We had an amazing and unforgettable experience during our Ha Long Bay Luxury Cruise tour. Everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thanks to our tour guide Jhony, who was very friendly, funny, and helpful throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, kept the group entertained, and also helped us take many beautiful photos. Ha Long Bay was absolutely breathtaking with stunning scenery and peaceful views. The cave visit, cruise experience, and delicious lunch buffet made the trip even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam!

Our guide, Eden (E.D.E.N.), is an amazing tour guide. He speaks English and is very passionate about what he does. He puts a personal touch on how he explains things and is naturally concerned for people. He is an authentic leader and has a command in leadership, especially regarding timing, which is very important in group activities. He is very trustworthy and communicated prior to the start of the tour. He has consistently been reachable for any questions. The cruise itself is very worthwhile. There's a good selection of food and interesting activities. The crew members were also amazing and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to my friends and family.

We chose this boat tour for our day trip to Ha Long Bay. We arrived at Ha Long Bay from Hanoi city center by comfortable, air-conditioned bus. We had a table reserved for us on the boat. And there were many vegan and vegetarian options at the buffet. After lunch, we went to Ti Top Island. We had two options: climb to the top or spend time on the beach. We climbed to the top; the view was beautiful but tiring. It might be difficult for the elderly or children. Then there was a bamboo boat tour, kayaking, and an extra-cost speedboat tour. We chose the bamboo boat tour, which was quite nice. The bamboo boat is more comfortable and safer as you get wet kayaking. Afterwards, we went to Surprise Cave. It was a very large cave with separate entrance and exit points. On the way back, snack plates were served, and they were also good. The waiters were very kind. We also thank our tour guide Vincent and the capybara very much. His narration and guidance were excellent and entertaining. We had a wonderful time and definitely recommend it.✨️

Pude ver otros barcos durante el amarre de la excursión y este barco era el que mejor aspecto tenía en cuanto a su estado. La oferta del buffet de almuerzo era abundante y también ofrecía opciones vegetarianas (y se explicó qué platos eran cuáles antes de que comenzara el almuerzo). ¡Tom fue el guía turístico y fue fantástico! Conocedor, amable y profesional, y trató de conocer a los pasajeros por sus nombres y se aseguró de mantener a los pasajeros informados de todo. Me gustó que este barco no pareciera un barco de fiesta (había algo de música), pero en comparación con otros barcos, este parecía muy familiar y relajante. Hay un bar en el barco y los precios son razonables. Todo el personal y la tripulación fueron muy amables y complacientes. Definitivamente lo tomaría de nuevo si alguna vez vuelvo a la Bahía de Ha Long. ¡Gracias por los hermosos recuerdos!

I had a wonderful one-day cruise experience in Ha Long Bay with Diamond Era Cruise. The boat was very modern and well equipped, with great facilities including a shower and a swimming pool. A special thanks to our tour guide Mr. Tom — I was very happy to have him as our guide. He was friendly, professional, and provided detailed information about every place we visited. He stayed with us throughout the trip and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly wish him all the best and hope he keeps up the great work. We started with lunch on board, which was delicious and included a vegetarian option. Our first stop was Sung Sot Cave, followed by Luon Cave, where we took a speedboat and kayaked — it was my first time kayaking and I loved it. Our last stop was Ti Top Island; the climb is worth it for the spectacular views. In the evening, snacks, soft drinks, and fresh fruit were served while enjoying a beautiful sunset over Ha Long Bay. Highly recommended

The guide was super cute and well spoken, which made the overall experience better. Halong Bay in general was exceptionally beautiful, and we had a great time on the Diamond ETA cruise. The buffet and evening snacks were just right. The shade on the upper deck made the seating area more relaxing for taking pictures and unwinding. The swimming pool on the first floor was clean and nice. We enjoyed it a lot.

We had an amazing experience at Halong Bay ✨ The boat was very aesthetic, clean, and had a posh feel throughout. The food was excellent, and having Indian options made it even better. Everything was well organised from start to finish. The bus transfer to the cruise was very comfortable, and the entire process felt smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to our guide, Johnny truly the highlight of the trip. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely attentive. He explained everything clearly, kept us informed through WhatsApp, and made sure everyone was comfortable at all times. His coordination and energy made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Overall, a well-curated and memorable experience 🤍

The excursion to Ha Long Bay was from Hanoi. Departure from the Opera House. We were informed via WhatsApp about the meeting point. In the morning, everyone met near the theater, boarded the bus, and received a bottle of water. The trip was comfortable; the bus made one stop for about 20 minutes to buy souvenirs and have a snack. We really enjoyed the excursion itself; the guide was excellent, attentive, cheerful, and engaging. The nature and the bay are breathtaking! The ship itself and the food were top-notch; everything was great. I highly recommend it 👍
