We had an amazing Ha Long Bay cruise experience! The lunch was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes. Our guide Hung was super enthusiastic, friendly, and kept the vibe lively throughout. The cruise ride itself felt dreamy with stunning views all around — truly a memorable experience! Một trong những địa điểm ấn tượng nhất ở Việt Nam đã để lại ấn tượng sâu sắc trong tôi. Tôi tiếc là không có nắng và bầu trời xanh, mà thay vào đó là độ ẩm cao và sự u ám. Hướng dẫn viên của tôi nói rằng nắng thường có từ tháng 5 đến tháng 9. Nhìn chung, thật sự rất hấp dẫn khi thấy rất nhiều hòn đảo và núi đá vôi nhô lên từ biển. Có khoảng hai nghìn hòn đảo như vậy. Trông giống như một hành tinh khác. Bộ phim King Kong: Đảo Đầu Lâu đã được quay ở đây. Tôi đã tham gia một chuyến đi có tổ chức từ Hà Nội với giá khoảng 30 euro. Đường cao tốc mới và rất tốt. Mất khoảng ba giờ để đến nơi. Bữa trưa trên thuyền không được ngon lắm. Ngoài ra, mặc dù tôi được dặn đến Nhà hát Lớn Hà Nội bằng xe buýt, nhưng một cô gái đi xe máy đã đợi tôi và đưa tôi đến một địa điểm khác. Họ nên tổ chức tốt hơn một chút. Chúng tôi cũng đã ghé thăm Hang Luồn và Đảo Ti Tốp (nhớ leo lên đỉnh để ngắm cảnh). Lần tới nếu có dịp quay lại, tôi sẽ tham gia chuyến du thuyền 2 hoặc 3 ngày vì tôi nghĩ bạn có thể trải nghiệm Vịnh Hạ Long tốt hơn nhiều.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa con Otis. El crucero estaba bien equipado y fue tranquilo. El bufé del almuerzo tenía muchas opciones. Nuestro guía turístico, Tom, tenía un gran conocimiento sobre Ha Long, se comunicaba regularmente y proporcionó un gran alivio cómico. El itinerario permitió tiempo suficiente para explorar todos los destinos. Las actividades adicionales como kayak, bote de bambú y lancha rápida son de pago, pero valen la pena y son agradables. El único inconveniente menor fue que el autobús de traslado carecía de espacio para las piernas y era generalmente incómodo. La experiencia general fue excelente, realmente una buena relación calidad-precio y muy recomendable.

Amazing experience at OtiS Premium Cruise. Great food, though drinks are charged, but it's fine. Nice, friendly, and accommodating crew. The boat is new with beautiful interior and comfortable seats. Excellent view from the roof deck. The tour guide, Nguyen Xuan Truong, was very helpful and capable. 5 stars for this trip.

Tuvimos un día increíble con Otis Day Cruise en la Bahía de Ha Long. Nuestro guía turístico fue fantástico de principio a fin: amable, divertido e informativo. Exploramos la Cueva Sung Sot, nos relajamos en la Isla Ti Top y nos divertimos mucho en la lancha rápida. Todo estuvo bien organizado y fue súper divertido. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Chuyến đi Vịnh Hạ Long gần đây của tôi, do SST Travel Agency tổ chức và được hướng dẫn bởi Dolphin tuyệt vời của SST cùng hướng dẫn viên du lịch Huey của chúng tôi, thực sự khó quên. Chuyến du thuyền diễn ra suôn sẻ và được tổ chức tốt, với những khung cảnh ngoạn mục ở mọi ngóc ngách. Dolphin và Huey rất nhiệt tình, hiểu biết và đã nỗ lực hết mình để đảm bảo mọi người có một khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời. Từ chèo thuyền kayak ngắm cảnh đến những bữa ăn ngon trên tàu, mọi khoảnh khắc đều được lên kế hoạch chu đáo. Rất khuyến khích SST Travel cho một chuyến phiêu lưu Vịnh Hạ Long không rắc rối và thú vị!

Tôi đã đặt chuyến đi này vào phút cuối trong kỳ nghỉ lễ tháng 5 ở Việt Nam. Nhưng may mắn thay tôi đã có được chuyến đi này. Tôi đi cùng bố mẹ và chúng tôi thực sự rất thích chuyến đi. Xin gửi lời cảm ơn chân thành đến Huy, trưởng đoàn của chúng tôi. Anh ấy rất vui tính, nhiệt tình, tốt bụng và hữu ích. Anh ấy đảm bảo mọi người đều tuân thủ lịch trình. Chúng tôi cũng rất may mắn vì đã được ngắm hoàng hôn. Du thuyền sạch sẽ và tất cả các thành viên thủy thủ đoàn đều tốt bụng. Thực sự rất khuyến khích Huy và toàn bộ chuyến đi!! Làm rất tốt!

A big thank you to our travel agent, Ruby, for managing the group tour so well. We had a wonderful time. The cruise was incredibly relaxing, with a wide variety of food options available for the lunch buffet. While drinks weren’t included in the buffet, they were reasonably priced. We were informed ahead of time that the cave might be crowded with tourists, but we were still amazed by how spacious it was inside. The small boat ride was also a lot of fun.

Great experience and hassle free with this booking. The tour guide, Liam, is very friendly, helpful, and makes sure everyone in our group are safe and complete whenever there's stopby. We are picked up by a mini bus from outside of our hotel and was dropped off nearby because the streets are closed due to weekend night market. The buffet food are excellent and plenty, and cruise crews are accommodating and friendly as well.
