ハロン湾クルーズに参加するため、最初は別のサイトでツアーを探していました。ただ、そこでは英語ツアーが主流で、日本語ツアーは倍近い価格設定でした。「せっかく海外に来ているのだから、日本人ばかりの環境だと異国情緒が減ってしまうのでは？」という思いもあり、最初は英語ツアーの方が良いかと迷っていました。しかし、私は少し英語がわかるものの、妻は全くわかりません。夫婦2人で心から楽しむならやはり日本語が良いか…と悩んでいたところ、こちらのツアーを見つけて参加を決めました。 結果として、このツアーを選んで本当に大正解でした！ 当日はホテルまでバスで迎えに来てくれたのですが、シートがとてもゆったりとしたラグジュアリーなバスで移動から快適でした。懸念していた「海外に来ている気分が減るかも」という点も全くの杞憂でした。出発から到着まで、日本語ガイドさんがベトナムのリアルな現地事情や観光地の歴史を、丁寧かつユーモアたっぷりに説明してくれたおかげで、より深く現地の文化に触れることができました。 船内でいただく食事も美味しく、ハロン湾でのアクティビティも充実しており、1日中全く飽きることなく満喫できました。言葉の壁やストレスを感じることなく、純粋に目の前の絶景や体験に集中できたのは大きかったです。妻も大満足で、本当にこのツアーを選んで良かったと感じています。

旦那と二人で参加しました。驚いたことにとても素敵なリムジンバスで送迎してくれました。恐らく他の旅行会社のバスの中でも一際贅沢なバスでした。バスの中にUSBケーブルが付いていたため、携帯の充電をすることが出来ました。まさか付いていると思わず私は携帯のみ持参だったのですが、旦那が運良くコードを持参していたためとても助かりました。ガイドのダンさんが出発後に、軽やかな日本語でベトナムの歴史や観光地、ツアーの醍醐味などについていろいろお話ししてくれておりました。ハノイの美味しいご飯屋さんや、観光地などもいろいろ教えてくれるので、よりツアーの時間が快適な物になりました。ハロン湾はあいにく曇りの天気でしたが、日本人観光客のみだからか、船の中も快適でゆったりとしたクルージングの旅を楽しむ事が出来ました。途中船頭さんボートに乗った時にはお猿さんもたくさん見れて楽しかったです。鍾乳洞やフーコック島には飲み物が持ち込めないため、歩いていると至る所でドリンクなどが売られております。たくさん歩くので暑くて必ず買いたくなります。一本25ドンくらいかな。少額の現地通貨を持参することをお勧めします。あと、船の中の飲み物代も別途発生します。こちらのツアーの口コミを事前にチェックしていたため、食事の際の合席にも抵抗なく、ご一緒された方とホテルも同じだったため、他の旅行者ともお話出来て楽しかったです。lunchは少なめかなと思ってましたが、とても満足感のある量でしたよ。ご飯も美味しかったです。旦那は以前もハロン湾に来たことがあったのですが、こちらのツアーは非常に満足度が高いと絶賛しておりました。ハロン湾ツアーはたくさんあると思いますが、一人旅の方や英語が苦手な方、船のグレードやバスのグレード、ご一緒にツアーを回られるメンバーも大事かと思いますので、こちらのツアーは日本人にはかなりオススメです。

