Guide Cloud (小雲) was really very patient, helpful and informative. Was worried that the tour might be rushed but we do have sufficient time at each stop. She will give us tips at different stops on how to take photos & her food recommendations were all solid. I really appreciate that she spent time to talk to all group members to get to know us better. One of the best day tour we had! Also have to thank Mr Teng (our driver) who ensures that we are all safe and on time for our schedule!

This was my first Klook tour and I had a really good experience. I was traveling solo, so I really appreciated how organized everything was. Gloria would send a WhatsApp message before every stop, so I always knew where we were going next and what we were doing. It made everything very easy. Gloria was also really friendly. She also offered to take photos for me, which was really nice since I was traveling alone. The itinerary was pretty packed, but I actually liked it that way. We had enough time at each stop to look around and take photos without feeling like we were being rushed. Itoshima was really beautiful, and I think the tour is more about seeing different beautiful spots around Itoshima and enjoying the scenery. I was also really lucky with the weather that day - it was perfect, not too hot and not too cold! Overall, I really enjoyed the tour and thought it was worth it. Would definitely recommend it if you want an easy way to see Itoshima.

Our overall experience on this tour was excellent—5 stars honestly isn’t enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The tour guide knew exactly where to take us and the best time to visit each spot, allowing us to capture amazing photos without the usual crowds. It felt like we had the places all to ourselves! He also brought us to a local restaurant that served delicious seafood, and our tummies couldn’t have been happier. Everything was well-planned, enjoyable, and beyond our expectations. Definitely a tour worth recommending!

Denna dagsutflykt till Itoshima var en av höjdpunkterna under vår vistelse i Fukuoka. Varje stopp hade något unikt att erbjuda. Ett särskilt tack till vår guide, Chen, för att han gjorde upplevelsen ännu bättre. Instruktionerna var alltid tydliga, mötesplatserna var lätta att hitta och turen höll tidtabellen samtidigt som vi fick njuta av varje stopp. Det jag uppskattade mest var Chens uppmärksamhet och genuina omsorg om gruppen. Hans professionalism och positiva attityd gjorde resan smidig, avkopplande och njutbar från början till slut. Om du letar efter ett enkelt och minnesvärt sätt att utforska Itoshima, rekommenderar jag starkt denna tur. De vackra destinationerna, den sömlösa organisationen och den utmärkta servicen från Chen gjorde det till en femstjärnig upplevelse.

Reseledaren Lin tog emot oss, mycket noggrann och vänlig. Det var en sista-minuten-resa, men den visade sig vara oväntat bra. Landskapet är mycket vackert, det finns 6 attraktioner på en dag, och resplanen är välplanerad.👍 Han tar bilder av mig när jag reser ensam. När han fick veta att jag ville åka till Yufuin nästa dag, ordnade han vänligt min resplan, och det var en mycket rörande dag, mycket trevlig.😁

Yanagawa is a place you must not miss when visiting Kyushu. I’m glad this was part of our itinerary. It also helped that our guide Seven (Shin) was so hands-on and informative. If you’re taking this tour, please try the eel!!

I had a really great day on this tour. I have already been to Japan several times, but this was my first time in Fukuoka and I learned a lot of new things. The places we visited were very well chosen and would have been difficult to reach on my own. My guide Daisuke could answer all my questions and shared a lot of interesting information about Fukuoka and Japan. The atmosphere was very good and sometimes it felt like travelling with a friend. He also knew some good photo spots, helped me take pictures and gave me useful recommendations for the rest of my stay. The driver was also very nice. I really enjoyed the tour and would definitely book with Daisuke again.

Due to personal reasons, my trip was almost canceled until I managed to contact your customer service at around 3:30 AM. Suddenly, I was able to join your small group tour of four. There was no need to squeeze through crowds at a meeting point; I could just wait comfortably at the hotel for pickup. To my surprise, Mr. Chen, who contacted me in the middle of the night, turned out to be our driver and tour guide. What a pleasant surprise! Even better, the itinerary arranged by Mr. Chen was fantastic. We were able to enjoy the scenery leisurely and feast on delicious food before the large crowds arrived. I finally realized the advantages and benefits of a small tour. I stumbled into joining such an amazing tour this time, and I am deeply grateful to Mr. Leo Chen for taking the trouble to arrange it for me in the middle of the night, for his quick adaptability along the way, his engaging conversation, and his proactive approach, which allowed me to enjoy the most worthwhile day trip in Fukuoka.
