10/10 experience. My guide Duc was awesome. Everything was on schedule and he explained what we were doing in detail. There were several options for every stop. I was able to hang out with other solo travelers on the trip and it was a great day!

Thanks to Henry, who kept us entertained and energetic from the early morning limousine bus pickup until our late-night return to Hanoi, it was a perfect Halong Bay cruise! The lunch buffet was also very well-suited to Korean tastes, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. It was a cruise with excellent value for money and quality, making me wonder if it could really be this good for the price! I'd love to do it again next time! I'm leaving this review because I wanted to write one even as I was leaving Vietnam after the tour ended!

Vincent is a very nice guide. He guided us very well throughout the trip. He takes care of everyone, ensuring they are enjoying themselves. He takes good pictures of everyone. Overall, the trip was very nice with good places. It's a must to book with Vincent. Good Indian vegetarian food is also available here.

Halong Bay day trip, truly worthy of its title as the "Guilin on the Sea"! 🌊 Departing from Hanoi in the morning, the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Although it's a bit far, seeing the emerald green waters and thousands of limestone islands makes it all worthwhile. Cruising through the archipelago feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese ink painting. For lunch, we had seafood on the boat, which was decent, but dining with the sea breeze was very pleasant. The biggest surprises were kayaking and exploring the caves; the water was so clear you could see the bottom. Climbing over 400 steps on Ti Top Island to overlook the panoramic view of Halong Bay from the summit was truly breathtaking. The day trip is indeed a bit rushed, so I recommend staying overnight if possible. However, as a short experience, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended! Our guide, Johnny, provided warm, thoughtful, and meticulous service, which I greatly appreciate.

great experience with one minor hiccup. let me start with whats great, i love the bus driver he was kind and also attentive to the tourists cause my sister mistakenly boarded the wrong bus but he saw her and called out to her. another is that he is such a great driver that i can fall asleep and trust that we are safe. for the guide, martin is kind and helped my sister wash her wound as she fell off the bike. MY CONCERN is that theres not enough medical supply in case of emergency and why are the bikes provided with breaks that do not work? but i must say, all in all it was a very great experience and its really good for the value of your money.

This was the absolute perfect tour that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Halong Bay! My spouse and my participation exceeded our expectations by far, and it easily deserves 5 stars. First, I was amazed by the high quality right from the morning transfer. The limousine van that came to pick us up was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with spacious seating that made the ride completely fatigue-free. Complimentary bottled water was also provided, showing a wonderful attention to detail. Upon boarding the ship, we were even more impressed by its beauty and open feel. Everywhere we looked was sparkling clean. In particular, the restrooms—which can often be a concern on foreign vessels and tourist spots—were kept impeccably clean, allowing us to stay comfortable throughout the entire trip. The hospitality of the staff was also wonderful, as they always responded with a polite smile. The buffet lunch was extremely satisfying as well. We were surprised to see fresh sushi and sashimi lined up, and the baked mussels with cheese were simply exquisite. All the other hot dishes and desserts were of very high quality too. Above all, what truly stood out was the guide and the operational management. Although the sightseeing spots in Halong Bay (such as caves and islands) were quite crowded with tourists from all over the world, the guide's directions were precise, eliminating any unnecessary waiting or confusion. It was always clear where we were going next and what we would be doing, and since the entire schedule proceeded strictly on time, we were able to concentrate on sightseeing stress-free from beginning to end. From the comfortable transportation, the cleanliness of the ship and restrooms, the warm hospitality of the staff, the delicious food, down to the flawless time management, everything was simply flawless.
