James was an excellent guide, knew about the tourist areas we were to visit and always emphasized on-time schedule. The buffet was really good, dining area was clean and foods were delicious and readily replenished. The bus driver was made the trip enjoyable with his smooth driving, best so far that I have experienced in Vietnam. He was on-time, observed safe distance, and was extra careful. I think he deserves an award or raise for his excellent driving skills.

The Halong Bay day tour is superb. If you are planning to visit Hanoi, Vietnam, please include this in your itinerary. Especially, Sir Robert, our tour guide, was very accommodating and friendly, making sure that our experience would be great. My heart is so happy.

It was a good experience with a bathtub in the room. The food is generally okay, and the staff is friendly and speaks English. (Junior Suite Cabin) The ferry transfer to the main boat took another 45 minutes without air conditioning. I just found it a bit too long in the hot weather. Otherwise, everything else was good.

From hotel pickup to the port, and then the boat trip, the service staff were all very kind and patient. Our guide, Mr. Chiến, was very thoughtful and looked after every traveler. The activities and schedule on the boat were well-planned, and most importantly, the meals on board were excellent, just like a five-star restaurant 🩷 I will recommend this boat to my friends and family when they visit Ha Long Bay ☺️☺️

Our cruise in Vietnam was unforgettable, thanks to the breathtaking, beautiful views and the outstanding service. Eric and the entire cruise ship staff were excellent, attentive, and incredibly welcoming throughout the whole trip. They truly made our journey special. Highly recommended.

I'm from Taiwan, and this is my first time traveling to Vietnam. I went with a Taiwanese girl and a Vietnamese girl. Tung (棟) was very attentive, and I highly recommend him as a tour guide. He has super cute dimples! My English is very poor, but my friends traveling with me helped me translate. The $1500 one-day tour is highly recommended and well worth it. I suggest everyone sign up for it (though the food on the boat was hard to describe, but you can eat your fill, haha).

I would recommend this cruise. The food was absolutely halal, and in fact, we might have been overfed, haha. Too full!
