We had an amazing and unforgettable experience during our Ha Long Bay Luxury Cruise tour. Everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thanks to our tour guide Jhony, who was very friendly, funny, and helpful throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, kept the group entertained, and also helped us take many beautiful photos. Ha Long Bay was absolutely breathtaking with stunning scenery and peaceful views. The cave visit, cruise experience, and delicious lunch buffet made the trip even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam!

I thought this cruise was very enjoyable with it’s excellent hospitality and food. Me and my family got to visit many famous islands and feel comfortable during the experience. The guide was very excited and explained every detail of the attraction well. The rest of the crew also provided amazing service, ensuring our safety and also the quality of our journey. Nosso guia, Eden (E.D.E.N.), é um guia turístico incrível. Ele fala inglês e é muito apaixonado pelo que faz. Ele dá um toque pessoal à forma como explica as coisas e demonstra uma preocupação genuína com as pessoas. Ele é um líder autêntico e tem domínio sobre a liderança, especialmente no que diz respeito ao controle do tempo, o que é muito importante em atividades em grupo. Ele é muito confiável e se comunico antes do início do passeio. Ele esteve sempre acessível para responder a qualquer dúvida. O cruzeiro em si vale muito a pena. Há uma boa seleção de comida e atividades interessantes. Os tripulantes também foram incríveis e atenciosos. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência que eu recomendaria para meus amigos e familiares.

Ha Long Bay günübirlik turumuz için bu tekne turuna seçtik. Hanoi merkezden rahat ve klimalı otobüs ile Ha Long Bay'e vardık. Teknede ismimize ayrılmış masamız vardı. Ve açık büfede de birçok vegan ve vejetaryen seçenek vardı. Yemekten sonra Ti Top İsland'a gittik. Tepeye çıkma ya da kumsalda vakit geçirmek gibi iki seçeneğimiz vardı ,biz tepeye çıktık manzara çok güzeldi ama yorucuydu. Yaşlılar ya da çocuklar için zor olabilir. Ardından bambu bot turu,kayaking ve ekstra ücretli hızlı tekne turu vardı. Biz bambu bot turunu seçtik baya güzeldi. Kayakingde ıslanıldığı için bambu bot daha rahat ve güvenli. Ardından da Sürpriz Mağarasına gittik. Çok büyük ve giriş çıkışı ayrı yerlerde olan bir mağaraydı. Dönüşte de atıştırmalık tabakları verildi onlarda güzeldi. Garsonlar da çok kibarlardı. Tur rehberimiz Vincent ve kapibara'ya da çok teşekkür ederiz. Anlatımı ve rehberliği çok güzeldi ve eğlenceliydi. Biz çok güzel vakit geçirdik kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.✨️

Don't look elsewhere, just book this cruise! The ship is clean and in pristine condition. I got to see other ships during during excursion mooring and this ship was the best looking in terms of the condition. The lunch buffet offering was plenty and also offered vegetarian options (and was explained which dishes were which before lunch began). Tom was the tour guide and he was fantastic! Knowledgeable and friendly and professional and he tried to get to know the passengers by their names and he .ade sure to keep passengers in the loop with everything. I liked that this ship didn't feel like a party boat (there were some music) but compare to other ships this one seemed very family friendly and relaxing. There's bar on the ship and prices are reasonable. Every staff and crew was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely take this again if I ever come back to Ha Long Bay. I had a wonderful one-day cruise experience in Ha Long Bay with Diamond Era Cruise. The boat was very modern and well equipped, with great facilities including a shower and a swimming pool. A special thanks to our tour guide Mr. Tom — I was very happy to have him as our guide. He was friendly, professional, and provided detailed information about every place we visited. He stayed with us throughout the trip and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly wish him all the best and hope he keeps up the great work. We started with lunch on board, which was delicious and included a vegetarian option. Our first stop was Sung Sot Cave, followed by Luon Cave, where we took a speedboat and kayaked — it was my first time kayaking and I loved it. Our last stop was Ti Top Island; the climb is worth it for the spectacular views. In the evening, snacks, soft drinks, and fresh fruit were served while enjoying a beautiful sunset over Ha Long Bay. Highly recommended

The guide was super cute and well spoke which made the overall experience better. Halong bay in general was exceptionably beautiful and we had a great time in the diamond eta cruise. The buffet and evening snacks were just right. The shed in the upper deck made the seating area more relaxing for clicking pictures and relaxing. the swimming pool on the first floor was clean and nice. We enjoyed a lot.
