Diamond Era Cruise was a great experience from start to finish. We were gelt very looked after by our pick up guide, tour bus driver and cruise tour guide Tom! The bay is truly beautiful and the attentive service staff make it a relaxing and unfortgettable experience. I highly recommend this tour.

The trip was well-managed, and we did not encounter any issues or face any problems. I had a four-month-old infant, and even with him, things seemed pretty easy. The guide was super cute and well spoken, which made the overall experience better. Halong Bay in general was exceptionally beautiful, and we had a great time on the Diamond ETA cruise. The buffet and evening snacks were just right. The shade on the upper deck made the seating area more relaxing for taking pictures and unwinding. The swimming pool on the first floor was clean and nice. We enjoyed it a lot.

Hello! We had an amazing experience. The itinerary was well thought out and we were given enough time to really enjoy each stop. We also decided to add the speedboat experience, and we’re so glad we did. It ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. Our guide Richie and the driver were both very friendly, and the whole crew created a light and happy atmosphere throughout the tour. One thing I really appreciated was the pricing of the drinks on the cruise. They were surprisingly affordable and not overpriced like in most touristy spots. We ordered a mango smoothie, fresh coconut, Coke with ice, and water, and only paid 170k VND in total. If there’s one small thing to improve, it would be the buffet refill. Some dishes took a bit longer to be replenished, so I wasn’t able to try everything. That said, the food was still good overall. Still a solid 5 out of 5. Thank you!

Today we are very happy and pleased to have had a wonderful trip to Ha Long Bay. Our tour guide, Vincent, is a very nice and funny guide who led our group. He smiles all the time and explains everything clearly enough for us. He also helped us take many photos during the trip, so we have lots of memorable pictures with our family. And regarding the planning, I think he did very well, which made us thoroughly enjoy this one-day tour!
