This trip, I'd like to thank our leader Jenny for her meticulous arrangements. The itinerary was packed, and she introduced each attraction in advance, also informing us of the best photo spots, which saved a lot of time. She even helped group members take photos at the attractions. For the self-funded lunch, she recommended an oyster grill restaurant and continuously helped each group take pictures. At the end of the trip, she recommended restaurants around Hakata. She was truly dedicated and went above and beyond. I hope to join her tour again next time.

The Kyushu day trip experience was fantastic! Our guide, Xiao Li, was very responsible and knew the road conditions and attractions like the back of his hand. Our guide Shelli is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, which makes it very easy for my elderly parents to understand. She's clear and concise with the itinerary and keeps the group updated with useful notes about each place we are going to visit. We had a great time visiting each place without much crowd, thanks to her organization. The bus is a bit old and the seats are small for bigger adults; I hope they can upgrade the bus in the future.
