Cruzeiro de Luxo de Um Dia Hercules Grand: Baía de Ha Long, Sung Sot, Ti Top

We did the tour on July 14, 2026 and loved the service and quality of the Hercules Grand Luxury Day Cruise in Ha Long Bay. We were already in Ha Long, so the meetup was at 11:10 AM. Nam, our tour guide, was communicative throughout the process. He was knowledgable about all our stops and gladly took our pictures too. The food was varied and of good quality; they had unique dishes like jellyfish salad. The boat was new and clean. It was relaxing enjoying the jacuzzi after the trip. They also had a spacious upstairs seating area that allows you to enjoy the view of the entire Ha Long scenery. The activities at each stop were very fun. I loved kayaking as we were able to see monkeys. They were so cute and very interactive with people because they had food to give. It was amazing to see wildlife up close. The cave was another amazing moment, I didn't even expect it to be that huge. It was enormous. The climb up 400 steps was totally worth it. Thank you to the crew and guides of Hercules!

A thoroughly enjoyed day trip, thanks a lot Klook and Jason for wonderfully managing this entire trip. The cruise is brand new, clean and very well managed, polite staff and tasty food. The booking was smooth, limousine picked us up right in time, extremely comfortable ride. We did the bamboo boat ride and the caves were just amazing, do note there are over 400 steps to be covered, but absolutely worth. Island was a bit crowded though. We were also served evening tea and snacks and wrapped up our day on time.

Our tour guide, Jason, was incredibly friendly, shared many stories, took care of our needs, chatted with us, and helped everyone take photos. I highly recommend this tour; not only is the cruise ship luxurious and new, but it's also very stable. The lunch buffet was excellent, with grilled oysters available. After the afternoon activities, there were also snacks and fruits. One of the optional activities was a yacht tour, and I strongly suggest choosing this one because it's very worthwhile and you can see many beautiful sights! Besides going to Ha Long Bay, we also visited the huge Surprise Cave. Don't stay on the boat; the Surprise Cave has few stairs and is easy to climb. You must go and see this cave that the French discovered by following monkeys.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Best Ha Long Bay day trip. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The tour company contacted me via WhatsApp in advance, and the guide confirmed pickup details the night before. Pickup was punctual, and the bus was comfortable with spacious, reclinable seats. Special shoutout to our guide, Henry, he was funny, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cruise was clean and spacious, with pre-arranged dining seats, so everything was well-organized. The buffet lunch was delicious, but drinks are not included (including water). Itinerary: Ti Top Island, Luon Cave, Sung Sot Cave. At Luon Cave, I chose the speed boat (300,000 VND/pax), it was fun and went much further out in the bay, and the guide shared insights along the way. Kayak (will get wet) and bamboo boat (won’t) go under the cave, but I didn’t regret my choice. Shower facilities and towels are provided onboard. The cruise is quite new (~3 months), so fewer reviews, but definitely worth booking!

This excursion was nothing short of amazing! I will probably rave about it to anyone willing to listen for the next few weeks! The boat cruise is as represented in the pictures on here. Luxurious, large and clean. The tour guide (Henry) is well informed on the history and current information on Vietnam, as well as on the different sites you visit. He is polite and very helpful. As an English tourist, I have to commend his fluency. The staff on the cruise is efficient and friendly. The food was delicious- probably the best I have had on my trip so far. All the locations were well organised. The staff members at all points (bus, on the cruise and at the stops) were very kind and friendly. If you are a solo traveler, the staff is more than happy to take your pictures onboard and off. This was an experience of a lifetime. Thank you to everyone involved in the process and hope you keep up the stellar work for other tourists.

I participated alone on May 2nd. Our guide, Nam, was very kind and offered many thoughtful words. His explanations of Vietnamese history, Ha Long Bay's history, and the caves were comprehensive, and his instructions were precise and easy to understand. He speaks clear English, so even those with a basic understanding of English will enjoy this tour. The driver's driving was also very careful. The limousine bus was clean, and each seat had charging ports (both USB and Type-C). Before the cruise, we stopped at a pearl farm where rings and other items could be purchased. The cruise ship also had other tour guests on board, and the same buffet meal was served. All the food was delicious. Drinks were extra and seemed more expensive than buying them at a store. The stairs leading to the top of Ti Top Island are steep and narrow, so those climbing should be careful. Everything, especially the guide, was excellent. Finally, thank you, Nam, for taking care of us.

Great activity to do when you're in Hanoi, the whole tour was a cool experience. However, the lunch buffet is just so-so and the drinks require payment, even the water isn't free. The afternoon tea and snacks were a nice touch. Stops are crowded, seems like the government isn't into crowd control in the islands and just wants money, nature is already suffering. Regardless, the ship is new and very clean, pristine condition compared to the other ships there. Our guide Jayson was also nice and helpful btw. Bus dropped us off back at old quarter at around 8:30pm ish.

Nouveau navire spacieux avec des équipements modernes. La salle à manger est propre et le jacuzzi est un ajout agréable. Le personnel à bord était attentif et poli. Le paysage était incroyable et les activités prévues (bateau banane et visite de la grotte) étaient vraiment agréables. Le guide touristique (Nam) était très sincère et poli. Il se soucie de ses passagers et a pris la peine d'expliquer l'histoire de Hanoï et les faits concernant la baie d'Ha Long. Il a également fourni des commentaires humoristiques dans la grotte. Dans l'ensemble, un itinéraire vraiment agréable qui n'était pas trop précipité. Bravo au personnel et au guide touristique pour Hercules GRAND !

Highly recommended. The Hercules Grand Luxury day cruise is definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The boat is pretty new, clean and elegant. Service was great. Buffet lunch was delicious with varieties. The tour didn't feel rushed as I was able to enjoy every location we stopped at, as well as relax on a sunbed at the boat's rooftop. Special thanks to our energetic tour guide, MR. HENRY. He's the best! Everything was was well organized and everyone was taken care of, considering we were a big group. He's also knowledgeable - I've learned much about Vietnam's history & relevant infos as he shared on our way to the port. No dull moment. The hotel pick-up & drop-off were seamless. Halong Bay is breathtaking. The Sung Sot Cave was a bit of a climb but worth it. We explored the Luon Cave and were given the options to ride a wooden bamboo boat or a speedboat or do kayaking. I opted for a wooden boat for a "chill vibe" ride. I truly had a great time.
