Halong Bay is truly beautiful and must visit place. Our trip was well organized with experience and friendly guide Michael. He took good care of everyone in the group so we felt comfortable and he explained everything clearly. We really enjoyed the amazing scenery and activities without worries. We're lucky the weather was good so we enjoyed sunset with music. The minus was drinking water was not free and evening party only just a little fruit and biscuits.

It was a good cruise, nothing spectacular for me. Perhaps the only thing was that there was no sunset because it was cloudy, haha. The tour guide was good; you could really feel they were just doing their job, and it seemed like they didn't enjoy it much. However, everything went well, so I'm happy with that.

My family and I enjoyed our trip to Ha Long Bay and Johnny was an amazing tour guide. His energy did not change from the start to the end of the trip and he took care of the guests well. Definitely recommended!

This experience is a must when you visit Hanoi. You will be mesmerized by the beauty of Ha Long Bay. It was worth your money and your time. Our tour guide, Johny Handsome, did his best to show us around and tell us about the Vietnamese way of life. He is one of a kind because he took the initiative to organize everyone (even those not from our group) inside the cave to facilitate the movement of people; otherwise, we would have spent a long time inside. He had energy from the start to the end of the tour, making it more enjoyable for us. Thank you, Johny Handsome, we are very happy to have met you.

It was a well organized tour. The entire trip was enjoyable. The cruise was also nice, including small hike to the cave, the water activity, I enjoyed the kayaking. Mr Dylan was a good guide and the bus was also comfy. The cruise became more lively with sunset party with music and dance.

The trip started with the pickup of all participants from various hotels, which took an hour. This is frustrating when you are among the first few, and I guess it cannot be avoided. The "buffet lunch" was not a buffet as there was no refill of food served to your table. The evening party consisted of just fruits and biscuits. Remember to opt for the kayak at the second location as it is more fun. Of the three places visited, the surprise cave was the best, especially if you haven't been into one before.

I participated alone as a woman! It was a fulfilling tour all day long! I'll write in detail about the flow, and I hope it's helpful :) I received a WhatsApp message around 10:30 AM the day before, and then another message from the tour guide at 6 AM on the day of the tour, telling me what time they would arrive. I waited in the hotel lobby at that time, and then I got a call. I was told to go outside because they were almost there, so I waited outside, and then I got another call, and they arrived with one person on the back of a motorbike, lol. I thought, "Are there three of us?" but then they said, "The bus is right there, follow me!" I chased the motorbike, and a bus appeared, so I got on the bus with the person who was on the back of the motorbike. It was a large bus, and it seemed almost full. There were two Japanese people, and the rest were foreigners. For those who get motion sickness easily, motion sickness medication is necessary as you'll be on the bus for 2-3 hours each way, and also on boats. I took it once in the morning and once in the early afternoon. One bottle of water was distributed on the bus. The tables for eating were random, but everyone was so nice, and we became friends, so we went out for dinner even after the tour ended. I chose the bamboo raft, and it was cool and there was no extra charge, which was great! The bamboo raft doesn't get you wet! The kayak was for two people, and those who participated alone rode with an Indian person they didn't know, lol, and they got quite wet. Be careful, as some people almost capsized and drowned in the kayak! Our guide, Lee, spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable! The cave was also good. On the island, we climbed to the top, but it was very hot...! The steps were steeper than I expected, and it took about 15-20 minutes one way. I bought a cola at the top, but it was expensive, so it's probably better to bring your own drinks. In the evening, the boat turned into a club, and I cooled down while watching people dance and talked to various people. Even participating alone, I made friends and had a great time :) Since you get on and off buses and boats, it's definitely a good idea to take a picture of your number! It was fun, thank you very much!!

It was a great trip. Our tour guide, Dylan, was very informative and cooperative. He explained everything in detail, including the history of all the places we visited during this trip. I highly recommend doing this trip.
