大変オススメのツアーです！ 参加者が日本人のみのツアーで、ガイドさんの段取りがとても良かったため、非常にスムーズに進み、定刻に終わり、大変助かりました。内容もとても充実していました。天気が良かったので、満足度はさらにアップしました。ツアーに参加して、本当に良かったです。船上ランチも予想より美味しかったです。気になった点は、ツアー内容に船上でのドリンク支払は現金のみと書いたほうがいいと思ったことと、ペットボトルの持ち込みができないことは、ツアー内容の備考欄、または、申込者に連絡する際にあらかじめに伝えたほうが喜ばれます、参加前日とかでなく。その２点は、私はレビューなどで知りました。総括としましては、このツアーは大変オススメです。ハロン湾に行きたいかたはぜひ！

ハロン湾クルーズ6時間（日本語）のツアーに妻と娘の3人で参加しました。朝、約束の時間ピッタリにホテルのロビーでピックアップしていただきました。ツアーガイドさんは良く勉強しており、駄洒落を交えながら流暢な日本語で説明してくださいました。バスの車内はシートがリクライニングしないものの、外の暑さから解放されて涼しく、まずまずのシートで快適に過ごせました。クルーズ船に乗り込むと、すぐに海鮮のランチ。冷房が効く船室で、特に豪華ではありませんが品数は多く、お腹いっぱいになります。カヤックまたはバンブーボートでの洞窟トンネル体験は、ぜひカヤックの体験をお勧めします。スンソット洞窟はアップダウンがけっこうあり、膝がガクガクになりますが、洞窟内はとても大きくて目を見張るものがあります。その後のティートップ島は展望台からのハロン湾の眺めはとても良かったです。帰りにドライブインの休憩で夕食にフォーをご馳走になりました（毎日、この旅行で食べていますが、味と質は色々です）。朝8時10分から帰りは20時半と長丁場でしたが、ツアーガイドさんのおかげで楽しいツアーでした。

ハロン湾クルーズに参加するため、最初は別のサイトでツアーを探していました。ただ、そこでは英語ツアーが主流で、日本語ツアーは倍近い価格設定でした。「せっかく海外に来ているのだから、日本人ばかりの環境だと異国情緒が減ってしまうのでは？」という思いもあり、最初は英語ツアーの方が良いかと迷っていました。しかし、私は少し英語がわかるものの、妻は全くわかりません。夫婦2人で心から楽しむならやはり日本語が良いか…と悩んでいたところ、こちらのツアーを見つけて参加を決めました。 結果として、このツアーを選んで本当に大正解でした！ 当日はホテルまでバスで迎えに来てくれたのですが、シートがとてもゆったりとしたラグジュアリーなバスで移動から快適でした。懸念していた「海外に来ている気分が減るかも」という点も全くの杞憂でした。出発から到着まで、日本語ガイドさんがベトナムのリアルな現地事情や観光地の歴史を、丁寧かつユーモアたっぷりに説明してくれたおかげで、より深く現地の文化に触れることができました。 船内でいただく食事も美味しく、ハロン湾でのアクティビティも充実しており、1日中全く飽きることなく満喫できました。言葉の壁やストレスを感じることなく、純粋に目の前の絶景や体験に集中できたのは大きかったです。妻も大満足で、本当にこのツアーを選んで良かったと感じています。

I was very satisfied with the reliable transfer service and Japanese-speaking guide! I participated with a friend. I initially wondered if an English-speaking guided tour might be better, thinking it would be cheaper and give more of a "being abroad" feeling, but in the end, choosing Japanese was definitely the right decision to learn about Vietnamese culture and history. It was also reassuring not to worry about misunderstanding meeting points or times. The transfer service picked us up directly from our respective hotels. Since large buses cannot enter the Old Quarter, we walked with the guide to a nearby main street. The bus was luxurious and comfortable. Our guide, Kyo-san, spoke excellent Japanese and shared many interesting facts about Vietnam during the bus ride. Both the bus and the boat were chartered exclusively for our tour group, allowing us to relax comfortably. The first floor of the boat was glass-enclosed, so we could enjoy our meal while admiring the scenery. On the second floor, there were chairs on the deck where we could relax and feel the breeze. The food was delicious and there was more than enough to eat. After the meal, we took a rowboat to look up at the strange rock formations of Ha Long Bay from the sea and pass through a cave, which was a relatively short course. The subsequent limestone caves and Ti Top Island involved a lot of stair climbing. I recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Especially on Ti Top Island, the stairs to the summit are narrow and crowded, so we ascended slowly in a single file, which was quite strenuous. I saw elderly foreign tourists huffing and puffing as they climbed. The view from the summit was spectacular, with panoramic views of Ha Long Bay and many boats, which was wonderful. However, the summit is small, with only a drink stand. Please note there are no restrooms. Many people kept coming, so we couldn't stay long. We also descended in a single file. It was amusing when people climbing up asked, "Is it still a long way?" as they passed us, and when I answered with gestures, "Still a long way!", they would go up with a look of agony, saying "Oh...". There's also a beach near the pier. It was warm that day, even though it was late January, and some people were swimming. After all the effort, returning to the boat to drink wine and beer, enjoy fruit, and chat with other tour members was the best. It was fun to have various participants, including solo travelers, university student groups, couples, and retired couples. "Team Saikyo" (Strongest Team)! It was the best. Thank you, Kyo-san!

