Cruzeiro diurno premium Hercules: Baía de Ha Long com Sung Sot e Ti Top

It was a good experience on the Hercules cruise. We were a group of 3 friends (all girls) and we boarded the limousine bus, which took us about 2 and a half hours to reach the deck. Our tour guide, Tình, was quite informative. At the deck, they welcomed us with a drink and a towel. Soon after, we had lunch, which offered a lot of vegetarian and non-vegetarian varieties. We visited the pearl farm, Sung Sot Cave (it was majestic, though about 700 steps), Ti Top Island (full of people, so we didn’t go), and enjoyed a free bamboo boat ride. By the time it ended, we had snacks and drinks. We came back relaxing at the top of the cruise. It was a good experience overall, and I think most cruises will offer similar amenities. Remember, they are very particular about timings; they won't hesitate to leave you if you are late.

Nachdem wir die Bewertungen gelesen hatten, buchten wir die Hercules Premium Day Cruise für zwei Personen am 30. April und entschieden uns für den Limousinenbus mit Abholung in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Der Betreiber kontaktierte uns einen Tag im Voraus mit klaren Details. Unser Reiseleiter, Austin, war pünktlich und führte uns zu einem nahegelegenen Abholpunkt. Der Limousinenbus war bequem mit viel Beinfreiheit, obwohl der Verkehr die Fahrt von drei auf fast fünf Stunden verlängerte. Wir kamen gegen 13:30 Uhr an der Kreuzfahrt an und hatten ein Mittagsbuffet mit schnellem Nachfüllservice, obwohl Getränke kostenpflichtig waren. Die Reiseroute umfasste die Sung Sot Höhle, Hang Luon und die Ti Top Insel. In Hang Luon waren optionale Schnellbootfahrten verfügbar, während Bambusbootfahren und Kajakfahren inbegriffen waren. Auf der Rückfahrt wurde eine Teepause serviert, und wir erreichten Hanoi pünktlich. Insgesamt war die Reise gut organisiert und problemlos. Austin war aufmerksam und bemühte sich sehr, die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erklären. Ich würde dieses Erlebnis für einen bequemen Tagesausflug in die Halong-Bucht empfehlen.

We were upgraded to their new Diamond Era cruise. Communication was excellent, with full itinerary sent the day before. The limousine transfer was business class standard, with comfortable seats and complimentary bottled water for every passenger. Although we were running late, our tour guide, Vincent, waited patiently for us. He was professional, humble, friendly and knowledgeable. His explanations throughout the day were clear and informative, and he made sure everyone knew what to expect. The cruise itself was of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, modern and well maintained. Lunch was good, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Drinks were reasonably priced, and the cruise staff were polite, attentive and worked hard throughout the day. This one-day Ha Long Bay cruise is a must. It is a long and tiring day, but it is well worth it. Doing it with this team made the experience even better. Thank you to Vincent and the whole team for making our trip an enjoyable one.

This was a truly perfect sea voyage. Our guide, Thnh, was incredibly thoughtful, and the itinerary was meticulously planned. I highly recommend choosing this cruise ship; it's very stylish and clean, and the buffet lunch food was delicious. Although the sunset afternoon tea was simple, it felt heartfelt. Climbing to the viewpoint on Hero Island's peak to overlook the bay was spectacular. Exploring the caves to witness nature's incredible creations was awe-inspiring, making one marvel at the greatness of the creator. Finally, boating through the mysterious cave under the mountain was a unique experience. The return journey, watching the beautiful sunset from the ship's deck, brought a perfect end to this trip.

Due to the storm, our tour was postponed for several days. The tour itself was wonderful. The children were absolutely delighted and wanted to go there again. We also liked our guide Tinh. Special thanks to him for the beautiful photos he took of our entire family.

¡Qué día! Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestro viaje a la Bahía de Ha Long. El itinerario estaba muy completo y se desarrolló de forma rápida y sin problemas. Disfruté especialmente del kayak. Sería bueno tener un poco más de tiempo en Ti Top para subir los escalones y disfrutar de un baño, pero en un tour de un día es difícil hacerlo todo. ¡Trae tu propia botella de agua reutilizable grande y llena! Puede hacer mucho calor y es posible que termines necesitando comprar muchas latas pequeñas de agua, lo que parece contrario a la prohibición de los plásticos de un solo uso. Disfrutamos conociendo gente de todo el mundo y contemplando el hermoso paisaje. Realmente no decepciona. Fue un maravilloso descanso de la ciudad. El autobús tiene cargadores, lo cual es una ventaja. También es muy cómodo.

I had the best experience. I cruised Halong Bay on a luxury ship while dining. The view from Ti Top Island was also superb. At the cave, I thoroughly enjoyed the detailed explanations from the guide. On the bamboo rowboat, I encountered an unexpected and rare guest (a monkey), which made for a fun memory. Although it was a long tour, I was very satisfied! I highly recommend it!

Great experience for us first-timers in Hanoi! We chose Hercules because of the reviews that it's one of the most modern ships, and it's true. The boat is very clean with cool air conditioning. The itinerary has good pacing: Ti Top around 1pm (nice but hot), then Sung Sot Cave around 2:30, then Hang Luon at 4pm when the sunlight is soft. Those with health issues can skip Sung Sot Cave - even we young ones were tired after, with the 150 steps going up and the 30-45 minute walk. But it's worthwhile! Shoutout to our amazing guide Jackie (Jackie Chan)! He made the long walk very fun with explanations about the cave. Bring cash because they sell drinks near the cave exit and you will be very tired. Great experience overall, and if we do this again we will still choose Hercules because of the new-looking boat, great staff, and our very energetic guide Jackie who took great care of everyone :D

If you're going to Ha Long Bay, do it with Hercules! From Hanoi to Haiphong, the experience was engaging and insightful. Under our tour guide Henry's care, we were able to maximize the tour in just one day. Ha Long Bay is breathtakingly beautiful, and our guides made the executive decision to adjust the itinerary accordingly so that we may maximize the tour efficiently. On the way and all throughout the tour, Henry gave us a little bit of history and background of Vietnam, which was very cool to learn as a visitor. Our crew also never got lost, because instructions were clear: always follow Santa! Plus we were able to take really good photos thanks to him. Food was good, and the cruise ship is clean and well-maintained. We also suggest doing the speed boat, even if it has additional cost. Do note that if you are visiting, best to bring your own water in a metal container. Plastic bottles are not allowed, so that Vietnam can maintain the beauty of Ha Long Bay.
