The experience was truly the best experience in my life. The trip was very good. The food on the ship is very good. And of course, the service, the systematic and organized tour from Dragonfly Tour. This tour is very excellent and it is a great experience. Great food, great environment, and great service. I highly recommend the tour.

As it was a Japanese-guided tour, I was able to receive explanations about the Halong Bay tour with an open mind. All the other tour participants were also very kind, and we had enjoyable conversations. The Vietnamese tour guide also worked very hard to explain things in Japanese, and his personality shone through. Thank you very much. The two-person sea kayak was quite difficult to paddle, so I might not have had much time to fully appreciate the scenery... lol. The Vietnamese food served on the boat was also delicious. The cave we landed on the island was cool inside and featured many impressive natural limestone formations! The bus ride to and from the destination was also comfortable, and it was great to be able to charge my mobile phone. Although it was a full-day tour, it was meaningful to be able to see the many unique rock formations.

I participated in a tour with an English-speaking guide at another tourist destination, but I'm glad I chose a Japanese-speaking guide this time, as my understanding was much better. The cruise ship was also very comfortable, and the food was delicious.

It was a good experience on the Hercules cruise. We were a group of 3 friends (all girls) and we boarded the limousine bus, which took us about 2 and a half hours to reach the deck. Our tour guide, Tình, was quite informative. At the deck, they welcomed us with a drink and a towel. Soon after, we had lunch, which offered a lot of vegetarian and non-vegetarian varieties. We visited the pearl farm, Sung Sot Cave (it was majestic, though about 700 steps), Ti Top Island (full of people, so we didn’t go), and enjoyed a free bamboo boat ride. By the time it ended, we had snacks and drinks. We came back relaxing at the top of the cruise. It was a good experience overall, and I think most cruises will offer similar amenities. Remember, they are very particular about timings; they won't hesitate to leave you if you are late.

Our guide, Vincent, is a very handsome and funny guy. He told me to write that he looks like a monkey, and he entertained us throughout the trip. It was such a nice trip; we enjoyed it a lot. There were nice food options with scenic views, amazing hiking to Ti Top Island, and swimming at the seashore. The cruise is brilliant, and the crew are exceptional. Especially Dan (Mr. Anh), the cruise manager. He was very welcoming and made the trip special from start to finish. He made sure we were well looked after by the staff, and made the tours fun & factful. The tours did take you to the top spots around Ha Long Bay, but they were at popular times so expect queues! The food on the cruise was nice, and they were very good with making sure food fit dietary requirements. Dinner was the standout as a “set menu”, whilst lunch and Breakfast & Brunch were buffet style. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a lovely balcony to relax on. Only big negatives were WiFi wasn’t the best & the hot water in our shower wasn’t consistent. Would definitely recommend this cruise, even potentially come back again and do a few more days!!!