チーム長友に参加をさせていただきました。充実した1日を過ごすことができました。本当にありがとうございました。長友さんのかゆいところに手が届くガイド、ホスピタリティーには感動の連続でした。長い車中もiPadを用いての説明(漫談🤭)も素晴らしく、あっという間に到着しました。3箇所の下船についても詳しく説明があり、十分に楽しむことができました。船でのランチも非常に美味しくいただき、また本物の真珠のアクセサリーを格安で船内で買うこともできました。ハノイまでの道中も退屈させることなく、興味深い様々なストーリーをお話しいただき、聞き入ってしまいました。長友さんの様々なお話はこのツアーの最大のお勧めのポイントと確信いたします。次回のベトナム旅行も必ず長友さんに連絡し、新たなツアーを楽しみたいと思います。フランス料理は時間がなく行けませんが、本日はご紹介いただいたマッサージを受けて帰る予定です。大変お世話になりありがとうございました。どうか元気で毎日早起き、勉強、お客様へのサポート、頑張ってください。ありがとうございました😊 コスパ：コスパは非常に高いと思います。 安全性：ティートップ島の山頂への階段による山登りはかなり息が上がりました。急勾配なので足腰に自信のない方は厳しいと思います。しかしながら、そういった部分の事前説明もしっかりいただきましたので、覚悟してチャレンジすることができました。安全性については各自の責任を重んじツアーを遂行されていることと思います。 サービス：サービスケアについては、想像を遥かに超える素晴らしい内容でした。様々なガイダンス、退屈させないお話等々非常にレベルの高いツアーガイドさんだと思います。またツアー全般をサポートしていただいた船やパーキングエリア、その他関わっていただいた現地の皆さんのホスピタリティーも素晴らしかったと思います。 ツアースケジュール：朝の8時半ごろの集合から渋滞を経て戻ってきたのがやはり8時半から9時位、これだけの内容と渋滞も加味されてのスケジュールは少々急ぐ部分もありましたが、充分合格点かと存じます ルート上の観光スポット：ハロン湾への途中、スタールビーやスターサファイア、刺繍のお店にも寄っていただき、素晴らしい工芸品を調達することができました。ハロン湾ではシーカヤック、鍾乳洞、ティートップ等への上陸、山登りをenjoy出来ました

迷ってる人、おすすめします！コスパも良いです！ハロン湾(6時間コース:カヤックor船頭さん手漕ぎボート探検、スンソット洞窟、ティトップ島と3回下船して観光)を満喫できます。【サービス】ホテルまで送迎してくれますし(帰りは希望があればイオンモールで降ろしてくれました)、移動のバスで飲む用の水ペットボトル1 本をもらえます。ハロン湾では、ペットボトルは持ち込めないので、水筒を持って行っても良いと思いますが、無くても船中で1本200 円前後で買えます。(水、炭酸水、コーラ等のジュース、ビール等種類豊富)ワインボトルもあります。(全てベトナムドン払いのみ)【食事】おいしいですが食べきれないほど出ます。エビやシャコ等のシーフード(アレルギー聞いてくれます)やチキン料理、魚料理、青菜炒め、さつま揚げ、スープ、お米料理、フルーツも出ます。おやつにフルーツとクッキーと飲み物のサービスがあります。【移動】ホテルから3時間程の長距離バス移動(高速利用)ですが往復共、休憩(行きはお土産屋でジャコウネココーヒー、ハス茶試飲してから買えます・帰りはSAでフォーチキンorビーフの夕飯付き＆スーパーや売店も少し見られます)を挟むので安心です。船内もきれいで涼しいです。階段を上がると外のデッキに出られて気持ち良いです。トイレも清潔で男女各1カ所あります。【観光】世界中から沢山の人でごった返していますがそれも面白いです。ティトップ島に登る(傾斜キツめでひたすら階段10分)とハロン湾が360度一望できますが体力に自信ない人は、船に残ったりビーチでのんびりしたり選択肢があるので安心です。【持ち物】服装は歩きやすい靴、帽子、ボディシートやタオル(ハンカチ2枚で足りませんでした)、日焼け止め、カヤックをする予定であれば着替えや水着、防水ミニバッグがあっても良いと思います。【スタッフ】ガイドさん(長友さん)がとても優秀で、見所の案内はもちろんのこと、写真撮影、移動時間のエンターテイメント、階段が辛い時に音楽での励まし、貴重品の注意等気配りもあり、終始私たちをまとめ上げ楽しく笑顔にしてくれました。ドライバーさんもにこにこで、船のスタッフさんも親切でした。日本人参加者のみなのでストレス無く楽しめますし、終わってホテルに帰ると、一緒にツアーに参加した人たちの事がロスになる位、幸せな旅になりました。

