This Itoshima day trip was one of the highlights of our stay in Fukuoka. Every stop had something unique to offer. The itinerary was well-paced, giving us enough time to explore, take photos, and simply enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed. A special thank you to our guide, Chen, for making the experience even better. The instructions were always clear, meeting points were easy to follow, and the tour stayed on schedule while still allowing us to enjoy every stop. What I appreciated most was Chen’s attentiveness and genuine care for the group. His professionalism and positive attitude made the trip smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re looking for an easy and memorable way to explore Itoshima, I highly recommend this tour. The beautiful destinations, seamless organization, and excellent service from Chen made it a five-star experience.

First time in Fukuoka, our tour guide Zeal was very friendly. Although it was raining, at every stop, he still get off to take photos for us. The seafood lunch was very nice. When a fellow group member was accidentally injured while eating, Zeal also did his best to help find some healing ointment. Good👍🏻

Our tour guide, Daisuke, who led our tour to Itoshima, was professional, attentive and very nice. He gave a detailed introduction at each attraction. He helped take many beautiful photos for our family. He also took exceptional care of our child when he felt unwell. We really appreciate him so much. Thank you for such a wonderful day!

This was the BEST Fukuoka tour I took. I went as a solo, English-speaking traveler. Although it rained hard throughout the trip, I still would do it again! All the sites were super beautiful, even amidst the storms. My guide was Vivian & she was fantastic and very accommodating! The tour size itself was great as there was approximately 10 people on this tour. although I was 1 of 3 English speakers and the remainder being Chinese speakers, Vivian was very flexible in speaking both English & Mandarin on the tour! We saw so many places that would be difficult to access by train. For the price I’d pay, I would do it all over again! Vivian was helpful in taking my pictures and ensuring that our needs were met. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this tour for anybody going to Fukuoka!

Travelling with Kaku as my guide was very enjoyable. He ensured that we were well looked after, shared with us good tips about what to eat / what to do at every stop, and also shared personal tips on what to eat in Fukuoka. here’s also a hot tip at Fukuoka tower; there is a free mini photo / certificate of attendance that is worth getting if you’re going up the tower, it ends at 1800h.

This Fukuoka day trip was packed with activities. The Shiraito Falls offered serene and pleasant scenery, the Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks) coastline was magnificent, and the Totoro Forest had a fairytale-like atmosphere, leaving a deep impression. We especially thank Tour Guide Luo for leading and taking care of us throughout the trip. He was kind and friendly, very attentive to the travelers, and extremely dedicated. Along the way, he not only provided detailed and vivid explanations of the historical background, cultural characteristics, and local customs of each attraction, enriching our understanding of Fukuoka, but he also patiently assisted us whenever we encountered problems, making the entire journey smooth and worry-free. It was a wonderful trip that combined natural beauty with cultural experiences, and we highly recommend it to travelers who want to explore the attractions near Fukuoka. We believe it will make your journey even more fulfilling and enjoyable.

During the trip, I also asked tour guide Kimura many questions about the local customs and culture. The guide's detailed answers gave us a deeper understanding of the local culture and customs, and made us look forward to our next trip to Fukuoka and its surrounding areas even more. During my trip to Fukuoka, I participated in two KLOOK day tours. The first one was to "Yufuin and Nyoirinji Temple." The tour guide for this group, Ms. Li Jing, was very responsible. The day before the tour, she sent an email with information about the guide and the meeting point. However, for the "Itoshima" tour, I received absolutely no information about the guide or meeting arrangements the day before. I was very worried and sent several emails to customer service and the supplier, but received no response. Given my experience with the first tour, I decided to arrive early at the first day's meeting point to inquire. That morning, I first asked a guide wearing a KLOOK vest, but it wasn't my group. That guide told me that if I hadn't received the guide's information, I would have to ask each group individually at the site. Yes, that's right! I literally had to ask group by group. It was ridiculous! Eventually, I did find my group, and the rest of the itinerary was smooth and wonderful. However, the only drawback was the communication issue with the guide. If you encounter the same problem as me, you'll have to inquire on-site. If you don't go, it's considered a forfeiture! >_<
