James was an excellent guide, knew about the tourist areas we were to visit and always emphasized on-time schedule. The buffet was really good, dining area was clean and foods were delicious and readily replenished. The bus driver was made the trip enjoyable with his smooth driving, best so far that I have experienced in Vietnam. He was on-time, observed safe distance, and was extra careful. I think he deserves an award or raise for his excellent driving skills.

New cruise, clean and good facilities. The food is superb. The staff are nice and friendly.

The Halong Bay day tour is superb. If you are planning to visit Hanoi, Vietnam, please include this in your itinerary. Especially, Sir Robert, our tour guide, was very accommodating and friendly, making sure that our experience would be great. My heart is so happy.

This trip was worth the price! I really enjoyed my birthday staying at the cruise. The cruise was so clean, the staffs were really nice and accomodating, especially William who served us. was so nice and always smiling at us. Also, our tour guide Mr. Lee is very nice and very accomodating. He extended his effort by going to our AIRBNB because we got stuck inside because of the electric door. This is the 1st time that I never encountered any problem. I will book this agin with my family. service: PERFECT! 100% value for money: WORTH IT!

It was a good experience with a bathtub in the room. The food is generally okay, and the staff is friendly and speaks English. (Junior Suite Cabin) The ferry transfer to the main boat took another 45 minutes without air conditioning. I just found it a bit too long in the hot weather. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The ship was beautiful, the views were legendary. Dinner was of the same quality as the chef's restaurant. The Wi-Fi was a bit problematic because we were in the middle of nature. On the negative side, I joined the tour from Hanoi. The journey, which should have taken 3 hours, took 4 hours due to two stops. Also, people on the bus were disturbing others with things like video calls and loud talking. Establishing rules for this could improve the quality of the tour. We were also kept waiting during check-in. Then, we reached the main ship in about 30-40 minutes by small boat. In short, we boarded the ship around 1 PM and were tired; we didn't have time to rest because the program was packed. Nevertheless, I would like to thank the ship's staff and the tour for the wonderful views.