旦那と二人で参加しました。驚いたことにとても素敵なリムジンバスで送迎してくれました。恐らく他の旅行会社のバスの中でも一際贅沢なバスでした。バスの中にUSBケーブルが付いていたため、携帯の充電をすることが出来ました。まさか付いていると思わず私は携帯のみ持参だったのですが、旦那が運良くコードを持参していたためとても助かりました。ガイドのダンさんが出発後に、軽やかな日本語でベトナムの歴史や観光地、ツアーの醍醐味などについていろいろお話ししてくれておりました。ハノイの美味しいご飯屋さんや、観光地などもいろいろ教えてくれるので、よりツアーの時間が快適な物になりました。ハロン湾はあいにく曇りの天気でしたが、日本人観光客のみだからか、船の中も快適でゆったりとしたクルージングの旅を楽しむ事が出来ました。途中船頭さんボートに乗った時にはお猿さんもたくさん見れて楽しかったです。鍾乳洞やフーコック島には飲み物が持ち込めないため、歩いていると至る所でドリンクなどが売られております。たくさん歩くので暑くて必ず買いたくなります。一本25ドンくらいかな。少額の現地通貨を持参することをお勧めします。あと、船の中の飲み物代も別途発生します。こちらのツアーの口コミを事前にチェックしていたため、食事の際の合席にも抵抗なく、ご一緒された方とホテルも同じだったため、他の旅行者ともお話出来て楽しかったです。lunchは少なめかなと思ってましたが、とても満足感のある量でしたよ。ご飯も美味しかったです。旦那は以前もハロン湾に来たことがあったのですが、こちらのツアーは非常に満足度が高いと絶賛しておりました。ハロン湾ツアーはたくさんあると思いますが、一人旅の方や英語が苦手な方、船のグレードやバスのグレード、ご一緒にツアーを回られるメンバーも大事かと思いますので、こちらのツアーは日本人にはかなりオススメです。

This price is a great deal, including a Japanese-speaking guide, lunch, and dinner! It was also a good memory to be able to enjoy sightseeing and experiences with other tour participants. We were blessed with good weather and could fully enjoy the wonderful scenery. There are two instances of climbing about 400 steps, so comfortable shoes are recommended. Also, you can buy drinks on the boat, but only with cash. The Vietnamese guide is fluent in Japanese and loves enka music. It's amazing how he kept talking the whole time, lol. The enka background music was also funny, lol. So, the 2.5-hour travel time from Hanoi city to Halong Bay didn't get boring. The pickup at the hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter at 8:15 AM was smooth, and we returned to the hotel around 8:40 PM. I don't think you'll get tired because it's a spacious limousine bus with 1+2 rows of seats.

I participated in a 6-hour Halong Bay tour exclusively for Japanese guests. Our guide, Nagatomo-san (a nickname), who speaks Japanese, picked us up at our hotel in the Old Quarter, and we boarded a large bus. The bus was very clean, and the seats were comfortable and spacious. Inside the bus, Nagatomo-san immediately helped us register for LINE for communication and distributed prominent "Team Nagatomo" name tags to prevent anyone from getting lost, explaining various important details clearly. The journey, including a break, took about 3 and a half hours, and Nagatomo-san kept us entertained with interesting stories, so we arrived without getting bored. The boat was also exclusively for Japanese guests, and the interior was clean. The lunch was incredibly delicious; I regret not being able to finish it all. On the boat, we joined another Japanese tour group led by a different guide from the same company. Their guide and all the boat staff were also excellent. I think this tour company is truly wonderful. There are two points I'd like to mention: Lunch is served at shared tables. Fortunately, everyone at our table was very pleasant, and we had a lively conversation, making it an enjoyable time, but this might depend on the group. For Japanese guests, a buffet might be easier, and smaller, separate tables might be preferred. The restrooms were clean, but I accidentally flushed toilet paper, which caused a blockage and a bit of a queue. I think it would be better to put up a notice in the restrooms, not just give verbal warnings. Our guide was constantly attentive, kept the atmosphere lively, and was very diligent in their work. I would even want to request Nagatomo-san again. The limestone cave and the rowing boat experience were also enjoyable. During the restroom break on the way back, we also ate pho. It was a very satisfying trip with Team Nagatomo. Please note that the limestone cave involves a fair amount of walking on uneven ground, so athletic shoes are recommended. It might not be suitable for the elderly or small children.

Our tour guide, Mr. Kuen, spoke fluent Japanese and didn't just guide us, but also shared insights into the local people and culture, making for a very interesting start to the tour. Although I participated alone, I became very good friends with the people I shared a table with at lunch, and we deepened our bond during the sea kayaking. Furthermore, the unique formations of limestone on a continental scale, unlike anything in Japan, made me feel the grandeur of nature, providing an experience that can only be truly appreciated by being there. I was also blessed with wonderful encounters, creating unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend this tour to anyone considering it.