I was very satisfied with the reliable transfer service and Japanese-speaking guide! I participated with a friend. I initially wondered if an English-speaking guided tour might be better, thinking it would be cheaper and give more of a "being abroad" feeling, but in the end, choosing Japanese was definitely the right decision to learn about Vietnamese culture and history. It was also reassuring not to worry about misunderstanding meeting points or times. The transfer service picked us up directly from our respective hotels. Since large buses cannot enter the Old Quarter, we walked with the guide to a nearby main street. The bus was luxurious and comfortable. Our guide, Kyo-san, spoke excellent Japanese and shared many interesting facts about Vietnam during the bus ride. Both the bus and the boat were chartered exclusively for our tour group, allowing us to relax comfortably. The first floor of the boat was glass-enclosed, so we could enjoy our meal while admiring the scenery. On the second floor, there were chairs on the deck where we could relax and feel the breeze. The food was delicious and there was more than enough to eat. After the meal, we took a rowboat to look up at the strange rock formations of Ha Long Bay from the sea and pass through a cave, which was a relatively short course. The subsequent limestone caves and Ti Top Island involved a lot of stair climbing. I recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Especially on Ti Top Island, the stairs to the summit are narrow and crowded, so we ascended slowly in a single file, which was quite strenuous. I saw elderly foreign tourists huffing and puffing as they climbed. The view from the summit was spectacular, with panoramic views of Ha Long Bay and many boats, which was wonderful. However, the summit is small, with only a drink stand. Please note there are no restrooms. Many people kept coming, so we couldn't stay long. We also descended in a single file. It was amusing when people climbing up asked, "Is it still a long way?" as they passed us, and when I answered with gestures, "Still a long way!", they would go up with a look of agony, saying "Oh...". There's also a beach near the pier. It was warm that day, even though it was late January, and some people were swimming. After all the effort, returning to the boat to drink wine and beer, enjoy fruit, and chat with other tour members was the best. It was fun to have various participants, including solo travelers, university student groups, couples, and retired couples. "Team Saikyo" (Strongest Team)! It was the best. Thank you, Kyo-san!

I'm not good at English, so I'm glad I chose the Japanese guided tour. The weather was great all day, perfect for sightseeing. In the morning, the guide picked me up at my hotel in the Old Quarter. The meal on the boat was not a buffet, but shared among six people at a table. I was asked about foods I didn't like on the bus, and I didn't eat mantis shrimp or regular shrimp. Drinks are available for an additional charge. There were two unisex restrooms on the boat. Of course, you can't flush paper. You can freely go out on the deck to see Halong Bay and take photos. First, we went to Sung Sot Cave. There were some stairs going up and down, and the one-way passages were narrow in places, but inside it was a very spacious limestone cave. Next was an activity at Luon Cave, either kayaking or riding a boat rowed by a boatman. If you don't mind getting wet from splashes, kayaking might be more fun. Then we landed on Ti Top Island. For environmental protection, plastic bottled drinks are prohibited on Ti Top Island. Here, you can either relax on the beach or climb about 400 steps to the summit for a magnificent view. You can also climb partway and return. There were many tour groups and it was crowded, so I climbed the stairs slowly, and it wasn't as difficult as I expected. The view of Halong Bay from the top is spectacular, so I highly recommend it. The sunset cruise was also wonderful. On the way back, we ate pho at a service area. We returned to the Old Quarter after 8 PM. The guide spoke excellent Japanese, explained things in detail, and was very attentive, making it a fulfilling Halong Bay tour.

I participated in a 6-hour Halong Bay tour exclusively for Japanese guests. Our guide, Nagatomo-san (a nickname), who speaks Japanese, picked us up at our hotel in the Old Quarter, and we boarded a large bus. The bus was very clean, and the seats were comfortable and spacious. Inside the bus, Nagatomo-san immediately helped us register for LINE for communication and distributed prominent "Team Nagatomo" name tags to prevent anyone from getting lost, explaining various important details clearly. The journey, including a break, took about 3 and a half hours, and Nagatomo-san kept us entertained with interesting stories, so we arrived without getting bored. The boat was also exclusively for Japanese guests, and the interior was clean. The lunch was incredibly delicious; I regret not being able to finish it all. On the boat, we joined another Japanese tour group led by a different guide from the same company. Their guide and all the boat staff were also excellent. I think this tour company is truly wonderful. There are two points I'd like to mention: Lunch is served at shared tables. Fortunately, everyone at our table was very pleasant, and we had a lively conversation, making it an enjoyable time, but this might depend on the group. For Japanese guests, a buffet might be easier, and smaller, separate tables might be preferred. The restrooms were clean, but I accidentally flushed toilet paper, which caused a blockage and a bit of a queue. I think it would be better to put up a notice in the restrooms, not just give verbal warnings. Our guide was constantly attentive, kept the atmosphere lively, and was very diligent in their work. I would even want to request Nagatomo-san again. The limestone cave and the rowing boat experience were also enjoyable. During the restroom break on the way back, we also ate pho. It was a very satisfying trip with Team Nagatomo. Please note that the limestone cave involves a fair amount of walking on uneven ground, so athletic shoes are recommended. It might not be suitable for the elderly or small children.

