Dont ever skip this trip it was very memorable foods are great, excellent service. The bus is nice & clean but our bus mate Indian people are smells bad odor in their underarm that make us cover our nose because of the crazy smell from them, I am sorry but please Indian people before we went for a joiner trip please use deodorant so that you cannot disturb other people. Using deodorant in our body is also a sign of respect to others.

The service operates during the Lunar New Year. The bus picks up passengers from various hotels in Hanoi around 5 AM. After a journey of just over two hours, with a brief stop at a highway rest area, we arrived at the visitor center around 8 AM. We then reported to the reception (near Highlands Coffee) ourselves, took a shuttle to the pier, and boarded the boat. Each island stop lasts about 30-40 minutes, with transfers between different small and medium-sized boats. It's essential to follow the staff's instructions. Due to the tight schedule, you can ask staff to help clear the way, get tickets, or retrieve rafts, otherwise, you might lose a lot of time just queuing. The same bus waited at the visitor center for returning passengers. Our return was delayed by an hour due to other passengers, but the driver was very patient. There were no shopping stops throughout the trip. Thanks to the staff's efforts, the arrangements were very smooth, and the food was delicious. A truly satisfying experience!

This is the product my husband and I decided on for our independent trip to Vietnam. There were many cheaper options and so many choices that it was hard to pick, but we chose this one because the boat was large, the food was delicious, and it included live entertainment and service. The result was extremely satisfying. We were worried about the weather, but it was cloudy, so it wasn't too hot, and the sunlight was just right, making it pleasant to walk around. In particular, the young Halong Bay guide who led us from the bus spoke English well, seemed kind, and provided excellent, friendly guidance. Even though we couldn't understand English, thanks to the kind guides, it was a happy cruise trip. We'd even want to come again next time. The final live performance on the cruise was truly fantastic.

Peter was an amazing guide. Ambassador Cruise is one of the largest cruises in Halong Bay. Everything was planned like clockwork. The room we booked was clean and had a balcony which gave an amazing view of the bay as a whole and a private space to unwind after the activities. The buffet spread was quite adequate to accommodate all food types. The bamboo boat ride and the speed boat ride was a paid activity, but worth it. Just an advice, don't just take the bamboo boat ride; take the speed boat ride combo. Trust me that was the highlight of the trip.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia explorando la Bahía de Ha Long con Ambassador Cruise. Es nuestra primera vez a bordo de un crucero, así que fue muy memorable; el interior era genial y ordenado. El itinerario también fue agradable. Aunque estábamos un poco perdidos sobre qué hacer en la Isla Ti Top, ya que se nos dio la libertad de decidir. ¡Pero en general, fue una experiencia placentera!

Our tour was amazing. Our guide Rosy, she was so amazing, she guided us throughout our tour - before entering the cruise, through in & through out our tours and even while leaving.. our time was unexpectedly smoothing and lovely… and ROSY, our guide double thanks to her.. she was one of the kindest soul I have met her.. also I had my meal customised, being a Vegetarian & Jain- the food was also perfect & the service and overall cruise was great… thank you

I cannot thank Tâm enough, the dedicated tour guide who made my trip so amazing even though I traveled alone. I had supposed that I would just get on the cruise and do everything alone, no photos, no insights; but it turned out that Tâm was the guide leading us. He shared many things relating to Ha Long Bay, what to focus on in the cave, what we should do at Titop Island and Hang Luon. Everything was just on track and I am totally satisfied with my choice of this trip, even though it was more expensive than the others. For the cruise itself, I love breakfast with Pho. The lunch buffet is more than expected. So if you wish to enjoy a chill day with tasting food in the bay, this is worth trying. One minus thing is that the schedule is so tight to visit Sung Sot Cave and Titop Island.

We had the best tour guide, Tu, and an amazing Ambassador Cruise experience in Halong Bay. The tour started with round-trip luxury bus transfers, and once in Halong Bay, we enjoyed delicious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea on the luxurious Ambassador Cruise. We also walked through a limestone cave, played on a sandy beach, and experienced canoeing, making it a very fun and fulfilling day. For those considering the many Halong Bay tours, you should definitely choose this one. The level of satisfaction is absolutely different. Our tour guide, Tu, was also very knowledgeable and humorous, and he wonderfully supported our family. We are very grateful. Please do visit Halong Bay with Tu and the Ambassador Cruise.
