Passeio Marítimo de Um Dia com o Polvo do Mar: Baía de Ha Long com Ti Top e Sung Sot

We love the cruise! I was with my elderly mother and aunt. They had so much fun with the cruise. From Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was a good 2hrs+/-. The van was spacious and driver prompt. Welcoming water was provided. PS no bottled water inside the cruise ship so you need to by canned water there. Hot water is provided for free though. Crew and guides are very nice and accommodating. They answer queries properly and offer elaboration to questions. Especially David our guide and another Guide who discussed with me some information about Hang Sung Sot cave. The food was amazing. Literally that you can eat all you can. I love the vast selection. The activities are good for 1 day. Not really crammed. We just had a lot of stairs to climbed. Be sure to know this if you have elderly with you. Overall experience is a must try. ❤️

5-star luxury cruise indeed. Sea Octopus is the only way to go. If you’re looking for a sign to book this cruise, this is it. 1. State-of-the-art amenities 2. Excellent, fresh, delicious buffet 3. Accommodating and welcoming staff We were picked up from our hotel and brought all the way to Halong Bay. Sea Octopus stood out because it was the only counter with a signboard. From the moment we entered the port to the moment we left, the service was just pure top-notch. Yen was one of those who assisted us, and she was just amazing and wonderful; she went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. All the staff were just nice and friendly. They were extra sweet and accommodating. The salmon sashimi was the BEST I’ve ever tasted. The octopus was also very tasty. Overall, the buffet lunch was excellent, nothing less than 5 stars. We had the canoe tour where someone rowed the boat for us, but you can choose the kayak as well. We also explored a very nice cave. In the afternoon, there was a live singer. Overall, this experience was just amazing. Thank you, Yen and Sea Octopus!

I was hesitant at first in choosing the SEA OCTOPUS since it is pricier than the others. But I was glad that I paid the premium. We were picked up by a limousine bus and the ride to Halong Bay was so comfortable. Stops were also made to buy some food and go to the comfort room. Halong Bay is beautiful and the boat is equally beautiful too. The lunch was quite a feast as well. Great selection and they served more than enough for all the guests

Excellent tour, highly recommended. For an additional fee, we took a boat – we sailed through a grotto to a beautiful bay, on the slopes of whose cliffs live monkeys.

Abholung direkt vom Hotel, sehr praktisch! Die Tour ist immer sehr gut organisiert und die Kreuzfahrt ist großartig! Das Essen ist auch großartig!

(Overall) The cruise was amazing. (Staff) The Vietnamese staff were very hospitable and professional. They really took good care of the guests. (Food) The Asian food selection was good. The number of guests should be controlled. I found this time the cruise was a bit too crowded. They don't allow guests to bring bottles of water. Lunch is free, but beverages are charged. (Transport) The shuttle van was comfortable. The driver is responsible. Our group arrived at the Hanoi Opera House at 5:50 am, but the driver came around 6:40 am (almost 50 minutes late). There was no email to communicate with us, and one of us sent an email to the address indicated on the Klook page, but there was no response (up until now). The number was also not reachable; we asked the hotel concierge to contact them one day before. We almost decided to go back to the hotel. Luckily, we were patient enough to wait outside in the cold for 50 minutes. (In the image, I started to contact Klook via the app, and they came.) Setting up better communication channels for your guests is highly recommended. (That's why I gave you 4 stars.) This is constructive feedback. All of us enjoyed your lovely service and just want you to become much better.

We had a great day with Sea Octopus. We enjoyed the excursions that were part of the day cruise. The cave was by far one of the best I have ever been to!

Un día genial, la recogida fue puntual, un conductor muy bueno y asientos súper cómodos. El barco era de alta calidad y la experiencia gastronómica excelente. Poder sentarse en la ventana con vistas maravillosas de la Bahía de Ha Long es algo que no olvidaremos. El personal fue increíble y siempre se aseguró de que la gente estuviera bien atendida. ¡Qué día tan fantástico y lo recomendaría!

Chúng tôi đến Vịnh Hạ Long bằng tàu du lịch. Chuyến tham quan này thật hoàn hảo vì nó khởi hành từ bến tàu du lịch quốc tế - ngay tại nơi tàu của chúng tôi cập bến. Chuyến tham quan khởi hành lúc 9 giờ sáng với thời gian nhận phòng từ 8-8 giờ 30 sáng, trở về lúc 4 giờ 15 chiều - có đủ thời gian để chúng tôi quay lại tàu. Tàu Sea Octopus là một con tàu tuyệt đẹp, có nhiều không gian cho mọi người thư giãn và tận hưởng khung cảnh kỳ diệu - bao gồm cả giường nằm và ghế ngồi thoải mái trên boong. Chúng tôi cũng được bố trí một bàn trong nhà hàng với tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp trong khi chúng tôi thưởng thức bữa tiệc buffet không giới hạn - có thứ gì đó cho mọi người thưởng thức ở đây! Hang Sửng Sốt thật tuyệt vời và bãi biển tuyệt đẹp mà chúng tôi ghé thăm thật sảng khoái để bơi lội. Chèo thuyền kayak hơi vội vàng, nhưng là một kỷ niệm mà chúng tôi sẽ trân trọng mãi mãi. Cảm ơn Sea Octopus vì một hành trình đáng kinh ngạc qua Vịnh Hạ Long. Chúng tôi hy vọng sẽ trở lại lần nữa.