In addition to their excellent Japanese, our tour guide provided a very high-quality service with their meticulous attention to detail. On the way to Halong Bay, there was a 30-minute break both going and returning. On the way there, we had tastings of coffee and other products at a souvenir shop, and on the way back, a pho dinner was provided. The seafood served on the boat on the way was also very satisfying in both quantity and taste. For nearly 50 guests, there were only two unisex restrooms, which is understandable on a boat, but the waiting time was long. The first cave had many ups and downs and was slippery, so sneakers are necessary. For the second stop, Ti Top Island, you climb over 400 steps, so shoes are essential. Also, skirts are not suitable for women. I also think this tour is quite strenuous and not suitable for children or elderly people who are not confident in their physical stamina. The final boat and kayak ride takes you around calm, inner bay-like areas, which feels very pleasant. Although it was more expensive than similar tours from other companies, the quality was high, and our satisfaction was also very high.

Our tour guide, Mr. Kuen, spoke fluent Japanese and didn't just guide us, but also shared insights into the local people and culture, making for a very interesting start to the tour. Although I participated alone, I became very good friends with the people I shared a table with at lunch, and we deepened our bond during the sea kayaking. Furthermore, the unique formations of limestone on a continental scale, unlike anything in Japan, made me feel the grandeur of nature, providing an experience that can only be truly appreciated by being there. I was also blessed with wonderful encounters, creating unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend this tour to anyone considering it.

I went with my parents, who are in their 60s, and my older brother! Our tour guide, TIEN (Mr. Nagatomo), was so energetic that we had a blast all day, and all our fatigue disappeared!!! He was also very good at Japanese, played music for us, and encouraged us during the mountain climb. It was so wonderful that if I go to Vietnam again, I would definitely want him as our guide! Even for seniors, if you don't want to kayak, you can tour the island more safely on a larger boat! At Ti Top Island, you can choose between the sea and the mountain. The mountain climb is a bit challenging, but it's only about a 10-minute stair climb. Once you descend, the sea is right there, so we were able to swim within the time limit! The meals on board were delicious seafood dishes, and there was plenty of food even for an adult man. You can also enjoy alcoholic beverages for an additional charge. I was worried because I tend to get seasick easily, but the boat didn't sway much at all, so it wasn't a problem! Our guide, Mr. Nagatomo (Vietnamese), was friendly throughout, and his Japanese was excellent. When I mentioned I wanted to go to a spa the next day, he even went out of his way to make a reservation for me, which I was deeply touched by! Thank you so much. He also gave me many recommendations for sightseeing spots in Hanoi when I asked. I joined this tour in the first week of March, but the weather was cloudy all day, so I recommend going a bit later in the season. If it were sunny, I'm sure you'd see incredibly beautiful scenery!

We went to Trang An the day before and had a schedule for Ha Long Bay the next day. Even though we only met briefly after dinner the day before, I was surprised when Mr. Nagatomo said, "We've met somewhere before, haven't we?" during the morning pickup, lol. The Ha Long Bay tour was full of laughter and very enjoyable from start to finish. The grandeur of the caves and the elegance of Ha Long Bay, and of course, Mr. Nagatomo's microphone performance and excellent explanations, kept us entertained until the very end. My legs were tired from Trang An the day before, so I didn't climb anything that day, but relaxing on the beach with a beer was also fun. I recommend bringing a water bottle when you go to Ha Long Bay (because plastic bottles are not allowed). Team Nagatomo was the best! 👍
