t enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The tour guide knew exactly where to take us and the best time to visit each spot, allowing us to capture amazing photos without the usual crowds. It felt like we had the places all to ourselves! He also brought us to a local restaurant that served delicious seafood, and our tummies couldn’t have been happier. Everything was well-planned, enjoyable, and beyond our expectations. Definitely a tour worth recommending!

Această excursie de o zi în Itoshima a fost unul dintre punctele culminante ale șederii noastre în Fukuoka. Fiecare oprire a avut ceva unic de oferit. Itinerariul a fost bine ritmat, oferindu-ne suficient timp să explorăm, să facem fotografii și pur și simplu să ne bucurăm de peisaj fără să ne simțim grăbiți. Mulțumiri speciale ghidului nostru, Chen, pentru că a făcut experiența și mai bună. Instrucțiunile au fost întotdeauna clare, punctele de întâlnire au fost ușor de urmat, iar turul a respectat programul, permițându-ne totuși să ne bucurăm de fiecare oprire. Ceea ce am apreciat cel mai mult a fost atenția și grija sinceră a lui Chen față de grup. Profesionalismul și atitudinea sa pozitivă au făcut călătoria lină, relaxantă și plăcută de la început până la sfârșit. Dacă sunteți în căutarea unei modalități ușoare și memorabile de a explora Itoshima, recomand cu căldură acest tur. Destinațiile frumoase, organizarea impecabilă și serviciile excelente oferite de Chen au făcut din aceasta o experiență de cinci stele.

Ghidul turistic Lin ne-a primit, fiind foarte meticulos și amabil. A fost o excursie organizată pe ultima sută de metri, dar s-a dovedit a fi extraordinară. Peisajul este minunat, sunt 6 atracții într-o zi, iar itinerariul este foarte bine pus la punct. 👍 Mi-a făcut poze în timp ce călătoream singur. Știind că voiam să merg a doua zi la Yufuin, mi-a organizat cu drag itinerariul; a fost o zi extrem de emoționantă și foarte plăcută. 😁

Yanagawa is a place you must not miss when visiting Kyushu. I’m glad this was part of our itinerary. It also helped that our guide Seven (Shin) was so hands-on and informative. If you’re taking this tour, please try the eel!!

Due to personal reasons, my trip was almost canceled until I managed to contact your customer service at around 3:30 AM. Suddenly, I was able to join your small group tour of four. There was no need to squeeze through crowds at a meeting point; I could just wait comfortably at the hotel for pickup. To my surprise, Mr. Chen, who contacted me in the middle of the night, turned out to be our driver and tour guide. What a pleasant surprise! Even better, the itinerary arranged by Mr. Chen was fantastic. We were able to enjoy the scenery leisurely and feast on delicious food before the large crowds arrived. I finally realized the advantages and benefits of a small tour. I stumbled into joining such an amazing tour this time, and I am deeply grateful to Mr. Leo Chen for taking the trouble to arrange it for me in the middle of the night, for his quick adaptability along the way, his engaging conversation, and his proactive approach, which allowed me to enjoy the most worthwhile day trip in Fukuoka.
