great experience with one minor hiccup. let me start with whats great, i love the bus driver he was kind and also attentive to the tourists cause my sister mistakenly boarded the wrong bus but he saw her and called out to her. another is that he is such a great driver that i can fall asleep and trust that we are safe. for the guide, martin is kind and helped my sister wash her wound as she fell off the bike. MY CONCERN is that theres not enough medical supply in case of emergency and why are the bikes provided with breaks that do not work? but i must say, all in all it was a very great experience and its really good for the value of your money.

We had an incredible experience on the Alina Day Cruise to Ha Long Bay! The whole trip was peaceful, well-organized, and smooth from start to finish. A special shoutout to our guide, “Jhonny Handsome”—he was truly amazing, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. He shared fascinating insights and details about every place we visited, making the entire journey engaging and memorable. Highly recommend this tour!

Very good and interesting, providing a new experience with five-star quality. I think this is a recommendation for everyone, both young and old. It's also suitable for honeymoons or celebrating wedding anniversaries. I think this is more than enough.

We took a day trip from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and were truly amazed by the natural beauty of Ha Long. It's definitely worth a visit. And thanks to our guide, Mr. Johny, for his dedication and enthusiasm throughout the trip.

Our family enjoyed the trip sooo much! Nam is our tour guide. From meet up upto the end he is on top of things. We never had a dull moment - a lot of stories. He's talkative and knowledgeable of history and geography. He really is a master! 😁 I love the whole journey!! For Hercules Grand, i love the food and the crew are all kind and passionate! we really enjoyed this day. 100% recommended!! If you gonna book i recommend you request for Nam. 🤗 🥰 Nam took best shots of our photos using his own phone. value for money is super sulit 💯!! Halong Bay day trip, truly worthy of its title as the "Guilin on the Sea"! 🌊 Departing from Hanoi in the morning, the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Although it's a bit far, seeing the emerald green waters and thousands of limestone islands makes it all worthwhile. Cruising through the archipelago feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese ink painting. For lunch, we had seafood on the boat, which was decent, but dining with the sea breeze was very pleasant. The biggest surprises were kayaking and exploring the caves; the water was so clear you could see the bottom. Climbing over 400 steps on Ti Top Island to overlook the panoramic view of Halong Bay from the summit was truly breathtaking. The day trip is indeed a bit rushed, so I recommend staying overnight if possible. However, as a short experience, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended! Our guide, Johnny, provided warm, thoughtful, and meticulous service, which I greatly appreciate.

Best value on money to have this trip. On time, the guide is nice and funny. The itinerary was top notch we were having so much fun. I like the cruise trip the most. it was clean and comfy. Even the food was nice. would love to get back

Absolutely wonderful!!! Delicious food, a great selection at the buffet, everything hot and tasty. The guide was an absolute sweetheart, with excellent English and amazing charisma❤️ We visited two caves and an island with a beach. The cruise ship itself is very well-equipped, with showers, a jacuzzi, and a bar. The only thing that would have been great is if there had been free plain water on board.

Mr. Henry is a very good and accommodating tour guide. Safety: They made sure we arrived on time after the island hopping. Itinerary: We enjoyed the island hopping. Value for money: The food is good. Service: The staff and Mr. Henry are very kind.
