10/10 experience. My guide Duc was awesome. Everything was on schedule and he explained what we were doing in detail. There were several options for every stop. I was able to hang out with other solo travelers on the trip and it was a great day!

EXTREMELY GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. The regular bus travel from Hanoi is good with one stopover with some quick educational talk about fabric industries in Vietnam. Smooth sailing cruise. A lot of time to take pics and vids at island stops. The buffet lunch is great...i enjoyed the shrimps and oysters. My friends loved the soup and chicken. Very accommodating crew. We met new friends during the trip. Drinks onboard are affordable and taste well. Upper deck view was amazing. I will book again, if ever. Highly recommended.

I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by how well everything was arranged throughout the entire trip. From the bus transfer to the ship, everything was clean, new, and very well maintained. The entire experience felt smooth, comfortable, and thoughtfully organised from start to finish. The food was of very good quality, and every meal was enjoyable. A special mention to our guide, Long, who spoke excellent English and made the journey even more engaging and enjoyable. One small area for improvement would be the sunset party, which I personally did not enjoy as much. It might be even better if this could be enhanced with a simple tea break setup, such as pastries, sandwiches, and a selection of coffee and tea, to create a more relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, I truly had a wonderful time and appreciated the effort put into delivering such a pleasant experience

Our tour guide, Binh, was incredibly dedicated, providing detailed explanations of the attractions and important information. He ran the itinerary with us, even sweating alongside us. The staff on the Halong Bay cruise were fantastic! The friendly service from the female attendant made my children very happy. The sunset party was a lot of fun, with dance music, drinks, and dancing – we had a great time! Choosing this tour for our first visit to Hanoi, Vietnam, was the best decision. Plus, the guide's English was excellent, and his explanations were very clear. Surprise Cave truly lives up to its name; it's incredibly vast inside. Because of the stalactites, there's water on the ground, but it won't necessarily get your shoes wet. I recommend wearing non-slip sandals if you plan to go. Also, bring a portable fan.

Tuvimos un maravilloso día de excursión a la bahía de Ha Long. El itinerario estaba bien planificado y fue suficiente para cubrir los puntos principales sin sentirnos demasiado apurados. Nuestro guía turístico, Tea, fue muy entusiasta, amable e hizo un gran trabajo manteniendo todo en horario durante todo el día. El ambiente general en el crucero fue fantástico e hizo la experiencia aún más agradable. Un par de cosas a tener en cuenta: los lugares turísticos estaban bastante concurridos, lo cual es comprensible dada la popularidad de la bahía de Ha Long. También sería genial si el crucero pudiera proporcionar agua natural de cortesía a bordo para los huéspedes. En general, fue una experiencia muy agradable y memorable, y recomendaría este tour a cualquiera que visite Hanói.

Everything was beautiful! From the panoramic views, the cruise service, and the food. A truly comfortable service for two retirees. They pick you up at the hotel and drop you off as well. The visit to the caves was wonderful. Highly recommended cruise tour!

Ha Long Bay is truly worth a visit. The scenery is incredibly beautiful and magnificent. Booking through Klook is very convenient, and the accommodation is right where you can board the bus. After booking the tour, the guide will contact you (the day before). The price is transparent and convenient. There is a shopping stop, which is mainly for restroom breaks, but there's no forced shopping. It lasts about 20 minutes. This wasn't mentioned in the itinerary, so those who book should be prepared. Also, I highly recommend the guide in the photo; he's truly excellent! He was smiling throughout the entire service and provided so much value. He handled any questions we had immediately. Before boarding the boat, I recommend bringing a thermos full of water and some snacks, as there's a longer wait between lunch and afternoon tea.
